Such as care service skills, cooking skills, driving skills, medical skills, night care skills, etc.
The service management module 406 is used to select an appropriate service personnel option meeting the service requirement from a plurality of candidate service personnel options, for example, to find a service personnel whose service personnel location information, service personnel empty shift information, and service personnel skill information can be matched with the user location information, user required service time information, and user required service skill information of the user.
For example, the service management module 406 first finds several candidate service person options from the candidate service person options, where the service person location information (where the service person is located) is closer to the user location information (where the user is located) of the user. Then, the service management module 406 further finds several candidate service person options from the candidate service person options, where the service person blank information (the time zone where the service person has a blank space and can provide the service) matches with the user required service time information of the user (the time zone where the service person is required by the user to provide the service). Then, the service management module 406 finds out a candidate service person option matching the service skill information (service skill possessed by the service person) required by the user of the user and the service skill information (skill of the service person required by the user) from the candidate service person options. The service management module 406 transmits the service requirement to the server terminal 408 corresponding to the selected suitable service person option through the communication network. The order of selecting and filtering candidate attendant options is not limited to the above order, and other orders may be used for selection and filtering.
If the service person operating the service person terminal 408 receives the service request and operates the corresponding mobile application (App), and replies that the service request is accepted, it is considered to complete the remote service person dispatching procedure.
By the remote care device and the method of the embodiment, the appropriate service personnel can be effectively found out according to the service requirements of the user. By means of the user positioning information of the user, the service time information required by the user and the service skill information required by the user, the service personnel positioning information, the service personnel empty shift information and the service personnel skill information matched with the information can be found out, so that the proper service personnel option can be found out to inform the corresponding service personnel. The embodiment can ensure that the time for providing the service of the service personnel is more properly used, and the user can more effectively find the most suitable service personnel to provide the service, thereby having great convenience.
Further, the data processing module 404 is further configured to store a service record, for example, the service record is stored in the service record table 508. The service record includes records of service-related items corresponding to the service request, such as the date, time, service personnel, service items, service status records, etc. fed back by the server terminal 508 after the service request is completed. The service condition record may be, for example, a special condition record of the user being served during the service process, such as too high blood pressure or poor appetite of the user being served. Alternatively, the service status record may be a record that the service person reports back on his own that the service person is not suitable for servicing the user.
For the next service requirement, the service management module is further used for selecting a next suitable service personnel option meeting the next service requirement from the candidate service personnel options according to the service record. That is, after the data processing module 404 receives the detection values of the health detection devices 402(1) to 402(3), if it is determined that the user needs to schedule the next service (for example, a nursing service or a medical service) to generate the next service requirement, the service management module 406 may refer to one or more service records in the service record table 508, and select the next suitable service personnel option meeting the next service requirement from a plurality of candidate service personnel options listed in the service manpower data table 506. For example, if the service management module knows that the user has a poor appetite or a sudden slimming condition from the service record, the next service requirement may be the service requirement of the service of the hospital to which the user is sent, and the corresponding service personnel option is selected. Alternatively, the service management module 406 may know from the service record that a service person is not suitable for the user, and may avoid selecting a suitable service person when selecting a suitable service person option for a next service requirement.
The data processing module 404 is further configured to store a user record, where the user record includes a record of service-related events corresponding to the service request, which are fed back by a user terminal corresponding to the user account after the service request is completed. The service management module 406 is further configured to select a next suitable service staff option meeting the next service requirement from the candidate service staff options according to the user record.
For example, the data processing module 404 stores one or more user records by a user record table (not shown). The user record may be, for example, a record that the user is particularly satisfied by the service person who provides the service, and that this record is still selectable next time. Thus, for a next service requirement, the service management module 406 preferentially selects the service person option corresponding to the service person. Alternatively, the user record may be the user's own record of the recent health condition, or the specific needs of the user. The service management module 406 further selects a next suitable service personnel option meeting the next service requirement according to the recent health condition recorded in the user record or the special requirement of the user. The user record can also be a record that the family member sent the user to the doctor urgently.
