A safety management system for maintainers comprises an intelligent safety helmet and a remote monitoring platform, wherein the intelligent safety helmet comprises a safety helmet body, the safety helmet body comprises a helmet belt and a helmet shell, the helmet shell comprises an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell and the inner shell jointly enclose a hollow cavity,
the cap belt is provided with an environment monitoring module for monitoring outdoor working environment information in real time, the top of the shell is provided with a wireless module and a positioning module for acquiring position information of a maintainer in real time and acquiring an operation track of the maintainer in real time, the front end of the shell is provided with a camera for acquiring an outdoor working environment image in real time, one side of the shell is provided with an alarm, and the other side of the shell is provided with a starting switch; the inner shell is provided with a physiological information monitoring module for monitoring physiological information of a maintainer in real time, and the hollow cavity is internally provided with a control module and a power supply module;
the control module is respectively in communication connection with the positioning module, the camera, the alarm, the physiological information monitoring module, the environment monitoring module and the wireless module, uploads the position information of a maintainer, the physiological information of the maintainer, the outdoor working environment information and the outdoor working environment image to the remote monitoring platform through the wireless module, and controls the alarm to perform voice alarm according to an alarm instruction of the remote monitoring platform;
the power supply module comprises a power supply battery and an electric quantity monitoring circuit, and the electric quantity monitoring circuit is respectively connected with the power supply battery and the control module and is used for monitoring electric quantity information of the power supply battery and sending the electric quantity information to the remote monitoring platform through the control module; the power supply battery supplies power to the positioning module, the camera, the alarm, the physiological information monitoring module, the environment monitoring module, the wireless module and the control module through the starting switch respectively;
the method is characterized in that: the remote monitoring platform comprises a data analysis processing module, a visual display module and an alarm management module;
the visual display module is used for displaying position information, maintenance tracks, physiological information, outdoor working environment information and outdoor working environment images of maintainers;
the alarm management module is used for setting alarm rules and controlling alarm processing instructions;
the data analysis processing module is used for sending the electric quantity information, the outdoor working environment image, the outdoor working environment information, the physiological information of the maintainers and the position information of the power supply module sent back by the wireless module to the visual display module and storing the information in a database;
the data analysis processing module is also used for carrying out comprehensive logic analysis according to an outdoor working environment image, outdoor working environment information, physiological information and position information of a maintainer, electric quantity information of the power supply module and an alarm rule, recording a related logic analysis result to a database, judging whether the maintainer is in an unsafe state or not according to the logic analysis result, outputting an alarm signal to the alarm management module by the data analysis processing module when the maintainer is in the unsafe state or the electric quantity of the power supply module is insufficient, and outputting an alarm handling instruction to the intelligent safety helmet by the alarm management module according to the alarm signal so as to control an alarm of the intelligent safety helmet to alarm; the alarm rules comprise physiological alarm rules, environment alarm rules, position information alarm rules and electric quantity alarm rules, the alarm processing instructions comprise physiological alarm instructions, environment alarm instructions, boundary crossing alarm instructions and electric quantity alarm instructions, and correspondingly, the intelligent safety cap controls the alarm to output physiological alarm voice information, environment alarm voice information, boundary crossing alarm instructions or electric quantity alarm voice information according to the alarm processing instructions; the intelligent safety helmet comprises a normal working mode and a low-consumption working mode, wherein in the normal working mode, all functional modules of the intelligent safety helmet work simultaneously to acquire various information in real time; in a low-consumption mode, only the positioning module and the physiological information monitoring module of the intelligent safety helmet work to acquire the position information and the physiological information of the maintainers in real time; the remote monitoring platform selects and switches the intelligent safety helmet working module according to the electric quantity condition of the intelligent safety helmet, the working position of a maintainer and the working environment;
the implementation steps of the system are as follows:
step 1, setting an intelligent safety helmet and a remote monitoring platform;
step 2, enabling a maintainer to wear the intelligent safety helmet to enter a working area;
step 3, turning on a starting switch of the intelligent safety helmet, and enabling the intelligent safety helmet to enter a normal working mode;
step 4, the intelligent safety helmet collects various information in real time and uploads the information to the remote monitoring platform;
step 5, a data analysis processing module of the remote monitoring platform carries out logic analysis on the real-time information collected by the intelligent safety helmet and records the logic analysis result into a database;
step 6, the data analysis processing module judges whether the intelligent safety helmet is in an insufficient electric quantity state according to a logic analysis result, if so, the step 7 is continuously executed; if not, the data analysis processing module controls the intelligent safety helmet to enter a low-consumption working mode, the data analysis processing module judges whether the maintainer is out of range and is in an unsafe state according to the position information and the physiological information of the maintainer acquired by the intelligent safety helmet in the low-consumption working mode, if the maintainer is still out of range and/or the maintainer is in the unsafe state, the data analysis processing module controls an alarm of the intelligent safety helmet to perform out-of-range alarm and/or physiological alarm and perform next judgment, otherwise, the data analysis processing module directly performs the next judgment;
step 7, the data analysis processing module judges whether the maintainers are in an out-of-range state, if not, the step 8 is continuously executed; otherwise, the data analysis processing module controls the intelligent safety helmet to enter a low-consumption working mode, the data analysis processing module judges whether the maintainer is out of range according to the position information of the maintainer acquired by the intelligent safety helmet in the low-consumption working mode, if the maintainer is still out of range, the data analysis processing module continues to judge whether the maintainer is in an unsafe state according to the physiological information of the maintainer acquired in the low-consumption working mode, controls an alarm of the intelligent safety helmet to perform out-of-range alarm and physiological alarm when the maintainer is judged to be in the unsafe state, and controls the alarm of the intelligent safety helmet to perform out-of-range alarm when the maintainer is judged not to be in the unsafe state; if the maintainer does not cross the border, controlling the intelligent safety helmet to exit the low-consumption working mode, entering a normal working mode, and returning to execute the step 4;
step 8, the data analysis processing module further judges whether the maintainers are in unsafe states, and if so, the data analysis processing module controls an alarm of the intelligent safety helmet to give an alarm and carries out next judgment; if not, the data analysis processing module directly judges the next time;
and 9, circularly executing the steps 4-8 until the work of the maintainers is finished, and turning off a starting switch of the intelligent safety helmet.

the physiological information processing circuit is connected with the physiological information monitoring module and is used for preprocessing physiological information of a maintainer monitored in real time;
the data processing integrated board card is respectively connected with the video processing circuit, the physiological information processing circuit, the environment information processing circuit and the central processor, and is used for converting the collected outdoor working environment image, the collected outdoor working environment information and the physiological information of the maintainer into digital signals and synchronously transmitting the digital signals to the central processor;
the central processor is also respectively connected with the wireless module and the positioning module so as to transmit the outdoor working environment image, the outdoor working environment information, the physiological information and the position information of the maintainer and the electric quantity information of the power supply module to a remote monitoring platform through the wireless module;
the central processor is further connected with the alarm control circuit through the data processing integrated board card, and the alarm control circuit is connected with the alarm and used for controlling the alarm to give an alarm according to an alarm instruction of the remote monitoring platform.

The service personnel safety management system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the physiological information monitoring module comprises a heart rate sensor, a respiration rate sensor and a body temperature sensor, and the environment monitoring module comprises a temperature and humidity sensor and a combustible gas monitoring sensor.
