Technical Field

Background

The patent publication numbers in the prior art are: CN 106666829 a discloses a low-temperature non-combustion cigarette and a preparation method thereof, specifically a filter rod, a honeycomb-shaped smoke column, and a high-temperature paper, wherein one end of the filter rod is butted with one end of the smoke column, the high-temperature paper is wrapped outside the filter rod and the smoke column, the smoke column is formed by pressing mixed powder, and the mixed powder comprises the following components: at least one of tobacco powder and plant powder with the mass fraction of 70-90%, tobacco extract with the mass fraction of 5-20% and essence and flavor with the mass fraction of 4-10%, but the concept of adding a transition section in a tobacco product is not disclosed.
However, the conventional tobacco products which do not burn when heated have problems in that the tobacco material falls off during use.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to provide a smoking device which takes a honeycomb solid tobacco material as a smoking material, can effectively solve the problem that the tobacco material falls off in the use process of the existing non-combustible heating tobacco product, ensures the cleanness of a heating cavity of a non-combustible heating smoking device, and improves the use experience.

The section of cellular tobacco material is composed of a plurality of sections, each section having a different composition.
The honeycomb-shaped tobacco material section is cylindrical in shape and can be divided into a multi-body structure along the axis.
The length of the honeycomb-shaped tobacco material segment is 20mm, and the diameter of the honeycomb-shaped tobacco material segment is 6 mm; the length of the filtering section is 15mm, and the diameter of the filtering section is 6 mm; the length of the cooling section is 10mm, and the diameter of the cooling section is 6 mm.
The filter section material adopts acetate fiber material.
The cooling section is a paper hollow pipe.

3. A heat non-combustible smoking article comprising a length of cellular tobacco material according to claim 1, wherein the length of cellular tobacco material is in the form of a cylinder, a prism, a unitary structure or a multi-body structure split along an axis.
4. A heat non-combustible smoking article comprising a cellular solid tobacco material according to claim 1, wherein the cellular tobacco material has a segment length of 3mm to 40mm and a diameter of 4mm to 8 mm; the length of the filtering section is 3mm-30mm, and the diameter is 4mm-8 mm.
5. A heat not burn smoking article comprising a solid cellular tobacco material according to claim 1, wherein the cooling zone is 5mm to 20mm in length and 4mm to 8mm in diameter.
6. A heat not burn tobacco product comprising a solid cellular tobacco material according to claim 1 wherein the filter segment material is a cellulose acetate material.
7. A heat not burn tobacco product comprising solid cellular tobacco material according to claim 1, wherein said cooling section is at least one of a paper hollow tube, a polylactic acid fiber, a polylactic acid film, a porous plastic member.

A heat-not-burn smoking article comprising a solid cellular tobacco material according to claim 1; the honeycomb-shaped tobacco column is characterized in that the honeycomb-shaped tobacco column is made of tobacco powder (30% -90%) and other additives (10% -70%) by a foaming process, the side surface of the honeycomb-shaped tobacco column is a closed compact surface layer, the core part and the end surface of the honeycomb-shaped tobacco column are of a microporous structure, and the diameter of each hole is less than or equal to 1 mm.
