Disclosure of Invention

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic signal based state switching apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the rainfall recorder comprises a rain measuring cylinder, a water suction pump, a cylinder top closing piece and a direct current motor, wherein the diameter of the rain measuring cylinder is a preset length, and the cylinder top closing piece is positioned at the top of the rain measuring cylinder;
the button camera shooting equipment is arranged near the rainfall recorder and used for executing camera shooting action on the environment where the rainfall recorder is located so as to obtain and output a corresponding current captured image;
the FPM DRAM storage device is used for pre-storing a block size table, and the block size table takes different image resolutions as indexes to store the macroblock size corresponding to each image resolution;
the table look-up and blocking equipment is respectively connected with the button camera equipment and the FPM DRAM storage equipment and is used for searching out the corresponding macro block size from the blocking size table based on the resolution of the received current captured image and blocking the current captured image based on the macro block size to obtain each image macro block;
the data adjusting device is connected with the table look-up partitioning device and used for receiving each image macro block of the currently captured image, acquiring each white balance value of each image macro block, performing average calculation on each white balance value to output a corresponding reference white balance value, and executing the following actions on each image macro block of which the object area exceeds a preset area threshold value in the currently captured image: performing white balance compensation processing on the image macro block based on the reference white balance value to obtain a processed image macro block;
and the immediate processing equipment is connected with the data adjusting equipment and is used for carrying out image integration on each processed image macro block in the current captured image and each image macro block of which the object area does not exceed a preset area threshold value in the current captured image so as to obtain an immediate processing image corresponding to the current captured image, wherein the image macro block of which the object area exceeds the preset area threshold value in the current captured image is an image macro block of which the number of pixel points occupied by the object exceeds the number of pixel points corresponding to the preset area threshold value.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic-signal-based status switching method including using the electronic-signal-based status switching apparatus as described above to determine whether it is necessary to start rainfall recording based on the detected number of raindrops on the spot on the basis of customized image processing.
The state switching device and method based on the electronic signals are convenient to operate and smooth in operation. On the basis of customized image processing, whether rainfall recording is necessary to be started or not is determined based on the detected number of raindrops on site, so that the rainfall recorder is prevented from being in a recording state for a long time.

the FPM DRAM storage device is used for pre-storing a block size table, and the block size table takes different image resolutions as indexes to store the macroblock size corresponding to each image resolution;
the table look-up and blocking equipment is respectively connected with the button camera equipment and the FPM DRAM storage equipment and is used for searching out the corresponding macro block size from the blocking size table based on the resolution of the received current captured image and blocking the current captured image based on the macro block size to obtain each image macro block;
the data adjusting device is connected with the table look-up partitioning device and used for receiving each image macro block of the currently captured image, acquiring each white balance value of each image macro block, performing average calculation on each white balance value to output a corresponding reference white balance value, and executing the following actions on each image macro block of which the object area exceeds a preset area threshold value in the currently captured image: performing white balance compensation processing on the image macro block based on the reference white balance value to obtain a processed image macro block;
the immediate processing equipment is connected with the data adjusting equipment and is used for carrying out image integration on each processed image macro block in the current captured image and each image macro block of which the object area does not exceed a preset area threshold value in the current captured image so as to obtain an immediate processing image corresponding to the current captured image, wherein the image macro block of which the object area exceeds the preset area threshold value in the current captured image is an image macro block of which the number of pixel points occupied by the object exceeds the number of pixel points corresponding to the preset area threshold value;
the bicubic interpolation device is connected with the instant processing device and used for receiving the instant processing image and executing bicubic interpolation processing based on a 4X4 pixel neighborhood on the instant processing image so as to obtain and output a corresponding interpolation processing image;
the high-pass filtering sharpening device is connected with the bicubic interpolation device and is used for carrying out high-pass filtering sharpening processing on the interpolation processing image so as to obtain a corresponding filtering sharpened image;
the signal analysis device is connected with the high-pass filtering sharpening device and used for detecting the raindrop objects of the received filtering sharpened image based on the reference raindrop geometric shape, sending a first trigger instruction when the number of the detected raindrop objects exceeds a preset number threshold, and sending a second trigger instruction when the number of the detected raindrop objects does not exceed the preset number threshold;
the water suction pump is used for draining rainwater in the rain measuring cylinder after the rainfall recorder finishes one-time recording, and the direct current motor is connected with the cylinder top closing piece;
when receiving a first trigger instruction, the direct current motor drives the barrel top closing piece to leave the top of the rain measuring barrel so as to start the rainfall recording of the rainfall recorder.
