The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of the general structure of the shoe fixing device of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the shoe fixing device is provided inside the shoe washing machine of the present invention. The shoe fixing device comprises a fixing member 1, a supporting member 2, a first elastic member 3 and a locking member 4, wherein the supporting member 2, the first elastic member 3 and the locking member 4 are arranged on the fixing member 1 in a sliding mode, the first elastic member 3 is arranged between the locking member 4 and the supporting member 2, at least one part of the fixing member 1 can extend into the inside of a shoe and abut against one end of the shoe, and the locking member 4 is arranged to be locked on the fixing member 1 so as to abut against the supporting member 2 to the other end of the shoe by means of the first elastic member 3 and thus tightly support the shoe. That is, when the fixing member 1 is inserted into the inside of the shoe and abuts against one end of the shoe, the supporting member 2 can abut against the other end of the shoe by sliding on the fixing member 1. And in this case, the locking member 4 can be locked to the fixing member 1 at a position close to the supporting member 2, so that the supporting member 2 is closely abutted to the end of the shoe by pressing the first elastic member 3, so that both ends of the shoe are closely abutted to the fixing member 1 and the supporting member 2, respectively, to be securely tightened until the locking action of the locking member 4 is released, and the shoe can be removed from the shoe fixing device.
Preferably, the locking member 4 comprises a slider 41 slidably arranged on the fixing member 1 and a locking screw 42, the slider 41 being provided with a threaded hole (not shown in the figures), the locking screw 42 being able to abut against the fixing member 1 by screwing into the threaded hole in order to lock the slider 41 on the fixing member 1. Through the arrangement, after a user abuts one end of the shoe against the fixing component 1, the user can push the supporting component 2 (including the first elastic component 3) to move towards the other end of the shoe only by adjusting the position of the sliding block 41 on the fixing component 1 until the supporting component 2 abuts against the other end of the shoe under the action of the first elastic component 3, and the shoe is tightly supported. At this time, the shoe can be always supported by the support member 2 by tightening the locking screw 42 of the slider 41, and the shoe can be easily and reliably fixed.
Further, a plurality of slots 121 (the slots 121 will be described in detail below) are sequentially disposed on the fixing member 1, and the locking screw 42 abuts against the slots 121 to lock the slider 41 on the fixing member 1. The snap-fit engagement of the end of the locking screw 42 and the snap-fit groove 121 is clearly more reliable than when the locking screw 42 is directly snapped onto the surface of the fixing member 1, and also enables to avoid scratching of the surface of the fixing member 1 by the locking screw 42 directly abutting against the fixing member 1 for a long period of time. In addition, through adjusting the distance between every two adjacent draw-in grooves 121, can also confirm the approximate size of the shoes that supporting member 2 can prop tightly when adjusting next draw-in groove 121, on this basis, all can correspond the corresponding size of the shoes that can prop tightly on every draw-in groove 121, make the user can adjust slider 41 to comparatively accurate locking position according to shoes size, the problem of the fixed process of user because of debugging locking member 4's locking position repeatedly extension shoes has been avoided, the fixed efficiency of shoes has been improved, the abluent whole process of shoes has been accelerated.
