1. the domestic garbage in China is mixed with a large amount of organic garbage, and particularly after classification, the mixing proportion of the organic garbage is higher, but if fermentation tank process treatment is adopted, the tank body treatment capacity is extremely limited relative to the large-scale urban domestic garbage production capacity, the working environment is extremely bad when sundries are sorted before fermentation, drying is needed after fermentation treatment, and the problem of waste liquid treatment exists;
2. by adopting a landfill process, the organic garbage is obviously decomposed and settled, and the degradation accident is always caused by uneven degradation due to unbalanced components of the garbage landfill materials; meanwhile, as the organic garbage is permanently buried, the organic garbage can not be reused, and precious landfill site resources are occupied.
3. At present, the penetrating fluid of the garbage field is absorbed by arranging a water outlet at the bottom of the garbage field. However, the water outlet is easily blocked due to the fact that the pressure is high, and the infiltration liquid is concentrated at the lower part of the garbage, so that the humidity of the garbage at the bottom of the garbage field is high, and therefore if the garbage is taken out, a lot of infiltration liquid flows out, and the surrounding environment such as underground water, rivers and the like is easily polluted.
4. Due to the fact that a large amount of penetrating fluid is continuously deposited due to the decomposition of organic garbage and natural rainfall, the penetrating fluid is deposited at the bottom, on one hand, the hydraulic pressure is increased, and the risk of soaking an impermeable layer and polluting underground water is greatly increased; on one hand, the lower layer garbage is easy to liquefy, so that the risk of collapse and dam collapse is caused, and particularly under the condition of heavy rain.
5. Because the decomposition of the organic garbage is easy to cause the accumulation of methane, the explosion accident occurs, and the methane needs to be removed and collected in time.
The invention comprises the following steps:
the invention discloses a large organic household garbage storage yard, which is characterized in that a stirring pile provided with a filtering hole from top to bottom is arranged in the process of simulating intestinal absorption, so that the organic garbage at the bottom of the organic household garbage storage yard is in a drier state after full fermentation, the treated garbage is dried, the transportation is convenient, the transportation difficulty and the transportation cost are reduced, the pollution of penetrating fluid to the surrounding environment during transportation is prevented, and the organic garbage storage yard can be used for preparing organic fertilizers. Meanwhile, the stirring piles provide longitudinal and gridding supporting strength for the filled garbage piles, stress is dispersed, and collapse risks caused by uneven degradation are prevented. The treatment field can be modified by using abandoned soil, stone and mine abandoned pits, so that the construction cost is greatly reduced, and waste materials are changed into valuable materials.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

the bottom and the side wall of the garbage accumulation pool are both fixed with an impermeable layer; a cover layer is fixed at the top of the garbage accumulation pool, and a feed inlet is formed in the cover layer;

The application method of the large organic household garbage storage yard comprises the following steps:
step one, pouring household garbage into a feed inlet, gradually penetrating water in the household garbage into a collecting pipe cavity through a filtering hole on a stirring pile in the infiltration process of the household garbage in the descending and decomposing process, and starting an absorption mode at the moment: opening valves on the permeate recovery pipe and the gas recovery pipe; closing a valve on the gas return pipe; the air pump works, the air of the stirring pile is pumped to the air storage tank to enable the inside of the stirring pile to be in a negative pressure state, under the action of the negative pressure and the external pressure in the stirring pile, the penetrating fluid and the decomposed air in the garbage accumulation layer enter the collecting pipe cavity after being filtered by the filtering holes, and the decomposed air is stored in the air storage tank through the air collecting system; the permeate is stored in a permeate collection tank through a permeate recovery system;
step two, after decomposing and settling garbage to form clinker, opening a gate, and under the assistance of gravity and a raking device, raking out mature materials from a discharge hole, and then collecting the mature materials to prepare organic fertilizer;
step three, when the stirring pile needs to be cleaned, starting a gas transmission loosening mode, wherein the gas transmission loosening mode comprises the following steps of: closing a valve on the permeate recovery pipe, and opening a gas return pipe and a valve on the gas recovery pipe; the air pump works to pump the air in the air storage tank to the collecting cavity so that the collecting cavity is in a high-pressure state; the decomposed gas is back-blown to clean the filtering holes, and meanwhile, the decomposed gas is pumped back to the gas storage tank through the circulating pump.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the foundation pit (such as a pit, a slope on a mountain and the like) can be excavated by utilizing natural topography, a large-scale storage yard can be constructed, and the construction cost is low.
2. The stirring pile provides longitudinal and gridding supporting strength for the filled garbage pile, disperses stress, and prevents collapse risk caused by uneven degradation.
3. The bottom layer permeate liquid collection is changed into the dispersion three-dimensional collection, so that pollution and collapse risks caused by liquefaction of lower layer garbage due to the falling and accumulation of the permeate liquid are prevented.
4. And the biogas is collected in a dispersed way, so that the explosion accident is avoided.
5. Intestinal absorption is simulated, leachate is gradually absorbed and decomposed, so that the treated garbage is dried, and the transportation is convenient.
6. Part of the mixed garbage can be crushed by stirring backlog of a stirring pile system in the fermentation, decomposition and sedimentation processes. Compared with the fermentation tank which does not need to be finely decomposed before treatment, dry fermentation is adopted, so that the problem of bacterial group poisoning caused by pipeline blockage and (antibacterial) sundries is avoided, and the treatment cost is greatly simplified.

