The public safety monitoring system adopts double-network double-platform, the double-network refers to a public security video monitoring network and a social security video monitoring network, and the double-platform refers to two sets of platforms of a public security networking platform and a video monitoring platform.
And the videos between the public security networking platform and the video monitoring platform are called through the communication of the safety routing gateway between the platforms. With reference to fig. 2, the video monitoring platform includes a human-computer interface, a video monitoring system, a database, and a server; the human-computer interface is connected with the video monitoring system; the video monitoring system comprises an intelligent analysis module, a traffic management module, a video investigation module, a face recognition module, a vehicle recognition module, an operation and maintenance pipe network module, a video management module and a GIS application module, wherein the intelligent analysis module, the traffic management module, the video investigation module, the face recognition module, the vehicle recognition module, the operation and maintenance pipe network module, the video management module and the GIS application module are respectively connected with a database, and the database is connected with a cloud storage platform through a server.
The human-computer interface is arranged on the top layer of the video monitoring platform and is a uniform interface; the video monitoring system is divided into 8 functional modules, and a human-computer interface can call each functional module and realize video command and comprehensive scheduling.
The video monitoring system comprises front-end equipment, and the front-end equipment comprises a video server and a camera. The front-end equipment selects a camera with 200 ten thousand pixels, high definition gun type, spherical type and ultra-low illumination. The cloud storage platform comprises an access layer, a stream service layer, a management layer and an equipment layer, wherein the access layer, the stream service layer, the management layer and the equipment layer are sequentially connected. The cloud storage platform adopts a cloud direct storage system of streaming media service, supports direct butt joint of a front-end camera and a cloud storage space, and can realize direct storage of streaming media.
The cloud storage platform utilizes a plurality of servers to store data in a scattered manner, and all the servers are mutually independent; the cloud storage system is formed by the data storage nodes, the metadata management server, the client and the operation and maintenance management server. Running a corresponding service program of the cloud storage system on each server node; the metadata server cluster stores metadata of the cloud storage platform, supports two or more clusters to form, and is responsible for managing the whole file system, and only one metadata service is logically provided, but the cluster mode is adopted, so that uninterrupted service of the system is ensured; the data storage node provides a high-capacity and high-density storage medium and extremely high IO capacity and is responsible for specific storage work of data. For video services, streaming media services are integrated on the data storage nodes, so that the storage nodes have streaming media direct storage capacity, and the flow and performance overhead of intermediate links is avoided. The client provides a data storage and access service interface for the outside, provides the cloud storage system access capability for the cloud storage platform, and can also perform flexible capacity expansion according to the user capacity and performance requirements.
