Abstract

本发明公开了一种自清洁型上悬窗,包括窗框、风撑和上悬窗,所述窗框通过风撑与上悬窗转动连接,所述上悬窗的两侧内壁均开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内均滑动连接有滑块,两个所述滑块相互靠近的一端可拆卸连接有清洁刷,所述清洁刷通过两条弹性拉绳与窗框连接,所述清洁刷远离上悬窗的一侧固定连接有采用弧形结构的受风板,所述上悬窗的上端外侧固定连接有集气箱。优点在于:利用用户打开关闭上悬窗的过程,转化为弹性金属条带动活塞块向下向上运动,将活塞缸内的气体逐渐输送至集气箱内直至气体压力达到压力阀预设压力值,高压气体通过喷气管喷向受风板,受风板带动清洁刷对上悬窗进行清洁,并利用弹性拉绳的弹性力再次清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及悬窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种自清洁型上悬窗。
背景技术
上悬窗是一种通过操作窗扇的执手手柄,带动风撑的相应移动,使扇框能向室内平开或向室内倾倒开启一定角度的窗体结构。其通风性、安全性、实用性良好,因此受到广大消费者的青睐。目前在使用上悬窗的过程中发现,室外窗体玻璃上较易粘附灰尘,长期使用灰尘积存形成成块污垢,不美观的同时也降低了悬窗的透光性,室内采光受到影响,由于安装在建筑高层的室外,清洁十分不便且有一定的安全风险。
为解决上述问题,我们提出了一种自清洁型上悬窗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中的问题,而提出的一种自清洁型上悬窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种自清洁型上悬窗,包括窗框、风撑和上悬窗,所述窗框通过风撑与上悬窗转动连接,所述上悬窗的两侧内壁均开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内均滑动连接有滑块,两个所述滑块相互靠近的一端可拆卸连接有清洁刷,所述清洁刷通过两条弹性拉绳与窗框连接,所述清洁刷远离上悬窗的一侧固定连接有采用弧形结构的受风板,所述上悬窗的上端外侧固定连接有集气箱,所述集气箱的下端面连通有两个喷气管,两个所述喷气管的出气端朝向受风板设置,两个所述喷气管上均安装有压力阀,所述上悬窗的底部开设有储水腔,所述上悬窗的内侧开设有与储水腔、外界连通的注水口,所述储水腔对称连通有两个毛细管,两个所述毛细管远离储水腔的一端均与清洁刷接触连接,所述上悬窗的外侧关于储水腔对称固定连接有上侧开口的活塞缸,所述活塞缸内密封滑动连接有活塞块,所述活塞块的上端面通过弹性金属条与窗框固定连接,所述活塞缸的下端分别连通有进气管与出气管,所述出气管远离活塞缸的一端与集气箱连通,所述进气管上安装有气体只能从外界单向流通至活塞缸的单向阀,所述出气管上安装有气体只能从活塞缸单向流通至集气箱的单向阀。
在上述的自清洁型上悬窗中,所述活塞缸的开口内壁固定连接有限位环板。
与现有的技术相比,本自清洁型上悬窗的优点在于:
1、利用用户打开关闭上悬窗的过程,转化为弹性金属条带动活塞块向下向上运动,将活塞缸内的气体逐渐输送至集气箱内直至气体压力达到压力阀预设压力值,高压气体通过喷气管喷向受风板,受风板带动清洁刷对上悬窗进行清洁,并利用弹性拉绳的弹性力再次清洁;
