Compared with a conventional pressure stabilizing pump water supply system, the system does not need electric and adjusting equipment, does not need electric energy, is maintenance-free, and is safe, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
Description
Technical Field
Supplying water for pressure stabilization of a liquid pipe network or leakage of the pipe network; in particular to the technical field of pressure stabilization of a temporary high-pressure fire-fighting pipe network water supply system.
Background
At present, when a secondary pressurized liquid system pipe network, including a pipe network pressure-stabilizing water supply technical process flow of a fire-fighting temporary pressurized water supply system, tap water is decompressed, stored in a storage pool and used for storing water and the pipe network is used, a pressurizing pump water supply system works. In the conventional daily leakage water replenishing of a pipe network, a pressure stabilizing pump water supply system is arranged, and the water stored in a storage tank is lifted and pressurized by a pressure stabilizing pump to replenish water to the pipe network for pressure stabilization.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a water supply system of a pressure stabilizing pump of a typical fire water supply network. The pipe network pressure stabilization is composed of a pipe network pressure pump water supply system 1, a pressure stabilizing pump water supply system 4 and a reservoir water supply system 3. The pressure stabilization of the pipe network GW is to pressurize and convey water to a fire fighting pipeline of the pipe network GW for use by a water supply system 4 consisting of a pressure stabilizing pump and an air pressure tank and the water stored in a reservoir water supply system 3. The daily leakage pressure-stabilizing water supply of the pipe network GW is stored water from tap water pressure relief, and then the pressure of the pipe network GW pipeline is stabilized through pressurization and supply. Water supplement requires energy consumption, equipment needs daily maintenance, and the investment cost of facility construction is high; the operation and management energy consumption is large, the maintenance work is complicated, and the pressure stabilizing pump water supply system is not energy-saving and environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention aims to provide a pressure-stabilizing water supply system and a device thereof, which directly use the water energy of tap water and automatically control the daily leakage and water supplement of a pipe network.
The invention relates to a tap water hydraulic energy pipe network pressure stabilizing automatic control device, which comprises a tap water hydraulic information detector, an information cable, a backflow non-return device, a pipe network hydraulic information detection automatic controller, an information cable, a pressure stabilizing adjusting gate valve and other devices.
The device is formed by connecting a tap water hydraulic information detector, a backflow non-return device, a pipe network hydraulic information detection automatic controller, a pressure stabilizing adjusting gate valve and other devices through short pipes.
One end of the device is connected with a tap water pipe, and the other end of the device is connected with a pipe network; tap water hydraulic information and pipe network hydraulic information detected by the device can be sent to a pipe network pressure pump automatic control cabinet or a monitoring room for monitoring in a cable or wireless mode.
The device utilizes the water energy of tap water and the water power to automatically control the daily leakage of a pipe network, supplement water and stabilize pressure. When the pipe network uses water, the water pump can be automatically started to work.
Compared with the conventional pressure stabilizing pump, the device does not need a pressure stabilizing pump and an air pressure tank to adjust a water supply system device, and does not need electric energy and maintenance.
