Abstract
The invention relates to a device for measuring the height of a coil in real time in a constant-pressure drying process, which comprises: the transformer coil drying device comprises a positioning block arranged at one end of the top of the transformer coil drying device, a first fixed pulley arranged at one end of the bottom of the drying device, a second fixed pulley arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, and a third fixed pulley arranged in the middle of the side wall of the drying device; an observation window is arranged at the position, which is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, between the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley, and a graduated scale is fixedly arranged on the observation window; one end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the positioning block, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley in sequence and then is fixedly connected with the plumb; and an indicating needle is arranged on the steel wire rope at a position corresponding to the graduated scale. The device can realize the real-time monitoring of the height information in the constant-pressure drying process of the coil, has simple structure, convenient measurement method and accurate measurement result, and avoids the quality damage of the coil caused by the overlarge pressure of the coil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of transformer operation and maintenance, and particularly relates to a device and a method for measuring the height of a coil in a constant-voltage drying process in real time, which can be applied to the height of the coil in the constant-voltage drying process of an oil-immersed power transformer and a converter transformer.
Background
With the continuous expansion of the power grid capacity, the requirements on the quality reliability of large oil-immersed power transformers and converter transformers in the safe operation process of the power grid are increasingly improved. The short-circuit resistance is a key factor influencing the stable operation of the transformer, and the height of the coil is a main performance index influencing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. Therefore, real-time measurement and control of the transformer coil height is particularly important.
At present, constant voltage drying is generally adopted for strictly controlling the height of the coil of the transformer, but the height information of the coil of the transformer during pressurization cannot be obtained in real time in the drying process, and the short-circuit resistance of the transformer cannot be monitored and controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a device and a method for monitoring the height of a coil in real time in the constant voltage drying process of an oil-immersed power transformer and a converter transformer. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an apparatus for real-time measurement of coil height in a constant pressure drying process, comprising: the transformer coil drying device comprises a positioning block arranged at one end of the top of the transformer coil drying device, a first fixed pulley arranged at one end of the bottom of the drying device, a second fixed pulley arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, and a third fixed pulley arranged in the middle of the side wall of the drying device, wherein the positioning block and the first fixed pulley are on the same vertical line, the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley are on the same horizontal line, and the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley are on the same vertical line;
an observation window is arranged at the position, which is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, between the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley, and a graduated scale is fixedly arranged on the observation window;
one end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the positioning block, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley in sequence and then is fixedly connected with the plumb; and an indicating needle is arranged on the steel wire rope at a position corresponding to the graduated scale.
Preferably, the positioning block, the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley are fixedly connected with the drying device through bolts respectively.
Preferably, the scale is fixedly arranged on the observation window through a bolt.
Preferably, one end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the positioning block through a bolt or a welding mode.
Preferably, the indicator pin is provided on the wire rope by means of adhesion.
A method for measuring the height of a coil in real time in a constant-pressure drying process comprises the following steps:
step 1, after a transformer coil drying device is clamped, fixedly connecting a positioning block, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley and a third fixed pulley with the drying device respectively;
and 5, when the drying device is pressurized, the distance between the transformer coils is reduced, the transformer coils vertically move downwards, the position of the indicating needle is changed, and the displacement of the indicating needle is the change difference of the height of the coils.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the device can realize the real-time monitoring of the height information in the constant-pressure drying process of the coil, has simple structure, convenient measuring method and accurate measuring result, avoids the damage of the coil quality caused by the overlarge pressure of the coil, and has wider application prospect.

An apparatus for real-time measurement of coil height in a constant pressure drying process, comprising: the transformer coil drying device comprises a positioning block 1 arranged at one end of the top of the transformer coil drying device, a first fixed pulley 2 arranged at one end of the bottom of the drying device, a second fixed pulley 3 arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, and a third fixed pulley 4 arranged in the middle of the side wall of the drying device, wherein the positioning block 1 and the first fixed pulley 2 are on the same vertical line, the first fixed pulley 2 and the second fixed pulley 3 are on the same horizontal line, and the second fixed pulley 3 and the third fixed pulley 4 are on the same vertical line; the positioning block 1, the first fixed pulley 2, the second fixed pulley 3 and the third fixed pulley 4 are fixedly connected with the drying device through bolts respectively.
