Abstract
The invention provides a method for synthesizing environment-friendly furan resin for cast iron, and relates to the technical field of cast iron resin synthesis. The environment-friendly furan resin for cast iron comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 10-20 parts of urea, 12-24 parts of formaldehyde, 8-10 parts of ethanol, 10-14 parts of xylitol mother liquor and 1-2 parts of modifier, and the synthesis steps are as follows: 1) preparing furfuryl alcohol, urea, formaldehyde, ethanol, xylitol mother liquor and a modifier according to the weight part ratio; 2) adding one third of the total amount of furfuryl alcohol into a reaction kettle, adding ethanol, xylitol mother liquor and a modifier into the reaction kettle, simultaneously adding deionized water into the reaction kettle, starting a stirring device in the reaction kettle to stir, adjusting the pH value to 8-10 by using sodium hydroxide as a catalyst, and heating by using steam. By using ethanol and xylitol mother liquor to replace part of sugar alcohol, the use amount of the sugar alcohol in the synthesis process is reduced, so that the production cost and the energy consumption are effectively reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cast iron resin synthesis, in particular to a method for synthesizing environment-friendly furan resin for cast iron.
Background
Furan resin is a general name of a class of polymers prepared by taking furfural as a basic raw material, furan rings are contained in macromolecules of the furan resin, and the furan resin has attracted attention for a long time due to the advantages of outstanding corrosion resistance and heat resistance, wide raw material source, simple production process and the like, but the application of the furan resin in the field of corrosion prevention is limited to a great extent due to the defects of high brittleness, poor caking property, poor construction process and the like of the furan resin for a long time, and the application range of the furan resin is only limited to the fields of daub, terrace, impregnated graphite and the like. 3) after stirring in the reaction kettle for 10-20min, closing steam, cooling the reaction kettle to 50-60 ℃, adding the residual furfuryl alcohol into the reaction kettle, continuously stirring, adding glacial acetic acid into the reaction kettle while stirring to adjust the pH value in the reaction kettle to 6-7, and stopping stirring after 5-15 min;
4) adding urea and formaldehyde into the reaction kettle, uniformly and continuously heating the reaction kettle by using steam, heating the reaction kettle to 120 ℃ within 100-;
5) and after heat preservation treatment, carrying out vacuum dehydration treatment on the reaction kettle, measuring the pH value in the reaction kettle after dehydration, breaking vacuum after measurement is qualified, closing steam and cooling the reaction kettle to below 50 ℃ by using cold water.
Preferably, the modifier is one of lauric acid monoglyceride, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and sorbitan monooleate.
Preferably, the furan resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 10 parts of urea, 12 parts of formaldehyde, 8 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of xylitol mother liquor and 1 part of modifier.
Preferably, the furan resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 15 parts of urea, 18 parts of formaldehyde, 9 parts of ethanol, 12 parts of xylitol mother liquor and 1.5 parts of modifier.
Preferably, the furan resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 20 parts of urea, 24 parts of formaldehyde, 10 parts of ethanol, 14 parts of xylitol mother liquor and 2 parts of modifier.
Preferably, the pressure in the reaction kettle is controlled to be 0.05-0.1MPa during the vacuum dehydration treatment in the step 5.

2) adding one third of the total amount of furfuryl alcohol into a reaction kettle, adding ethanol, xylitol mother liquor and a modifier into the reaction kettle, adding deionized water into the reaction kettle, starting a stirring device in the reaction kettle to stir, adjusting the pH value to 8-10 by using sodium hydroxide as a catalyst, and heating the reaction kettle by using steam;
3) after stirring in the reaction kettle for 10-20min, closing steam, cooling the reaction kettle to 50-60 ℃, adding the residual furfuryl alcohol into the reaction kettle, continuously stirring, adding glacial acetic acid into the reaction kettle while stirring to adjust the pH value in the reaction kettle to 6-7, and stopping stirring after 5-15 min;
4) adding urea and formaldehyde into the reaction kettle, uniformly and continuously heating the reaction kettle by using steam, heating the reaction kettle to 120 ℃ within 100-;

2) adding one third of the total amount of furfuryl alcohol into a reaction kettle, adding ethanol, xylitol mother liquor and a modifier into the reaction kettle, adding deionized water into the reaction kettle, starting a stirring device in the reaction kettle to stir, adjusting the pH value to 8-10 by using sodium hydroxide as a catalyst, and heating the reaction kettle by using steam;
3) after stirring in the reaction kettle for 10-20min, closing steam, cooling the reaction kettle to 50-60 ℃, adding the residual furfuryl alcohol into the reaction kettle, continuously stirring, adding glacial acetic acid into the reaction kettle while stirring to adjust the pH value in the reaction kettle to 6-7, and stopping stirring after 5-15 min;
