Therefore, the buffer member 320 may be made of a material with a certain deformation function, such as soft rubber, silica gel, etc., in order to achieve a better interference effect between the buffer member 320 and the rack 350, a tooth-shaped structure may be disposed on a side surface of the buffer member 320 facing the rack 350, and a tooth depth of the tooth-shaped structure on the buffer member 320 is smaller than a tooth depth of the rack 350, so that a user can smoothly adjust the buffer member. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cushion member 320 may preferably be formed of soft rubber teeth in consideration of the ease of manufacturing process and cost.
In practical applications, the specific structure of the retaining member 310 may be determined according to practical situations, as long as it can be ensured that the retaining member can be retained and locked with the rack 350 at the first position, and the retaining member may be a rigid member or an elastic member, such as a torsion spring, a spring plate, or a lock tongue.
It is understood that, in practical applications, the specific structure of the trigger 330 may be determined according to practical situations, for example, the trigger 330 may be configured as a key, a sliding key, an arm-off key, or a knob, and in this embodiment, a key structure may be preferably adopted in consideration of the compactness of the structure and the ease of triggering.
The technical scheme of the invention is that a positioning mechanism 300 is arranged between a first strap 100 and a second strap 200 to adjust the tightness of the watchband, the positioning mechanism 300 comprises a clamping piece 310 arranged on the first strap 100, a buffer piece 320 fixedly connected with the clamping piece 310, a trigger piece 330, a transmission assembly 340 connected between the trigger piece 330 and the clamping piece 310, and a rack 350 arranged on the second strap 200, the clamping piece 310 can move between a first position clamped with the rack 350 and a second position separated from the rack 350, when the trigger piece 330 is triggered, the transmission assembly 340 drives the clamping piece 310 to move from the first position to the second position to be separated from the rack 350, and simultaneously drives the buffer piece 320 to be abutted against the rack 350, so that certain interference is generated between the buffer piece 320 and the rack 350, and the phenomenon that the first strap 100 and the second strap 200 are separated instantly after the clamping piece 310 is separated from the rack 350 is prevented, the situation that the trigger 330 is triggered carelessly to cause the watchband to be detached is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the driving assembly 340 includes a first bracket 341 for mounting the retaining member 310, and the buffering member 320 is fixedly connected to the first bracket 341; the trigger 330 is triggered to drive the first bracket 341 to move, so as to drive the retaining member 310 to move toward the second position, and drive the buffer member 320 to abut against the rack 350. The first frame 341 is used for installing the retaining member 310, and the buffer member 320 is also fixedly connected to the first frame 341, so that the movement of the first frame 341 drives the retaining member 310 and the buffer member 320 to move together. When the trigger 330 is triggered, the first bracket 341 is driven to move, and the retaining member 310 is driven to separate from the rack 350, and the buffer member 320 is driven to abut against the rack 350, thereby preventing the first belt 100 and the second belt 200 from being separated instantaneously when the trigger 330 is triggered.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first bracket 341 includes an upper surface and a lower surface that are opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the band; the buffer 320 is located at the lower surface; the rack 350 is located on a side of the second belt body 200 facing the first belt body 100, and the catch 310 is located on a side of the buffer 320 facing away from the second belt body 200. At this time, the buffering member 320 is located on the lower surface of the first bracket 341, the retaining member 310 is located on the upper surface of the buffering member 320, when the first bracket 341 moves away from the second belt body 200, the retaining member 310 is driven to separate from the rack 350, and the buffering member 320 abuts against the rack 350; when the first bracket 341 moves toward the second belt 200, the buffer 320 is driven to separate from the rack 350, and the retaining member 310 is driven to retain with the rack 350.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first bracket 341 includes a side surface provided with a first guide slope 342; the second guiding inclined surface 343 is provided on the trigger 330, and the first guiding inclined surface 342 abuts against the second guiding inclined surface 343, so that when the trigger 330 moves, the first bracket 341 is pushed to move, and simultaneously, under the action of the first guiding inclined surface 342 and the second guiding inclined surface 343, the left and right (direction in the figure) movement of the trigger 330 is converted into the up and down (direction in the figure) movement of the first bracket 341, thereby playing a role of converting the movement direction while transmitting. Meanwhile, the overall thickness of the band is reduced by the structure of the first and second guide slopes 342 and 343.
