Abstract

本发明提供一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，包括喷杆组件和喷腔，喷腔内设有电机、泵、止水阀、吸水软管组件、泵进水软管、泵出水软管、电池组和导线，水流依次经吸水软管组件、止水阀、泵进水软管、泵、泵出水软管流出喷腔，所述喷腔前端设有旋转轴座，旋转轴座内活动套接一呈直角形状的旋转轴，旋转轴与喷杆组件相连，所述泵出水软管可经旋转轴到达喷杆组件的喷嘴处。本发明的优点为：结构设计合理，喷射准确，定位稳固可靠，且便于收纳。

一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器
技术领域
本发明涉及喷雾器技术领域，具体涉及一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器。
背景技术
用户在使用手持式喷雾器时，通常需要较长的喷杆，以便喷头尽可能远离人体并尽量靠近目标物体及喷雾区域，可避免在作业时对人的潜在伤害。但是，较长的喷杆又使得产品尺寸过大，包装、收纳、运输都极为不便。
通常，喷杆与喷雾器之间采用螺纹连接方式或者其他可拆卸的连接方式，在安装及拆卸时不仅容易造成喷杆及喷雾器连接处的残液滴漏，用户使用也颇感不便。因此，长喷杆与手持式喷雾器的无需拆卸又便于收纳的连接方式是本发明要解决的技术难点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无需拆卸、便于收纳、可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器。
为了达到上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，包括喷杆组件和喷腔，喷腔内设有电机、泵、止水阀、吸水软管组件、泵进水软管、泵出水软管、电池组和导线，水流依次经吸水软管组件、止水阀、泵进水软管、泵、泵出水软管流出喷腔，所述喷腔前端设有旋转轴座，旋转轴座内活动套接一呈直角形状的旋转轴，旋转轴与喷杆组件相连，所述泵出水软管可经旋转轴到达喷杆组件的喷嘴处。
进一步地，所述旋转轴内拐角部位设有限位块，旋转轴座内平行设有两个定位块，旋转轴在限位块与定位块的限定作用下在旋转轴座内作180º范围内的旋转，限位块外侧设有环状锁紧块。
进一步地，所述喷腔外壳由两块护盖拼合而成，两块护盖接合线处设有一按压开关，所述按压开关与喷腔内止水阀相连且按压带动止水阀打开，按压开关与止水阀之间通过开关锁扣锁止按压。
进一步地，所述按压开关按压操作时触动电机触发导线和电池接触导线，电机与电池组之间还设有电池电机连接导线。
进一步地，所述吸水软管组件包括吸水软管和外置吸水装置，外置吸水装置包括成一体结构的瓶盖和吸水管，吸水软管末端的插头插入瓶盖上的开孔并与吸水管连通。
进一步地，所述喷腔外壳还设有电池盖，用来手动装卸电池组。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
本发明一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，结构设计合理，喷射准确，定位稳固可靠，且便于收纳。本发明可实现喷杆的180度旋转，从而满足喷杆组件在工作状态时具有两倍于喷雾器本体的总长度，同时在收纳状态时有较短和更紧凑的产品尺寸；又因泵出水软管穿过旋转轴及喷杆组件与喷嘴连接，从而避免泵出水软管的扭曲变形、拉伸及磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明的实施例作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示，一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，包括喷杆组件1和喷腔2，喷腔2内设有电机3、泵4、止水阀5、吸水软管组件6、泵进水软管7、泵出水软管8、电池组9和导线，水流依次经吸水软管组件6、止水阀5、泵进水软管7、泵4、泵出水软管8流出喷腔2，所述喷腔2前端设有旋转轴座10，旋转轴座10内活动套接一呈直角形状的旋转轴11，旋转轴11与喷杆组件1相连，所述泵出水软管8可经旋转轴11到达喷杆组件1的喷嘴处。