As an example, the fixing member 1 comprises a vertical rod 11 and a cross rod 12 connected to each other, wherein at least a part of the vertical rod 11 can extend into the interior of the shoe and abut against one end of the shoe, so that the cross rod 12 connected to the end of the vertical rod 11 can completely enter the interior of the shoe and be supported into the shoe along the length direction of the shoe. The locking groove 121 is a plurality of groove structures arranged in line along the length direction of the cross rod 12, the sliding block 41 is arranged on the cross rod 12 in a sliding mode, and the screw hole in the sliding block 41 is communicated with the through structure on the sliding block, so that the locking screw 42 can enter the locking groove 121 through the screw hole. The support member 2 is connected to the crossbar 12 in a sliding manner so that the support member 2 can slide along the length of the shoe and can thus be brought to bear against the other end of the shoe, tightening it against the shoe on the fixed member 1 at one end. Specifically, in a state that the shoe is fixed, the vertical rod 11 and the supporting member 2 respectively abut against two ends of the shoe, for example, the vertical rod 11 abuts against the inner side of the toe cap of the shoe, and the supporting member 2 abuts against the inner side of the tail of the shoe; or the vertical rod 11 is abutted against the inner side of the tail of the shoe, and the supporting member 2 is abutted against the inner side of the toe cap of the shoe, so that two ends of the shoe can be simultaneously abutted against by the fixing member 1 and the supporting member 2 respectively, and the tightening and fixing of the shoe are completed. That is, when fixing the shoe, first, one end of the shoe is abutted against the vertical rod 11, and the supporting member 2 on the cross rod 12 is adjusted, so that the supporting member 2 can be abutted against the other end of the shoe to tighten the shoe. At this time, the sliding of the support member 2 on the crossbar 12 can be restricted only by adjusting the positions of the locking member 4 and the first elastic member 3 and tightening the locking screw 42, thereby reliably maintaining the tightened state of the shoe.
In order to ensure the reliability of the shoe during fixing, the vertical rod 11 is provided with a support frame 111 matched with the shape of the inner side of the shoe tail, and one end of the support member 2 close to the shoe head is a bent rod matched with the shape of the inner side of the shoe head, so that sufficient abutting areas are formed between the positions of the support member 2 and the vertical rod 11 and the end part of the shoe, and the shoe is clamped more stably and reliably.
With continued reference to figure 1, as a first embodiment of the invention, shown in the orientation of figure 1, the support member 2 comprises a support portion 22 abutting the end of the shoe (i.e. the above-mentioned curved bar adapted to the shape of the inner side of the toe cap) and a frame structure 21 connected to the support portion 22. The first elastic member 3 is a spring. The frame structure 21 and the spring are both slidably arranged on the crossbar 12. For example, a through-structure is provided on the frame structure 21, and the frame structure 21 is connected to the cross bar 12 by the cooperation of the through-structure and the cross bar 12. The spring is slidably mounted to the rail 12 and located within the interior frame of the frame structure 21. The slider 41 abuts against one side of the inner frame of the frame structure 21, the left end of the spring abuts against the slider 41, and the right end abuts against the other side of the inner frame of the frame structure, so that the slider 41 is abutted against, and the slider 41 is fixed relative to the inner frame of the frame structure 21.
In this case the support member 2 and the slide 41 in its inner frame are in one relatively fixed unit by means of springs. When fixing the shoe, the slider 41 is slid in a direction to approach the toe cap to push the support member 2, or the support member 2 is pushed by the toe cap to move in a direction to approach the slider 41 in a state where the slider 41 is locked, until the slider 41 and the support member 2 approach to be able to compress the spring. Under the relaxing tendency of the spring, the support portion 22 is tightly abutted to the inside of the toe cap. At this time, the locking slider 41 or the shoe tail is sleeved on the vertical rod 11 to complete the fixing work of the shoe. Of course, although the frame structure 21 shown in fig. 1 is a rectangular frame structure, this is not limitative, and any structure capable of connecting the support portion 22 to the slider 41 and the spring, which can satisfy the abutting requirements of the slider 41 and the spring at the same time, may be substituted for the frame structure 21. Such as a U-shaped frame structure, a U-shaped plate channel, etc.
As a second embodiment of the invention, the support member 2 comprises a support portion 22 abutting against the end of the shoe and a connection structure connected to the support portion 22, both the connection structure and the spring being arranged in a sliding manner on the crossbar 12. One end of the spring is connected to the slider 41 and the other end is connected to the above-mentioned connecting structure. The sliding connection between the connecting structure and the cross bar 12 is similar to the sliding connection between the frame structure 21 and the cross bar 12, and will not be described herein. And the above-mentioned connecting structure may be any structure other than the frame, such as a rectangular block, a loop bar, etc., capable of connecting the support part 22 and the spring. In this case, the support member 2 and the slider 41 are indirectly connected to be integrated by a spring. Obviously, the above-described structural modifications do not alter the principle of action of the fastening device of the present invention, and therefore the way in which the shoe is fastened does not change substantially. And all changes in the above structural forms are beyond the principle and scope of the present invention.
