when the clamping mechanism (70) is in the cover closing position, the first clamping jaw (72) and the second clamping jaw (74) both clamp the inner pot (220) and the heat-preservation cover plate (20);
when the clamping mechanism (70) is located at the uncovering position, the first clamping jaw (72) and the second clamping jaw (74) are both connected with the inner pot (220) and the heat-preservation cover plate (20).

The cover according to claim 2, wherein the detection assembly comprises a first microswitch (82) and a second microswitch (84), the first microswitch (82) being located in the path of movement of the first jaw (72), the second microswitch (84) being located in the path of movement of the second jaw (74);
when the clamping mechanism (70) is in the cover closing position, one of the first microswitch (82) and the second microswitch (84) is triggered;
the other of the first and second micro switches (82, 84) is activated when the gripper mechanism (70) is in the open-lid position.
4. A cover as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first jaw (72) and said second jaw (74) are provided with a first groove (71) and a second groove (73), respectively;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is in the cover closing position, the trigger end of the first microswitch (82) is positioned in the first groove (71), and the trigger end of the second microswitch (84) is positioned outside the second groove (73) and is extruded and triggered;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is located at the uncovering position, the trigger end of the first microswitch (82) is located outside the first groove (71) and is triggered by extrusion, and the trigger end of the second microswitch (84) is located inside the second groove (73).
5. A cover as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first jaw (72) and said second jaw (74) are provided with a first rib and a second rib, respectively;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is in the cover closing position, the triggering end of the first microswitch (82) is abutted to the first convex strip, and the triggering end of the second microswitch (84) is separated from the second convex strip and is triggered after being extended;
when fixture (70) is in when uncapping the position, the trigger end of first micro-gap switch (82) with first sand grip breaks away from and is triggered after the extension, the trigger end butt of second micro-gap switch (84) the second sand grip.
6. The cover of claim 2, wherein the detection assembly includes a third microswitch (86), the third microswitch (86) being triggered when the gripper mechanism (70) is switched to the closed cover position and the open cover position.
7. The cover according to claim 6, wherein the first jaw (72) or the second jaw (74) is provided with a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the cover closing position, the triggering end of the third microswitch (86) corresponds to the first matching part and is triggered;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the uncovering position, the triggering end of the third microswitch (86) corresponds to the second matching part and is triggered.
8. The cover according to claim 7, wherein the first and second fitting portions are configured as a lid-closing groove (76) and a lid-opening groove (78) disposed at intervals, respectively;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the cover closing position, the cover closing groove (76) moves to correspond to the trigger end of the third microswitch (86), and the trigger end of the third microswitch (86) extends into the cover closing groove (76) and is triggered;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the uncovering position, the uncovering groove (78) moves to correspond to the triggering end of the third microswitch (86), and the triggering end of the third microswitch (86) extends into the uncovering groove (78) and is triggered.
9. The cover according to claim 7, wherein the first and second fitting portions are configured as a lid-closing projection (77) and a lid-opening projection (79), respectively, which are provided at intervals;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the cover closing position, the cover closing protrusion (77) moves to correspond to the trigger end of the third microswitch (86), and the trigger end of the third microswitch (86) is retracted and triggered;
when the clamping mechanism (70) is switched to the uncovering position, the uncovering protrusion (79) moves to correspond to the trigger end of the third microswitch (86), and the trigger end of the third microswitch (86) retracts and is triggered.
10. A cover according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the drive assembly (30) comprises a drive member (32), a transmission member (34) and a linkage member (36), the transmission member (34) and the linkage member (36) being in driving connection with the first jaw (72) and the second jaw (74), respectively;
the transmission piece (34) is driven by the driving piece (32) to move in a reciprocating mode and drives the linkage piece (36) to move in a reciprocating mode in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the transmission piece (34).
11. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises a cover (100) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 10.