An observation window is arranged at the position of the lower part of the side wall of the drying device between the second fixed pulley 3 and the third fixed pulley 4, and a graduated scale 5 is fixedly arranged on the observation window through a bolt.
One end of a steel wire rope 8 is fixed on the positioning block 1 through a bolt or a welding mode, and the other end of the steel wire rope passes through the first fixed pulley 2, the second fixed pulley 3 and the third fixed pulley 4 in sequence and then is fixedly connected with a plumb 7; and an indicating needle 6 is arranged on the steel wire rope 8 at a position corresponding to the graduated scale 5 in a bonding mode.
A method for measuring the height of a coil in real time in a constant-pressure drying process comprises the following steps:
step 1, after the transformer coil drying device is clamped, fixedly connecting a positioning block 1, a first fixed pulley 2, a second fixed pulley 3 and a third fixed pulley 4 with the drying device respectively;
and 5, when the drying device is pressurized, the distance between the transformer coils is reduced, the plumb 7 moves downwards, the position of the indicating needle 6 is changed, and the displacement of the indicating needle 6 is the change difference of the coil height.

An apparatus for measuring the height of a coil in real time in a constant pressure drying process, comprising: the transformer coil drying device comprises a positioning block (1) arranged at one end of the top of the transformer coil drying device, a first fixed pulley (2) arranged at one end of the bottom of the drying device, a second fixed pulley (3) arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device and a third fixed pulley (4) arranged in the middle of the side wall of the drying device, wherein the positioning block (1) and the first fixed pulley (2) are on the same vertical line, the first fixed pulley (2) and the second fixed pulley (3) are on the same horizontal line, and the second fixed pulley (3) and the third fixed pulley (4) are on the same vertical line;
an observation window is arranged at the position, which is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the drying device, between the second fixed pulley (3) and the third fixed pulley (4), and a graduated scale (5) is fixedly arranged on the observation window;
one end of a steel wire rope (8) is fixed on the positioning block (1), and the other end of the steel wire rope passes through the first fixed pulley (2), the second fixed pulley (3) and the third fixed pulley (4) in sequence and then is fixedly connected with the plumb (7); and an indicating needle (6) is arranged on the steel wire rope (8) at a position corresponding to the graduated scale (5).
2. The device for measuring the height of the coil in real time according to claim 1, wherein the positioning block (1), the first fixed pulley (2), the second fixed pulley (3) and the third fixed pulley (4) are respectively and fixedly connected with the drying device through bolts.
3. Device for the real-time measurement of the height of a coil according to claim 1, characterized in that a graduated scale (5) is fixedly arranged on the observation window by means of bolts.
4. The device for measuring the height of the coil in real time according to the claim 1 is characterized in that one end of the steel wire rope (8) is fixed on the positioning block (1) through a bolt or a welding mode.
5. The device for measuring the height of the coil in real time according to the claim 1 is characterized in that the pointer (6) is arranged on the steel wire rope (8) by means of bonding.
6. A method for measuring the height of a coil in real time in a constant-pressure drying process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, after a transformer coil drying device is clamped, fixedly connecting a positioning block, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley and a third fixed pulley with the drying device respectively;
step 2, fixing one end of the steel wire rope to a positioning block, enabling the other end of the steel wire rope to sequentially penetrate through a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley and a third fixed pulley and then fixedly connect with a plumb, and ensuring that the steel wire rope is in a horizontal or vertical state by adjusting the positions of the positioning block, the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley;
step 3, arranging an observation window at the position of the lower part of the side wall of the drying device between the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley, and fixedly arranging a graduated scale on the observation window;
step 4, arranging an indicating needle on the steel wire rope at a position corresponding to the graduated scale; adjusting the position of the indicating needle to indicate the lower zero point position of the graduated scale;
and 5, when the drying device is pressurized, the distance between the transformer coils is reduced, the transformer coils vertically move downwards, the position of the indicating needle is changed, and the displacement of the indicating needle is the change difference of the height of the coils.