2、用户通过注水口向储水腔内注水,在毛细作用下,储水腔内的水通过毛细管浸湿清洁刷,将灰尘粘附在清洁刷上,模拟人工清洁的过程,提高清洁效果。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅出于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-3,一种自清洁型上悬窗,包括窗框1、风撑2和上悬窗3,窗框1通过风撑2与上悬窗3转动连接,上悬窗3的两侧内壁均开设有滑槽4,滑槽4内均滑动连接有滑块5,滑块5与滑槽4均采用T型结构,避免滑块5脱离滑槽4,提高清洁刷6的运动稳定性,两个滑块5相互靠近的一端可拆卸连接有清洁刷6,清洁刷6通过两条弹性拉绳9与窗框1连接,清洁刷6远离上悬窗3的一侧固定连接有采用弧形结构的受风板7(参照图3),提高清洁刷6的受风面积,最大限度利用气体势能,上悬窗3的上端外侧固定连接有集气箱14,集气箱14的下端面连通有两个喷气管15,两个喷气管15的出气端朝向受风板7设置,两个喷气管15上均安装有压力阀,上悬窗3的底部开设有储水腔17,上悬窗3的内侧开设有与储水腔17、外界连通的注水口(注水口朝向室内设置),储水腔17对称连通有两个毛细管8,两个毛细管8远离储水腔17的一端均与清洁刷6接触连接,上悬窗3的外侧关于储水腔17对称固定连接有上侧开口的活塞缸10,活塞缸10的开口内壁固定连接有限位环板,限位环板可避免活塞块11通过开口脱离活塞缸10,活塞缸10内密封滑动连接有活塞块11,活塞块11的上端面通过弹性金属条16与窗框1固定连接,活塞缸10的下端分别连通有进气管12与出气管13,出气管13远离活塞缸10的一端与集气箱14连通,进气管12上安装有气体只能从外界单向流通至活塞缸10的单向阀,出气管13上安装有气体只能从活塞缸10单向流通至集气箱14的单向阀,利用单向阀限制气体的流通方向。
本发明中,用户可通过注水口对储水腔17进行注水,储水腔17内的水利用毛细作用通过毛细管8逐渐向上提升并逐渐浸湿整个清洁刷6。
用户在利用风撑2打开上悬窗3的过程中,弹性金属条16弯曲并推动活塞块11朝向活塞缸10底部方向运动,将活塞缸10内部气体通过出气管13输送至集气箱14,用户在关闭上悬窗3的过程中,弹性金属条16逐渐恢复至初始形状并带动活塞块11向活塞缸10开口方向运动,外界大气通过进气管12补充至活塞缸10内,维持活塞缸10内部大气平衡,重复上述打开关闭操作,即可不断向集气箱14内压缩空气直至气压达到压力阀预设压力值,压力阀自动打开,高压气体通过喷气管15喷向受风板7,受风板7带动清洁刷6垂直向下对上悬窗3中的玻璃部分进行掠扫,进行清洁,弹性拉绳9拉伸,弹性拉绳9恢复至原状的过程中带动清洁刷6垂直向上对上悬窗3中的玻璃部分再次进行掠扫清洁,待清洁刷6附着太多灰尘时,用户可将其拆卸、清洗并更换。

1.一种自清洁型上悬窗,包括窗框(1)、风撑(2)和上悬窗(3),所述窗框(1)通过风撑(2)与上悬窗(3)转动连接,其特征在于,所述上悬窗(3)的两侧内壁均开设有滑槽(4),所述滑槽(4)内均滑动连接有滑块(5),两个所述滑块(5)相互靠近的一端可拆卸连接有清洁刷(6),所述清洁刷(6)通过两条弹性拉绳(9)与窗框(1)连接,所述清洁刷(6)远离上悬窗(3)的一侧固定连接有采用弧形结构的受风板(7),所述上悬窗(3)的上端外侧固定连接有集气箱(14),所述集气箱(14)的下端面连通有两个喷气管(15),两个所述喷气管(15)的出气端朝向受风板(7)设置,两个所述喷气管(15)上均安装有压力阀,所述上悬窗(3)的底部开设有储水腔(17),所述上悬窗(3)的内侧开设有与储水腔(17)、外界连通的注水口,所述储水腔(17)对称连通有两个毛细管(8),两个所述毛细管(8)远离储水腔(17)的一端均与清洁刷(6)接触连接,所述上悬窗(3)的外侧关于储水腔(17)对称固定连接有上侧开口的活塞缸(10),所述活塞缸(10)内密封滑动连接有活塞块(11),所述活塞块(11)的上端面通过弹性金属条(16)与窗框(1)固定连接,所述活塞缸(10)的下端分别连通有进气管(12)与出气管(13),所述出气管(13)远离活塞缸(10)的一端与集气箱(14)连通,所述进气管(12)上安装有气体只能从外界单向流通至活塞缸(10)的单向阀,所述出气管(13)上安装有气体只能从活塞缸(10)单向流通至集气箱(14)的单向阀。
