The invention relates to a molybdenum-containing pneumatic rock drilling machine oil composition which comprises the following components: 0.1 to 2 percent of at least one extreme pressure antiwear agent; 0.1 to 1 percent of at least one molybdenum-containing friction modifier; 0.1 to 2 percent of at least one antirust agent; 0.1 to 1 percent of at least one copper corrosion inhibition inhibitor; 0.1 to 1 percent of at least one emulsifier; 5 to 20 percent of at least one finger-sticking agent; the balance of at least one base oil. The molybdenum-containing pneumatic rock drilling machine oil composition has the advantages of outstanding adhesion performance, excellent extreme pressure wear resistance and antifriction performance, and good antirust, anticorrosion and emulsifying properties. The invention can be used for rock chiseling machines, rock air drilling machines, particularly impact type or rotary type pneumatic tool rock drilling equipment such as large rock drilling trucks and the like, can bear strong impact generated during rock drilling, has good lubricating effect on steel-steel parts and steel-copper parts under sliding and loading conditions, and provides lubricating protection for rock drilling mechanical equipment, particularly large rock drilling trucks, in harsh operating environments.

The invention relates to a lubricating oil composition, in particular to molybdenum-containing pneumatic rock drilling oil with outstanding adhesion performance, excellent extreme pressure wear resistance and antifriction performance, and good antirust, anticorrosive and emulsifying properties.
Background
With the vigorous development of the mining industry at home and abroad, the mine scale and the mining quantity are increased year by year, and large rock drills are increasingly used in mining. Large rock drills, including open-air and downhole drilling rigs, generally consist of a chassis, a drill boom, a propeller, a control system and a rock drill (open-air drilling rigs generally also have a dust-catching system). The hydraulic motor has the characteristics of being matched with a high-efficiency host, adopting a propeller with high thrust and a slewing mechanism with high torque, generally adopting a hydraulic technology and the like. The application of the rock drilling rig is an important way for improving the mining speed, and is an important measure for reducing the labor intensity, improving the labor condition and improving the labor productivity. With the continuous improvement of the rock drilling and blasting process and the enlargement of the roadway working face, the large rock drilling rig shows the superiority more and more in production and construction, and the requirement on the rock drilling rig is higher and more in the practical application process.

Chinese patent CN200810101297.5 discloses a lubricating oil composition for pneumatic tools, which can be used for rock wind drilling machines, rock chisels and rotary pneumatic tools, has better rust-proof, corrosion-proof and emulsifying properties, and does not mention antifriction properties; chinese patent CN201310619015.1 discloses an improved pneumatic tool oil composition, which has good extreme pressure, rust prevention, friction reduction and wear resistance effects, but the embodiment of the improved pneumatic tool oil composition is not verified by oil detection and analysis results, and the emulsifying performance required by rock drilling machine oil is not mentioned.

the molybdenum-containing friction modifier is used in the pneumatic rock drilling machine oil composition provided by the invention. The molybdenum-containing friction modifier is one or a mixture of more of a sulfur-phosphorus-nitrogen-molybdenum complex, a molybdenum carbamate complex and an organic molybdenum complex; molybdenum carbamate complexes are preferred.
In order to improve the overall performance of the composition, the present invention prefers base oils. Specifically, the base oil is one or a mixture of a plurality of paraffin base oil, naphthenic base oil, poly alpha-olefin synthetic oil, polyalkylene glycol, polyol ester, diester and compound ester; preferably a paraffinic base oil.

the extreme pressure antiwear agent is one or a mixture of more of dibutyl phosphite, thiophosphoric acid complex ester amine salt, dialkyl dithiophosphate, alkyl phosphate amine salt, sulfurized isobutylene and sulfurized fat; preferably sulfurized fats or/and dialkyldithiophosphates.
The antirust agent is one or a mixture of more of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate, dodecenylsuccinic acid, diethylenetriamine and isononylphenoxyacetic acid; preferably dodecenylsuccinic acid or/and isononylphenoxyacetic acid.
The copper corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of a plurality of benzotriazole derivatives, thiadiazole derivatives and azetidinium anhydride; thiadiazole derivatives are preferred.
The emulsifier is one or a mixture of more of sorbitan oleate, alkylphenol and ethylene oxide condensate, fatty alcohol ethylene oxide condensate and alkyl aryl sulfonate; sorbitan oleate is preferred.
The adhesive is one or a mixture of more of polymethyl methacrylate, ethylene propylene copolymer and polyisobutylene; polyisobutylene is preferred.

The analysis result shows that the molybdenum-containing pneumatic rock drilling oil composition has excellent extreme pressure wear resistance, friction reduction performance, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, viscosity-temperature performance and emulsifying performance.

5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the copper corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of a plurality of benzotriazole derivatives, thiadiazole derivatives and azetidinium anhydride; thiadiazole derivatives are preferred.
6. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the emulsifier is one or a mixture of sorbitan oleate, alkylphenol and ethylene oxide condensate, fatty alcohol ethylene oxide condensate and alkyl aryl sulfonate; sorbitan oleate is preferred.
7. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the adhesive is one or a mixture of polymethyl methacrylate, ethylene propylene copolymer and polyisobutylene; polyisobutylene is preferred.
