Claims (5)
1. A disc brake device is characterized in that the disc brake device comprises a brake caliper and a split type brake disc,
The split type brake disc consists of a base plate and a plurality of brake fragments concentrically surrounding the base plate, wherein two adjacent brake fragments are spliced with each other, and the inner ends of the brake fragments are respectively detachably matched and fixed with the base plate;
The braking separation plates are gray cast iron or resin-based friction plates, the braking separation plates are formed by integrating an inner plate body and an outer plate body, the outer plate bodies of two adjacent braking separation plates are spliced with each other, the two side edges of the inner plate body are oppositely contracted to be positioned in a fan-shaped range defined by the two side edges of the outer plate body, slots matched with the inner plate body are respectively arranged at the positions of the side surfaces of the substrate corresponding to the inner plate bodies, a spacing plate is reserved between the slots on the side surfaces of the substrate, and the inner plate body is inserted into the substrate through the slots and is detachably matched and fixed with the substrate;
the brake caliper is internally provided with a brake pad which is acted with the edge of the split brake disc, the transmission wheel shaft is provided with a threaded rod section which penetrates through the flange disc and the split brake disc and extends outwards to the central hole of the hub, and the threaded rod section is externally screwed and tightly matched with a pressing cap;
The pressing cap comprises an integrally formed hollow cap body and a cap edge radially protruding relative to one end of the hollow cap body, the cap edge is pressed on the outer end face of the hub far away from the split brake disc, and the hollow cap body passes through a hub center hole and is in threaded fit outside the threaded rod section to be pressed on a base plate of the split brake disc;
the hollow cap body is internally provided with an opening cavity and a radial through hole positioned at the cavity bottom of the opening cavity, the wall of the central hole of the hub is provided with a radial blind hole corresponding to the radial through hole, the opening of the opening cavity is provided with an internal thread and a step surface is arranged at the middle section inside the opening cavity, the opening cavity is internally inserted with a movable rod, the top end of the movable rod is fixedly connected with a connecting block through a bolt, a reset member is sleeved outside the movable rod and between the connecting block and the step surface, the opening cavity is provided with an adjusting rod in threaded fit and in abutted fit with the connecting block, the bottom of the movable rod is provided with an expanding block through a pin swing joint, and the expanding block is outwards clamped into the radial blind hole or inwards contracted to be separated from the radial blind hole along with the pressing or rising of the movable rod through the radial through hole.

A disc brake device according to claim 1, wherein: the edge of the adjusting rod is movably connected with a locking block through a pin and a damping sleeve, a lock hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the radial blind hole, of the top surface of the press cap, and the position of the adjusting rod is kept motionless by embedding the locking block into the lock hole when the tensioning block is outwards clamped into the radial blind hole.

A disc brake device according to claim 1, wherein: the outer end face of the base plate is provided with a threaded counter bore, the inner end of each inner sheet body is provided with a positioning hole corresponding to the threaded counter bore, and the threaded counter bore and the positioning hole are internally provided with a fastening bolt in a penetrating manner and a locking nut at the tail end of the fastening bolt.

A disc brake device according to claim 1, wherein: the first fan-shaped convex ring is arranged at one side of the circumference of the outer sheet body and close to the front of the outer sheet body, the second fan-shaped convex ring is arranged at the other side of the circumference of the outer sheet body and close to the back of the outer sheet body, and the first fan-shaped convex ring is in press fit with the opposite surfaces of the second fan-shaped convex rings on the circumferentially adjacent brake segments.

The disc brake device of claim 4, wherein: the side of first fan-shaped bulge loop and second fan-shaped bulge loop all is equipped with the cross-section shape and is semicircular centering post, the outer lamellar body be equipped with the first centering groove that the cross-section shape is semicircular with the corresponding position department of first fan-shaped bulge loop on the adjacent braking burst in circumference, the outer lamellar body correspond position department with the second fan-shaped bulge loop on the adjacent braking burst in circumference and be equipped with the second centering groove that the cross-section shape is semicircular, the centering post on the first fan-shaped bulge loop matches the first centering groove on the adjacent braking burst in circumference of embedding, the centering post on the second fan-shaped bulge loop matches the second centering groove on the adjacent braking burst in circumference.
