The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are that: by the design of the structure, the second air plate in the embodiment can accelerate the air blown into the paint spray chamber 12 from the static pressure chamber 11, and quickly discharge paint mist to be treated in the paint spray chamber 12 into the air duct 14.

the dry type paint spray booth comprises a dry type paint spray booth body (100), wherein a dynamic pressure chamber (10), a static pressure chamber (11) and a paint spray booth (12) are sequentially arranged in the dry type paint spray booth body (100) from top to bottom, a first air inlet (13) is formed in the left side wall of the dynamic pressure chamber (10), an air duct (14) is formed in the bottom of the paint spray booth (12), a grid plate (15) is arranged between the paint spray booth (12) and the air duct (14), an air duct outlet (16) is formed in the left end of the air duct (14), and a controller is arranged in the paint spray booth (12);
the air inlet device is arranged on the right side of the dry type paint spray booth body (100), the air inlet device is connected with the first air inlet (13), the air exhaust device is arranged on the left side of the dry type paint spray booth body (100), the bottom of the air exhaust device is connected with the air duct outlet (16), and the air inlet device and the air exhaust device are electrically connected with the controller;
the exhaust device comprises a first vertical box body (40) arranged on the air duct outlet (16), a second vertical box body (41) arranged on the first vertical box body (40) and a vertical exhaust pipe (43) arranged on the second vertical box body (41);
the second vertical box body (41) and the first vertical box body (40) are coaxially arranged and are mutually communicated, the cross section of the second vertical box body (41) is larger than that of the first vertical box body (40), an exhaust fan (44), an electrostatic module (45) and a third filter screen (46) are sequentially arranged in the second vertical box body (41) from top to bottom, the electrostatic module (45) comprises an upper support (451), a lower support (452), two electrode plates (453) which are arranged between the upper support (451) and the lower support (452) and are far away from each other, a plurality of vertical adsorption plates (454) which are arranged between the two electrode plates (453), a channel through which air passes is formed between the two adjacent vertical adsorption plates (454), and a power module (47) is arranged on the inner side wall of the second vertical box body (41) above the upper support (451), and the power module (47) is respectively electrically connected with the electrode plates (453) and the controller;
the third filter screen (46) is arranged at the lower end of the second vertical box body (41) through a support frame (48), the support frame (48) comprises an umbrella-shaped framework (481), a first support ring (482) arranged at the outer edge of the framework (481) and a second support ring (483) sleeved with the first support ring (482), the third filter screen (46) is covered on the framework (481), and the outer edge of the third filter screen is clamped between the first support ring (482) and the second support ring (483);
the upper support (451) and the lower support (452) are arranged in the second vertical box body (41) through two vertical supports (49), a plurality of first grooves (50) are formed in the vertical supports (49), and the upper support (451) and the lower support (452) are respectively arranged in the first grooves (50) of the two vertical supports (49); the upper support (451) is provided with a plurality of first strip-shaped through holes (455), the lower surface of the upper support (451) is provided with a plurality of second grooves (456), and the second grooves (456) and the first strip-shaped through holes (455) are arranged at intervals; the lower support (452) is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped through holes, the lower surface of the lower support is provided with a plurality of third grooves, and the third grooves and the second strip-shaped through holes are arranged at intervals; the electrode plates (453) and the vertical adsorption plates (454) are clamped in the second groove (456) and the third groove.

The environment-friendly dry paint spray booth according to claim 2, wherein the filter composite layer (23) comprises a first filter screen (231), a second filter screen (233) and an activated carbon filter layer (232) arranged between the first filter screen (231) and the second filter screen (233), wherein a first wind speed sensor (234) electrically connected with the controller is arranged on the first filter screen (231), and a second wind speed sensor (235) electrically connected with the controller is arranged on the second filter screen (233).

An environment-friendly dry paint spray booth according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the filter composite layer (23) is connected with the air inlet window (22) through a window frame (26), the filter composite layer (23) is arranged on the window frame (26), an upper clamping plate (27) and a lower clamping plate (28) are arranged on the window frame (26), clamping grooves (29) are formed in the upper clamping plate (27) and the lower clamping plate (28), and a fixing mechanism connected with the right wall of the air inlet box (20) is arranged in the clamping grooves (29);
the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate (30), wing plates (31) arranged at two ends of the fixing plate (30), two guide rods (32) arranged on the fixing plate (30) and a fixing opening (33) arranged on the fixing plate (30), wherein the fixing opening (33) is arranged in the middle of the fixing plate (30) and is conical, bolts (34) are arranged in the fixing opening (33), and one end, far away from the fixing plate (30), of the wing plates (31) is provided with a propping portion (35) facing the air inlet box (20).
