本发明涉及一种消融穿刺辅助贴片,包括由柔软的材料制成的贴片本体,所述贴片本体内部至少设有一层显影线层,所述显影线层由多条等距且相互平行设置的细孔道构成,构成同一层所述显影线层的多条细孔道处于同一平面上,所述显影线层与贴片本体上下表面平行,所述贴片本体下表面设有一层不干胶粘结层。本发明消融穿刺辅助贴片利用显影线层中细孔道与贴片本体的密度不同,在CT等影像设备作用下显现出显影线,消融针通过显影线的定位,确定进针角度,穿过贴片本体后直达病灶。具有结构简单,成本低的优点,贴片本体代替了患者的皮肤、皮下脂肪、肌肉组织,补充了厚度上的不足,穿刺针固定更加稳定,且使用方便、定位准确。

一种消融穿刺辅助贴片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消融穿刺辅助贴片,特别是涉及一种磁共振等断层影像设备引导下消融穿刺辅助贴片。
背景技术
人体内部脏器发生实质性疾病,尤其是肿瘤时,为了明确病理,或为了直接对病灶进行消融处理,均是通过穿刺的手段。目前常用的方法是通过磁共振或CT等断层影像设备扫描人体后明确病灶与皮肤进针点的方位和深度,并在该病灶所在断层层面中进行精准穿刺。但是传统的穿刺定位步骤往往只能确定皮肤进针点以及深度,具体进针角度大多通过操作医师目测或者经验进行,穿刺过程中常常需要进行多次调整角度。另外,目前的射频针或微波针或氩氦刀等消融穿刺工具,尾部都有一个小装置,有一定重量,当穿刺进入皮肤甚至肌肉,但未进入内脏时,需要进行磁共振或CT扫描确认方向,此时操作医师会离开患者身旁,放开穿刺工具,穿刺工具由于尾部的重量,尤其是非垂直于地面方向进针时,往往容易东倒西歪或改变角度,CT床将患者平移入扫描区域过程也会加重这种情况,造成扫描时穿刺针的角度方向与进针时变化较大,给医师的判断及调整增加困难。现有的一些辅助穿刺装置往往过于复杂庞大,机械结构复杂,成本高,此时,就需要一种简单,随患者移动且稳定,一次性的固定装置,既能帮助消融针选取最佳进针角度,又可帮助尚未进入深处实质脏器的消融针稳定方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种结构简单,成本低、固定稳定且使用方便、定位准确的消融穿刺辅助装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种消融穿刺辅助贴片,其特征在于:包括贴片本体,所述贴片本体由柔软的材料制成的片状构件,所述贴片本体内部至少设有一层显影线层,所述显影线层由多条等距且相互平行设置的细孔道构成,构成同一层所述显影线层的多条细孔道处于同一平面上,所述显影线层与贴片本体上下表面平行,所述贴片本体下表面设有一层不干胶粘结层。
作为本发明的进一步设置,所述贴片本体的不干胶粘结层3中加入有止血药物。
作为本发明的再进一步设置,所述贴片本体内部设有上下两层显影线层,两层显影线层中的细孔道的投影呈平行设置。
作为本发明的更进一步设置,所述贴片本体由透明的橡胶或硅胶材料制成。
作为本发明的再更进一步设置,所述贴片本体中掺入有增强造影剂,所述增强造影剂为碘造影剂和/或钆造影剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明消融穿刺辅助贴片通过不干胶粘结层粘结在患者体表,利用显影线层中细孔道与贴片本体在CT下密度不同(在磁共振下信号不同),在CT或磁共振等断层影像设备作用下显现出显影线,消融针通过显影线的定位,确定进针角度,穿过贴片本体后直达病灶。消融穿刺辅助贴片结构简单,成本低,贴片本体代替了患者的皮肤、皮下脂肪、肌肉组织,补充了厚度上的不足,穿刺针固定更加稳定,且使用方便、定位准确。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明消融穿刺辅助贴片包括贴片本体1,所述贴片本体1由柔软的材料制成的片状构件,选用橡胶或硅胶材料制成,形状优选为矩形。橡胶或硅胶材料优选具有一定厚度的透明硬质医用硅胶材料,选用透明材料是为了操作者能直接肉眼看到紧贴人体皮肤的下层显影线,帮助确定穿刺进针点,硅胶材料硬度高于或等于人体肌肉,低于人体软骨,目的是能让穿刺针顺利刺穿,刺穿后又能对穿刺针起到稳定的支撑作用,操作者放手后穿刺针在硅胶材料支撑下不会东倒西歪,厚度1.5-2.5cm为宜。所述贴片本体1内部至少设有一层显影线层,所述显影线层由多条等距且相互平行设置的细孔道2构成,间距越小,越有利于精确定位,但也不宜过密,增加制作难度。构成同一层所述显影线层的多条细孔道2处于同一平面上,所述显影线层与贴片本体1上下表面平行,所述贴片本体1下表面设有一层不干胶粘结层3。
为了加速创口愈合,所述贴片本体1的不干胶粘结层3中优选加入有常用的创面止血药物,如云南白药等,穿刺后仍贴于患者皮肤上,直接代替纱布或创口贴在术后包扎创口的作用,减少操作步骤,更安全,方便患者与医生。
为了进一步增加定位精度,所述贴片本体1内部优选设有上下两层显影线层,两层显影线层中的细孔道2的投影呈平行设置。通过上下两层显影线的帮助,能够更精确确定穿刺进针点和角度完成穿刺,大大减少调整穿刺角度的工作量。
为了能够在CT或MR扫描检查下能更清晰分辨设置在硅胶内的含空气的细孔道2,优选在所述贴片本体1中掺入有增强造影剂,如碘造影剂和/或钆造影剂。
本发明消融穿刺辅助贴片的具体使用以CT引导下穿刺为例,通过下表面的不干胶粘结层3将消融穿刺辅助贴片贴在患者穿刺部位的体表,在穿刺工具进入人体内脏前通过上下2层显影线的帮助,确定穿刺进针点和角度完成穿刺,大大减少调整穿刺角度的工作量,即使各种原因造成第一次的定位或方向有偏差,可以进行适当的微调(因为硅胶仍有一定的柔软性,轻微的调整方向不成问题),降低反复调整穿刺方向时给患者造成不必要的损伤以及过量的CT辐射。需要进一步实验确定最合适数据,太薄达不到固定支撑穿刺针要求,太厚会增加穿刺难度;撤针后硅胶内的穿刺道因为硅胶的特性会快速闭合,避免了血液通过穿刺道溢出,稍加外力短暂压迫即可。

1.一种消融穿刺辅助贴片,其特征在于:包括贴片本体,所述贴片本体由柔软的材料制成的片状构件,所述贴片本体内部至少设有一层显影线层,所述显影线层由多条等距且相互平行设置的细孔道构成,构成同一层所述显影线层的多条细孔道处于同一平面上,所述显影线层与贴片本体上下表面平行,所述贴片本体下表面设有一层不干胶粘结层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消融穿刺辅助贴片,其特征在于:所述贴片本体的不干胶粘结层3中加入有止血药物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的消融穿刺辅助贴片,其特征在于:所述贴片本体内部设有上下两层显影线层,两层显影线层中的细孔道的投影呈平行设置。