In addition, the data processing module 404 of the remote care device 400 dynamically updates the health status data of the user corresponding to the user account to dynamically generate the service requirement of the user. For example, when the health detection devices 402(1) to 402(3) detect the user again and generate the detection value, the data processing module 404 of the remote care device 400 can update the health status data of the user corresponding to the user account again to regenerate the service requirement of the user. Therefore, the present embodiment further dynamically updates the health status data of the user account, and dynamically determines whether the service requirement needs to be generated according to the newly updated health status data. For users, the method has the advantage of obtaining relevant required services according to the health condition of the users.
The remote care device 400 of the present embodiment is suitable for a long-term care system. The data processing module 404 is further configured to generate a plurality of service requirements of the user according to a plurality of sets of health status data of the user in the user account within a period of time. The service management module 406 is further configured to select a plurality of suitable service personnel options meeting the service requirements from the candidate service personnel options.
That is, the remote care device 400 of the present embodiment is particularly suitable for being applied to a long-term care system. For a user who is old and needs long-term care, the remote care apparatus 400 can dynamically obtain the health condition data of the user by dynamically obtaining the detection value of the user's device at any time through the health detection device corresponding to the user, and the remote care apparatus 400 can generate a plurality of service requirements needed by the user at different time points according to a plurality of groups of health condition data at different time points for a long time to allow the service management module 406 to generate a plurality of suitable service personnel options at different time points correspondingly. Therefore, by selecting appropriate service personnel according to the health condition of the user for a long time, the user can be better cared, the long-time service quality is effectively improved, and the health condition of the served user can be effectively maintained and improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a flowchart of a remote caring method according to a second embodiment of the invention is shown. The present embodiment further provides a remote care method, which can be applied to the remote care apparatus 400 shown in fig. 4. The remote caring method of the embodiment comprises the following steps. First, in step 602, a service requirement of a user is generated according to a plurality of health status data of the user in a user account. The service requirement comprises user positioning information, user requirement service time information and user requirement service skill information. Then, step 604 is entered to select an appropriate service personnel option meeting the service requirement from a plurality of candidate service personnel options. Each of the candidate service personnel options comprises corresponding service personnel positioning information, service personnel blank information and service personnel skill information, and the service requirement is transmitted to a service personnel terminal corresponding to the suitable service personnel option through a communication network.
Referring to fig. 7, a diagram of software and hardware architecture suitable for the remote nursing device and method according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention is shown. The health detection devices 102(1) - (102), (3) or 402(1) - (402) (3) may also be implemented by at least one of a physiological measurement device, an indoor positioning device, an intelligent home device, an intelligent wearable device, a safety protection device, an electric energy control device, and an image monitoring device or a combination thereof. Each health detection device may communicate with its own cloud 702 of the cloud tier to transmit data. Each of the vendors' own cloud 702 converts the signal or data into a specific data format, such as an api format, and transmits the converted signal or data to the data exchange cloud 704 of the data exchange layer of the remote care device 100, 400, and stores the converted signal or data in the data storage unit 708 of the remote care device 100, 400. The system management and operation layer and the application system layer of the remote care device 100, 400 are respectively used to implement the data processing module 104, 404 and the service management module 106, 406 of the remote care device 100, 400. The system management and operation layer includes a real-time operation storage unit 710, an Internet of Things (IOT) data early warning unit, a report rule providing unit, a service logic providing unit, and a service record returning unit, and the application system layer includes a dispatching and dispatching management system, an IOT service management system, a demand matching management system, and a data analysis report system, which are used to execute the related functions of the data processing modules 104, 404 and the service management modules 106, 406 of the remote care devices 100, 400. Each system of the application system layer is used to transmit data or signals to a plurality of mobile applications (apps) of the service layer, such as mobile applications located on mobile devices of each related unit or person, such as a service person App, a supervision App, a family App, a sunshine center management App, a rehabilitation App, a social worker App, and the like. The required App or hardware and software units or systems of the various layers can be adjusted according to the requirements and are not limited to the units or systems shown in fig. 7.
The remote nursing device and the nursing method can effectively find out proper service personnel according to the service requirements of the user. By means of the user positioning information of the user, the service time information required by the user and the service skill information required by the user, the service personnel positioning information, the service personnel empty shift information and the service personnel skill information matched with the information can be found out, so that the proper service personnel option can be found out to inform the corresponding service personnel. The invention can make the time of the service personnel capable of providing service more properly used, and make the user more effectively find the most suitable service personnel for providing service, and has convenience.
