Abstract

In recent years, various mechanical devices have been commonly used in order to effectively control tree diseases and insect pests and to supply nutrients to trees in a timely manner. The existing pressure type trunk injector and the micropore quick trunk injector and other machines are used for trunk pest control, although the types are various, the cost of parts is higher, the structure is complex, the use is complicated, the injection time is long, the service life is short, and the damage and the leakage of liquid medicine are easily caused. At present, root pesticide application devices on the market are deficient, the traditional root pesticide application method is to directly spray the roots of trees through a small container, but the roots are difficult to accurately apply pesticide to the roots and the stems, pesticide investment is increased, the cost is high, and the environment is polluted. The existing root pesticide applying device is inserted into soil by using a pesticide applying gun head, and accurately and quantitatively applies pesticide to a position needing pesticide application, but the device only sprays the pesticide on the surface of the root, can not effectively prevent and control insect pests in trees, and delivers the pesticide liquid to each part of the trees. Therefore, a need exists for a rapid, efficient injection device.

The first gear comprises a large gear and a small gear, the first motor is connected with the small gear, the large gear and the small gear are in meshing transmission, and the screw rod is installed inside the propelling device box and connected with the large gear.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the transmission of the first motor 11 enables the thread pushing cylinder 110 to linearly move along the direction of the screw rod 15, and the soil entering and soil discharging movement of the injection needle is completed; the transmission of the second motor 22 moves the needle outer cylinder 23 to complete the separation and closure of the needle head from the needle bar 24.
