Background
Broadband Trunking Communication (broadband Trunking Communication, Btrunc) is a TD-LTE-based "LTE digital transmission + Trunking voice Communication" private network broadband Trunking system standard established by the broadband Trunking industry alliance organization, and the protocol mainly standardizes the functions of broadband Trunking services such as multicast service voice, multicast service video, and multimedia multicast service scheduling, and has the characteristics of flexible bandwidth, high spectral efficiency, low time delay, and high reliability, and can meet the requirements of professional users on multicast service voice, broadband data, emergency command scheduling, and the like.
The multicast service belongs to a typical service of the Btrunc network, and the base station broadcasts multicast service data to multicast users in the scene.
The multicast service establishment process comprises the following steps:
the base station periodically issues multicast paging messages and multicast establishment messages, wherein the multicast paging messages belong to public signaling, the multicast establishment messages belong to multicast signaling, and the multicast paging messages and the multicast establishment messages are respectively and independently issued by the base station periodically.

If the multicast paging message is issued in the current subframe, the multicast establishment message corresponding to the multicast user is immediately triggered to be issued so as to realize the synchronous transmission of the multicast paging message (common signaling) and the multicast establishment message (multicast signaling).
Therefore, after receiving the multicast paging message, the cluster terminal receives the multicast establishing message in time, performs multicast context resource and receives multicast service, so that the time delay of multicast establishment can be almost ignored, and further reduces the multicast receiving time delay of the cluster terminal.
In this embodiment, the present application further provides another condition for triggering the sending of the group establishment message, which is specifically as follows:

At present, for a multicast user, a multicast establishing message, a multicast periodic direct transmission message and a multicast neighbor message exist at the same time, the three types of messages all belong to multicast signaling, a base station respectively and independently periodically issues the three types of multicast signaling, and the three types of multicast messages respectively consume PDCCH (physical Downlink control channel) and PDSCH (physical Downlink shared channel) resources and can cause empty resource waste. In the second embodiment of the present application, on the premise of periodically sending the three types of messages, two cases of triggering additional sending of the three types of messages are also given, specifically:

Secondly, if the current subframe is detected to have the issue of the multicast paging message, the issue of the combined multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is triggered;
the trigger realizes that the sending time and the sending period of the combined multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast adjacent message are consistent with the sending time and the sending period of the group paging message.
When any one of the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is newly established or updated, the message which is newly established or updated is triggered to be issued.
The triggering realizes that when any message in the three types of messages is newly built or updated, the message is immediately and independently triggered to be issued, and the terminal is ensured to receive the corresponding message in time.
In the embodiment, the periodic synchronous issuing is performed for the three types of multicast signaling (multicast establishing message, multicast periodic direct transmission message and multicast neighbor message), so that the PDCCH resource can be saved.
The application is based on the same inventive concept, and also provides a signaling sending device based on Btrrun. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus applied to the above technology in the embodiment of the present application. The units of the above embodiments may be integrated into one body, or may be separately deployed; may be combined into one unit or further divided into a plurality of sub-units.
In summary, the present application enables the terminal to establish the multicast context resource almost without delay by sending the common signaling and the multicast signaling in a synchronous cycle, so as to reduce the multicast receiving delay of the terminal.
The method and the device also carry out periodic synchronous issuing aiming at the three types of multicast signaling (multicast establishing message, multicast periodic direct transmission message and multicast adjacent region message), and can save PDCCH resources.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the group establishment message of the group user is determined to be updated or newly established, triggering the group establishment message to be issued.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when any one of the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is newly established or updated, the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message which are combined for N times are issued to the cluster terminal by taking a third preset period as a period;
and when the N times of sending is finished by taking a third preset period as a period, switching to sending the combined multicast establishing message, the multicast period direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message to the cluster terminal by taking a second preset period as a period, wherein the second preset period is greater than the third preset period.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the sending of the multicast paging message is detected to exist in the current subframe, sending of the combined multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is triggered;
when any one of the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is newly established or updated, the message which is newly established or updated is triggered to be issued.
5. A signaling device based on broadband trunking communication Btrrun is characterized in that the device comprises: the system comprises a detection unit and a sending unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the current subframe has the issue of the multicast paging message;
the issuing unit is used for periodically issuing the multicast paging message by taking a first preset period as a period; if the detection unit detects that the multicast paging message is issued in the current subframe, the detection unit triggers the issuing of the multicast establishing message corresponding to the multicast user;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: a merging unit;
the merging unit is used for merging the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message which are required to be periodically issued by each multicast user;
and the issuing unit is further used for periodically issuing the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message which are combined by the combining unit to the cluster terminal by taking a second preset period as a period.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising: a determination unit;
the determining unit is used for determining whether the group establishing message of the group user is updated or newly established;
the issuing unit is further configured to trigger issuing of the group establishment message if the determining unit determines that the group establishment message of the group user is updated or newly created.

the determining unit is used for determining whether the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message are newly established or updated;
the issuing unit is further configured to issue the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message after N times of combination to the cluster terminal with a third preset period as a period when the determining unit determines that any one of the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is newly created or updated; and when the N times of sending is finished by taking a third preset period as a period, switching to sending the combined multicast establishing message, the multicast period direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message to the cluster terminal by taking a second preset period as a period, wherein the second preset period is greater than the third preset period.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising: a determination unit;
the determining unit is used for determining whether the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message are newly established or updated;
the issuing unit is further configured to trigger issuing of the combined multicast setup message, multicast periodic direct transmission message and multicast neighbor message if the detecting unit detects that the current subframe has an issue of the multicast paging message; when the determining unit determines that any one of the multicast establishing message, the multicast periodic direct transmission message and the multicast neighbor message is newly established or updated, the determining unit triggers the issuing of the newly established or updated message.