As an alternative embodiment, the second embodiment of the present invention is: the locking member 4 may further comprise a slider 41 and a catch connected to the slider 41 and capable of being clipped or clipped onto the crossbar 12 in the form of a clip or claw to prevent the slider 41 from sliding on the crossbar 12 and lock the slider 41 to the crossbar 12.
Referring next to fig. 2 and with continued reference to fig. 1, fig. 2 is a side cross-sectional view of the shoe retaining device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, more preferably, the shoe fixing device of the present invention further comprises a compression assembly 5 capable of compressing the shoe. According to the orientation of fig. 2, the pressing assembly 5 comprises a sleeve 51 connected with the left end of the vertical rod 11, a pressing member 52 at least partially extending into the sleeve 51, and a second elastic member 53 arranged between the sleeve 51 and the pressing member 52, wherein the second elastic member 53 can elastically move the pressing member 52 and the fixing member 1 and the supporting member 2 towards each other, and the pressing member 52 can be tightly abutted to the outer side of the shoe (such as the bottom of the shoe) under the action of the second elastic member 53, so as to press the shoe tightly supported by the fixing member 1 and the supporting member 2, and the shoe can be fixed more reliably.
As a specific embodiment, the pressing member 52 includes a pressing rod 521 and a connecting rod 522 connected to each other, and at least a portion of the connecting rod 522 extends into the sleeve 51. The second elastic member 53 is a spring sleeved on the connecting rod 522, and the spring is disposed in the sleeve 51 in a compression manner, so that the pressing rod 521 can be pulled downwards by the spring when the spring expands, and can move towards the fixing member 1 and the supporting member 2. Further, the top end of the sleeve 51 is provided with a blocking structure 511, and the lower part of the connecting rod 522 is provided with a limiting block. The top end of the spring abuts below the stop structure 511 to confine the spring within the sleeve 51, and the spring is connected to the connecting rod 522 with the bottom end abutting on the stopper. When shoes are compressed tightly by compressing rod 521, the spring is in a compressed state, because the spring top is blocked by blocking structure 511, so the expansion trend of the spring can drive connecting rod 522 to move towards the inside of sleeve 51 through the mode of pushing the limiting block downwards, thereby making compressing rod 521 closely lean against to the sole, compress tightly the shoes. And under the effect of compressing tightly subassembly 5, the range of turning round of shoes in the cleaning process can be reduced by a wide margin to make the cooperation state between above-mentioned locking screw 42 or buckle and fixed component 1 can be kept better, avoided the pine of locking screw 42 or buckle to take off, make locking effect more reliable.
In summary, the shoe fixing device of the present invention comprises a fixing member 1, a supporting member 2, a first elastic member 3 and a locking member 4, wherein the fixing member comprises a vertical bar 11 and a horizontal bar 12 connected to each other, and the locking member 4 comprises a sliding block 41 slidably disposed on the fixing member 1 and a locking screw 42 screwed to the sliding block 41. The support member 2, the first elastic member 3, and the lock member 4 are each slidably provided on the crossbar 12, and the first elastic member 3 is provided between the slider 41 and the support member 2. With the vertical rods 11 abutting to the inner side of the shoe tail, the slider 41 can be locked to the fixed member 1 by means of the locking screws 42 in order to abut the support member 2 to the other end of the shoe by means of the first elastic member 3 and thus tighten the shoe. Through the arrangement, on the one hand, the phenomenon that the shoe is unstable to fix and even falls off due to the fact that the supporting member slides relative to the fixing member after the shoe is fixed is effectively avoided, and the fixing reliability of the shoe is improved. On the other hand, the elastic support at the position of the supporting component can also avoid being extruded and deformed by the shoe supporting component, and has certain protection to the shoe. And this elasticity props up and can adapt to the shoes of different sizes in the certain extent for the user need not frequently to adjust locking component when fixing the shoes of the different shoes types of same size or size difference is less, has improved the fixed efficiency of shoes, has promoted user experience.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
