Background
Rhinitis refers to inflammation of the nasal mucosa, and is an exudative inflammation in pathological tissues, and purulent inflammation and allergic inflammation are often found in the inflammation. In any case, exudation of liquidous components from blood vessels, edema, cell exudation, and hypersecretion are characteristic.
There are many rhinitis symptoms, which vary according to the type of rhinitis:
(1) chronic rhinitis is intermittently or alternatively blocked by nasal obstruction for a long time, so that dizziness is caused, and sleeping, working and learning are seriously influenced. Sticky nasal discharge often flows back into the pharyngeal cavity, resulting in cough and excessive phlegm;
(2) the initial stage of acute rhinitis is 1-2 days. Patients often have general malaise, aversion to cold, fever, inappetence, headache and the like. Nasal cavity and nasopharynx are dry and burning, itching in nose, and sneezing frequently. The acute stage is 2-5 days. The original symptoms worsen. The body temperature of adults is about 38 ℃, children are as high as more than 39 ℃, and vomiting, diarrhea, coma and even convulsion are usually caused by high fever;
(3) the drug rhinitis is used for a long time with various rhinitis drugs which hurt the nasal mucosa or laser and operation, which causes the nasal cavity to have persistent nasal obstruction and frequent nosebleed;
(4) atrophic rhinitis, bad breath, nasal secretion in block shape, tubular scab, difficult blowing, and slight nasal bleeding when the dry scab is removed by force. It is often mistaken for the initial rhinitis of cold.
With the continuous development of urban industry, the quality of air in cities is continuously reduced, the air pollution is gradually increased, various air pollutants and dust cause continuous harmful stimulation to nasal mucosa, and the incidence of simple rhinitis is gradually increased, so that the treatment of the disease is more and more emphasized by people.