In summary, although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (20)

1. A remote care device, comprising:
the data processing module is used for generating a service requirement of a user according to a plurality of health condition data of the user of a user account, wherein the service requirement comprises user positioning information, user required service time information and user required service skill information; and
the service management module is used for selecting an appropriate service personnel option meeting the service requirement from a plurality of candidate service personnel options, wherein each candidate service personnel option comprises corresponding service personnel positioning information, service personnel empty duty information and service personnel skill information, and the service requirement is transmitted to a service personnel terminal corresponding to the appropriate service personnel option through a communication network.
2. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the data processing module is further configured to store a service record, the service record including a record of service-related items corresponding to the service request fed back by the server terminal after the service request is completed.
3. The remote care device of claim 2, wherein the service management module is further configured to select a next suitable service personnel option meeting a next service requirement from the candidate service personnel options according to the service record for the next service requirement.
4. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the data processing module is further configured to store a user record, the user record including a record of service related items corresponding to the service request fed back by a user terminal corresponding to the user account after the service request is completed.
5. The remote care device of claim 4, wherein the service management module is further configured to select a next suitable service personnel option meeting a next service requirement from the candidate service personnel options according to the user record for the next service requirement.
6. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the service requirement comprises at least one of a care service requirement, a social service requirement, a home service requirement, and a medical service requirement.
7. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the health status data is generated by a plurality of health detection devices, the health detection devices including a detection device for measuring at least one of body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, blood oxygen, and electrocardiogram.
8. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the health condition data is generated by a plurality of health detection devices, the health detection devices including at least one of a sphygmomanometer, a smart bed, a positioning device, and a health bracelet.
9. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the data processing module dynamically updates the health profiles of the user corresponding to the user account to dynamically generate the service requirements of the user.
10. The remote care device of claim 1, wherein the remote care device is used in a long-term care system, the data processing module is further configured to generate a plurality of service requirements of the user according to a plurality of sets of health condition data of the user in the user account within a period of time, and the service management module is further configured to select a plurality of suitable service personnel options meeting the service requirements from the candidate service personnel options.
11. A remote care method, comprising:
generating a service requirement of a user according to a plurality of health condition data of the user of a user account, wherein the service requirement comprises user positioning information, user requirement service time information and user requirement service skill information; and
selecting an appropriate service personnel option meeting the service requirement from a plurality of candidate service personnel options, wherein each candidate service personnel option comprises corresponding service personnel positioning information, service personnel empty duty information and service personnel skill information, and transmitting the service requirement to a service personnel terminal corresponding to the appropriate service personnel option through a communication network.
12. The remote care method of claim 11, further comprising:
storing a service record including a record of service-related items corresponding to the service request fed back by the server terminal after the service request is completed.
13. The remote care method of claim 12, further comprising:
and aiming at the next service requirement, selecting a next suitable service personnel option meeting the next service requirement from the candidate service personnel options according to the service record.
14. The remote care method of claim 11, further comprising:
storing a user record including a record of service-related matters corresponding to the service demand, which are fed back by a user terminal corresponding to the user account, after the service demand is completed.
15. The remote care method of claim 14, further comprising:
and aiming at the next service requirement, selecting a next suitable service personnel option meeting the next service requirement from the candidate service personnel options according to the user record.
16. The remote care method of claim 11, wherein the service requirement includes at least one of a care service requirement, a social service requirement, a home service requirement, and a medical service requirement.
17. The remote care method of claim 11, wherein the health status data is generated by a plurality of health detection devices, the health detection devices including a detection device for measuring at least one of body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, blood oxygen, and electrocardiogram.
18. The remote nursing method of claim 11, wherein the health condition data are generated by a plurality of health detection devices, the health detection devices including at least one of a sphygmomanometer, a smart bed, a positioning device, and a health bracelet.
19. The remote care method of claim 11, wherein the health profile of the user corresponding to the user account is dynamically updated to dynamically generate the service requirement of the user.
20. The remote care method of claim 11, wherein the remote care method is applied to a long-term care system, the method further comprising:
and generating a plurality of service requirements of the user according to the plurality of groups of health condition data of the user account within a period of time, and selecting a plurality of suitable service personnel options meeting the service requirements from the candidate service personnel options.
