Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic tests of torpedo explosions, in particular to a device and a method for performing external hydraulic tests on torpedo explosions.
Background
The torpedo exploder is used for exploding the main charge of the torpedo warhead when the torpedo hits a target to damage the target and complete the fighting mission of the torpedo, and is one of the effective loads of the torpedo. At present, all types of torpedo exploders in active service and in research in China are installed on the outer side of a torpedo shell, and because a torpedo sails underwater at a certain depth for a long time and bears certain water pressure, electronic devices and explosives loaded in the torpedo cannot be soaked in water, so that the torpedo exploders are required to have good sealing performance when being installed on a torpedo shell. For this reason, after the torpedo detonator is assembled, it is subjected to a hydraulic test to verify its sealing performance.
The hydraulic test device of the torpedo explosion device adopted by the applicant at present is of a barrel-shaped structure. The barrel bottom is provided with an exploder mounting hole for simulating a torpedo shell and a flange plate for fixing the exploder, and the flange plate is provided with 6 mounting threaded holes; the side wall of the barrel body is provided with a threaded interface for connecting a press machine (pump); the barrel cover is connected with the barrel body through 8 bolts uniformly distributed on the periphery. When the pressure test is carried out, the torpedo exploder is firstly installed on an installation hole at the bottom of a hydraulic test device barrel, and 6 screws on a flange plate are screwed; then adding a hydraulic medium (water or oil) into the barrel body of the hydraulic test device, covering the barrel cover, and screwing 8 bolts on the barrel cover; then starting the press (pump), when the pressure reaches a certain value, maintaining the pressure and observing whether the torpedo exploder leaks or not. After the hydraulic test is completed, 8 bolts are detached, the barrel cover is taken down, hydraulic medium (water or oil) is discharged, 6 screws on the flange plate are detached, and the torpedo exploder is taken down.
Although the existing hydraulic test device and test method for the torpedo exploder can meet the requirement of checking the sealing performance of the torpedo exploder when the torpedo exploder is installed on a torpedo shell, the problems of complex operation and low efficiency exist, and the hydraulic test device and the hydraulic test method are specifically shown in the following aspects:
1. the product mounting and dismounting process is complicated. Before each hydraulic test, when a torpedo exploder product is arranged in a mounting hole at the bottom of the hydraulic test device, 6 screws on a flange plate need to be screwed in sequence; similarly, when the product is disassembled after each hydraulic test, 6 screws on the flange plate need to be sequentially loosened and disassembled. The mounting and dismounting processes of the torpedo explosion device product on the hydraulic test device are complicated, and the time is long.
2. The hydraulic test device barrel cover is complex in installation and disassembly processes. When the barrel cover of the hydraulic test device is arranged on the barrel body before each hydraulic test, 8 screws around the barrel cover need to be screwed in sequence; similarly, when the barrel cover is disassembled after each hydraulic test, 8 screws around the barrel cover need to be sequentially loosened and disassembled. The process of installing and disassembling the barrel cover of the hydraulic test device on the barrel body is complicated, and the time is long.
3. The processes of adding, discharging and collecting the hydraulic medium are complicated. Because the torpedo exploder product is arranged at the bottom of the hydraulic test device barrel, when a hydraulic test is carried out after the product is arranged each time, a hydraulic medium needs to be added into the test device barrel; similarly, after each hydraulic test, the hydraulic medium in the barrel needs to be discharged and collected before the product is disassembled. The adding, discharging and collecting processes of the hydraulic medium in the barrel body of the hydraulic test device are complicated, and the time is long.
Along with the rapid development of the underwater weapon industry in China, the yield of the torpedo exploder is increased year by year, however, the hydraulic test device and method for the torpedo exploder adopted at present have the problems of complex operation, low efficiency and the like, and the development requirement of the underwater weapon industry is difficult to meet. The hydraulic test device and method for the torpedo exploder become a bottleneck in the development and production of the torpedo exploder.
How to improve the existing hydraulic test device and method for the torpedo exploder, the hydraulic test operation process of the torpedo exploder is simple, convenient and feasible, and the problems of complicated test process and long time consumption are solved to be the key factors for sustainable development in the field of production of the torpedo exploder.