In practical application, the inclination angles of the first guiding inclined surface 342 and the second guiding inclined surface 343 may be determined according to practical situations, as long as it is ensured that the triggering member 330 can drive the first bracket 341 to perform a reversing motion when triggered, for example, 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, and the like, and in this embodiment, 45 ° is preferably adopted.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning mechanism 300 further includes a first guiding post 370, wherein the first guiding post 370 sequentially penetrates through the buffer 320 and the transmission assembly 340; the driving assembly 340 can drive the holding member 310 and the buffering member 320 to slide along the first guiding column 370. In an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly 340 includes the first bracket 341, and the first guiding column 370 sequentially passes through the buffering member 320 and the first bracket 341, so as to achieve the fixation between the first bracket 341 and the buffering member 320, and the first bracket 341 can slide along the first guiding column 370, so that the first guiding column 370 functions as a guide rail, so that the first bracket 341 is more stable in the movement process, and the movement process of the holding member 310 and the buffering member 320 is more stable. It is understood that the first frame 341 is only one embodiment of the transmission assembly 340, and when the transmission assembly 340 is in other transmission modes, the specific connection position of the first guiding column 370 needs to be determined according to practical situations, as long as the first guiding column 370 can guide the movement of the buffer 320 and the retaining member 310.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first return spring 371 is sleeved on the first guiding post 370, so that when the pressure on the trigger 330 is released, the first return spring 371 can drive the retainer 310 and the buffer 320 to return.
In one embodiment of the present invention, one end of the first return spring 371 is abutted against the first bracket 341, and the other end is fixed to a fixed surface. When the user adjusts the position of the watch strap, the pressure on the trigger 330 is released, and the first return spring 371 presses the first holder 341 to return the first holder 341, so as to drive the retaining member 310 to move from the second position to the first position to be retained with the rack 350, thereby locking the watch strap. At this time, the trigger 330 is also returned to the non-pressed position by the first and second guide slopes 342 and 343. In practical application, the first return spring 371 can be a compression spring, so that the first return spring 371 always generates pressure on the first bracket 341, and the return effect is better when the external force disappears.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning mechanism 300 further includes a second guiding column 380, a through hole 331 is provided on the trigger 330, the second guiding column 380 is disposed through the through hole 331, and the trigger 330 can slide along the second guiding column 380. The trigger 330 is provided with a through hole 331, the second guide post 380 penetrates through the through hole 331, and the trigger 330 can slide along the second guide post 380, so that the second guide post 380 plays a role of a guide rail, and the trigger 330 is more stable in the movement process.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second return spring 381 is sleeved on the second guide post 380, and one end of the second return spring 381 abuts against the second guide post 380, and the other end abuts against the trigger 330. When the user adjusts the position of the wristband, the pressure on the trigger 330 is released, and the trigger 330 performs a return movement under the action of the second return spring 381, so that the trigger 330 returns to the initial position. In the practical application process, the second return spring 381 can be a compressed spring, so that the second return spring 381 always generates pressure on the trigger 330, and thus when the external force disappears, the return effect is better. Meanwhile, when the trigger 330 is not subjected to an external force, the second return spring 381 can always generate a pressure to the trigger 330 to the outside, so that the trigger 330 is always attached to the inside of the housing 360 to achieve a sealing function.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the catch 310 includes a fixed arm 311 fixedly connected to the transmission assembly 340 and an elastic arm 312 connected to an end of the fixed arm 311, the elastic arm 312 abuts against a tooth slot of the rack 350, and an extending direction of the elastic arm 312 is the same as a moving direction of the second belt 200. At this time, when the second belt body 200 moves to the left (in the direction shown in the figure), since the extending direction of the elastic arm 312 is also to the left, the user can smoothly stretch the second belt body 200 to adjust the tightness, and when the adjustment is not needed, the elastic arm 312 will abut against the tooth socket to form a back-off to realize self-locking. In practical applications, the retaining member 310 may be a torsion spring. It is understood that, in an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly 340 includes a first bracket 341, and the fixed arm 311 is directly and fixedly connected to the first bracket 341, and when the first bracket 341 moves, the fixed arm 311 is driven to move, and then the elastic arm 312 is driven to move.
