Abstract

本发明公开了一种茶叶的生物农药,由以下重量份原料制成:苦楝子5‑10份、苦楝皮5‑10份、苦参碱2‑5份、酒精40‑50份、甲醇10‑20份、烟头10‑20份、烟灰10‑20份、干辣椒5‑10份、水800‑1000份。本发明常温超声波强化萃取,无需高温,不会破坏苦楝皮和苦楝子中某些具有热不稳定性、易水解或易氧化的药效成分,常压萃取,安全性能好,操作简单易行,能源消耗少,节约成本,制备出的生物农药对茶叶的病虫害防治效果好,且为植物提取,安全健康。

技术领域
本发明属于生物医药技术领域,具体涉及一种茶叶的生物农药及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会进步和人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品质量的要求越来越严格,由于化学工业的发展,茶园生产管理中肥料、农药或生长激素等不合理的施用,导致茶叶中农残、重金属等指标超过规定标准,同时使茶园生态环境遭到破坏,水、土、气等自然生态资源遭受污染,茶园土质下降,生态失衡,严重影响茶叶的品质与效益,阻碍茶产业的可持续发展。现有茶树种植过程中都需要对病虫害进行防治,茶园中的病虫害大多包括茶白星病和茶饼病;茶丽纹象甲、假眼小绿叶蝉、鳞翅目害虫和黑刺粉虱等,现有的防治方法大都是使用化学农药,这样就造成茶叶农药残留普遍超标,茶叶的品质大大降低,而且长期隐形危害消费者的身体健康。所以,急需研制一种茶叶的生物农药,以减少化学农药的施用,提高茶叶的品质。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种茶叶的生物农药及其制备方法。
一种茶叶的生物农药,由以下重量份原料制成:苦楝子5-10份、苦楝皮5-10份、苦参碱2-5份、酒精40-50份、甲醇10-20份、烟头10-20份、烟灰10-20份、干辣椒5-10份、水800-1000份。
进一步地,所述酒精为75%的酒精溶液。
为保证苦楝皮和苦楝子的有效成分充分释放,所述甲醇、酒精和苦楝皮和苦楝子的比例为4.8:1.6:0.8:0.8。
以上所述的茶叶的生物农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苦楝皮和苦楝子混合并粉碎,然后加入甲醇和酒精,然后放入超声波萃取锅,超声波的频率为28双频,功率为3000W,萃取时间为35-45min,得苦楝皮和苦楝子的混合提取物;
(2)将干辣椒切断、烟头撕破,然后与烟灰放入锅中,加入水,熬煮30-45min,浸泡24h,然后再熬煮30-45min,过滤;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)中的溶液混合,并加入苦参碱即可。
以上所用烟头为香烟吸食后的剩余部分。
如果要进行批量生产时,可在溶液中加入食品防腐剂,以防止药物发生变质从而影响保药效。
本发明茶叶的生物农药及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:1.本发明常温超声波强化萃取,无需高温,不会破坏苦楝皮和苦楝子中某些具有热不稳定性、易水解或易氧化的药效成分;2.本发明常压萃取,安全性能好,操作简单易行,能源消耗少,节约成本;3.本发明制备的生物农药对茶叶的病虫害防治效果好,且为植物提取,安全健康。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种茶叶的生物农药,由以下重量份原料制成:苦楝子5份、苦楝皮5份、苦参碱2份、酒精40份、甲醇10份、烟头10份、烟灰10份、干辣椒5份、水800份。
进一步地,所述酒精为75%的酒精溶液。
以上所述的茶叶的生物农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苦楝皮和苦楝子混合并粉碎,然后加入甲醇和酒精,然后放入超声波萃取锅,超声波的频率为28双频,功率为3000W,萃取时间为35min,得苦楝皮和苦楝子的混合提取物;
(2)将干辣椒切断、烟头撕破,然后与烟灰放入锅中,加入水,熬煮30min,浸泡24h,然后再熬煮30min,过滤;

进一步地,所述酒精为75%的酒精溶液。
以上所述的茶叶的生物农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苦楝皮和苦楝子混合并粉碎,然后加入甲醇和酒精,然后放入超声波萃取锅,超声波的频率为28双频,功率为3000W,萃取时间为43min,得苦楝皮和苦楝子的混合提取物;
(2)将干辣椒切断、烟头撕破,然后与烟灰放入锅中,加入水,熬煮40min,浸泡24h,然后再熬煮40min,过滤;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)中的溶液混合,并加入苦参碱即可。
以上所用烟头为香烟吸食后的剩余部分。
实施例3
一种茶叶的生物农药,由以下重量份原料制成:苦楝子10份、苦楝皮10份、苦参碱5份、酒精50份、甲醇20份、烟头20份、烟灰20份、干辣椒10份、水1000份。
进一步地,所述酒精为75%的酒精溶液。
以上所述的茶叶的生物农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苦楝皮和苦楝子混合并粉碎,然后加入甲醇和酒精,然后放入超声波萃取锅,超声波的频率为28双频,功率为3000W,萃取时间为45min,得苦楝皮和苦楝子的混合提取物;
(2)将干辣椒切断、烟头撕破,然后与烟灰放入锅中,加入水,熬煮45min,浸泡24h,然后再熬煮45min,过滤;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)中的溶液混合,并加入苦参碱即可。
以上所用烟头为香烟吸食后的剩余部分。
如果要进行批量生产时,可在溶液中加入食品防腐剂,以防止药物发生变质从而影响保药效。

1.一种茶叶的生物农药,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:苦楝子5-10份、苦楝皮5-10份、苦参碱2-5份、酒精40-50份、甲醇10-20份、烟头10-20份、烟灰10-20份、干辣椒5-10份、水800-1000份。
2.如权利要求1所述的茶叶的生物农药,其特征在于:所述酒精为75%的酒精溶液。
3.如权利要求1所述的茶叶的生物农药,其特征在于:所述甲醇、酒精和苦楝皮和苦楝子的比例为4.8:1.6:0.8:0.8。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的茶叶的生物农药的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将苦楝皮和苦楝子混合并粉碎,然后加入甲醇和酒精,然后放入超声波萃取锅,超声波的频率为28双频,功率为3000W,萃取时间为35-45min,得苦楝皮和苦楝子的混合提取物;
(2)将干辣椒切断、烟头撕破,然后与烟灰放入锅中,加入水,熬煮30-45min,浸泡24h,然后再熬煮30-45min,过滤;