如图2、3所示，所述旋转轴11内拐角部位设有限位块11-1，旋转轴座10内平行设有两个定位块10-1，旋转轴11在限位块11-1与定位块10-1的限定作用下在旋转轴座10内作180º范围内的旋转，限位块11-1外侧设有环状锁紧块10-2。
如图4、5所示，所述喷腔2外壳由两块护盖拼合而成，两块护盖接合线处设有一按压开关12，所述按压开关12与喷腔2内止水阀5相连且按压带动止水阀5打开，按压开关12与止水阀5之间通过开关锁扣13锁止按压。所述按压开关12按压操作时触动电机触发导线3-1和电池接触导线9-1，电机3与电池组9之间还设有电池电机连接导线14。所述喷腔2外壳还设有电池盖15，用来手动装卸电池组9。
如图6所示，所述吸水软管组件6包括吸水软管6-1和外置吸水装置，外置吸水装置包括成一体结构的瓶盖6-2和吸水管6-3，吸水软管6-1末端设有插头，吸水软管6-1末端的插头插入瓶盖6-2上的开孔并与吸水管6-3连通；吸水软管6-1与外置吸水装置组装成一体后，外置吸水装置的吸水管6-3可插入容器内的液体中进行吸水。
本发明一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器的操作过程如下：
1、手动打开喷腔2外壳的电池盖15，装入电池组9后盖上电池盖15；将吸水软管6-1末端的插头插入外置吸水装置的瓶盖6-2上的开孔并与吸水管6-3连通，吸水管6-3插入容器内的液体中准备吸水；旋转喷杆组件1带动旋转轴11旋转至工作状态使旋转轴11上的限位块11-1碰到旋转轴座10上的定位块10-1并卡入锁紧块10-2固定。
2、手握喷腔2外壳，将喷嘴指向喷射区域，解锁开关锁扣13并按下按压开关12，按压开关12压下止水阀5阀芯使止水阀5打开，同时按压开关12触碰电机触发导线3-1和电池接触导线9-1使电机3启动，液体经由吸水软管组件6、止水阀5、泵进水软管7、泵4、泵出水软管8直到喷杆组件1上的喷嘴喷出。
3、喷射完成后，松开按压开关12使得止水阀5阀芯抬起关闭止水阀5，同时电机触发导线3-1和电池接触导线9-1脱离接触使得电机3断电停机；手动旋转喷杆组件1带动旋转轴11旋转至收纳状态使旋转轴11上的限位块11-1碰到旋转轴座10上的定位块10-1并卡入锁紧块10-2固定；锁定开关锁扣13以免按压开关12被误按导致电机3通电。
以上所述仅是本发明优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，包括喷杆组件和喷腔，喷腔内设有电机、泵、止水阀、吸水软管组件、泵进水软管、泵出水软管、电池组和导线，水流依次经吸水软管组件、止水阀、泵进水软管、泵、泵出水软管流出喷腔，其特征在于：所述喷腔前端设有旋转轴座，旋转轴座内活动套接一呈直角形状的旋转轴，旋转轴与喷杆组件相连，所述泵出水软管可经旋转轴到达喷杆组件的喷嘴处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，其特征在于：所述旋转轴内拐角部位设有限位块，旋转轴座内平行设有两个定位块，旋转轴在限位块与定位块的限定作用下在旋转轴座内作180º范围内的旋转，限位块外侧设有环状锁紧块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，其特征在于：所述喷腔外壳由两块护盖拼合而成，两块护盖接合线处设有一按压开关，所述按压开关与喷腔内止水阀相连且按压带动止水阀打开，按压开关与止水阀之间通过开关锁扣锁止按压。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，其特征在于：所述按压开关按压操作时触动电机触发导线和电池接触导线，电机与电池组之间还设有电池电机连接导线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，其特征在于：所述吸水软管组件包括吸水软管和外置吸水装置，外置吸水装置包括成一体结构的瓶盖和吸水管，吸水软管末端的插头插入瓶盖上的开孔并与吸水管连通。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种可旋转喷杆的手持式电动喷雾器，其特征在于：所述喷腔外壳还设有电池盖，用来手动装卸电池组。