The invention is based on the following assumptions: the faults of the monitoring equipment are self-repairable faults, but not physical loss and unrepairable faults with the service life reaching are all checked by workers and then replaced and repaired, and theoretically, the prediction of the invention is not influenced.
The large-scale organic household garbage storage yard shown in the figures 1-3 comprises a garbage storage pool 1, wherein an inclined plane 2 is formed at the bottom of the garbage storage pool 1, a discharge hole 3 is formed in the lowest part of the inclined plane 2 on the side wall of the garbage storage pool 1, a gate 4 is arranged in cooperation with the discharge hole 3, and the gate 4 is connected with a push-pull device 5; the bottom and the side wall of the garbage accumulation pool 1 are both fixed with an impermeable layer 6; a cover layer 7 is fixed at the top of the garbage accumulation pool 1, and a feed inlet 8 is formed in the cover layer 7;
a foundation pile 9 is fixed in the inclined plane 2, the foundation pile 9 is connected with a stirring pile 10, the stirring pile 10 comprises a shell 101, a collecting pipe cavity 12 is formed in the shell 101, and a plurality of filtering holes 11 are formed in the shell 101 from top to bottom; the filtering hole 11 is communicated with the collecting cavity 12, the bottom of the collecting cavity 12 is communicated with a gas-liquid storage tank 13, the bottom of the gas-liquid storage tank 13 is communicated with a permeate recovery system, and the upper part of the gas-liquid storage tank is communicated with a gas collecting system; the permeate recovery system comprises a permeate recovery pipe 14 communicated with the bottom of the gas-liquid storage tank 13, and the permeate recovery pipe 14 is communicated with a permeate collection tank 16 through a water pump 15; the gas collection system includes a gas recovery pipe 17 communicating with the upper portion of the gas-liquid storage tank 13, the gas recovery pipe 17 being communicated with a gas storage tank 19 through an air pump 18.
The foundation pile 9 is rotatably connected with a stirring pile 10; a rotating device 20 is arranged in the foundation pile 9, the rotating device 20 is connected with an external gear 21, and an internal gear 22 meshed with the external gear 21 is fixed in the stirring pile 10;
the gas-liquid storage tank 13 is positioned in the foundation pile 9, and a communicating pipe 23 communicated with the gas-liquid storage tank 13 is fixed at the bottom of the collecting pipe cavity 12; a stirring structure is arranged outside the stirring pile 10; valves are installed in both the permeate recovery pipe 14 and the gas recovery pipe 17.
The stirring structure is a stirring rod 24 or a spiral stirring blade 25 or stirring teeth; the rotating device 20 is a rotating cylinder.
The push-pull device 5 is a hydraulic cylinder; a cover door 37 is hinged at the feed inlet 8.
A permeate recharging net pipe 29 is fixed in the covering layer 7, and the permeate recharging net pipe 29 is communicated with the permeate collecting tank 16 through a circulating pump 30; the permeate recharging net pipe 29 is also communicated with a plurality of spray heads 31; a valve is installed on the permeate recharging net pipe 29.
A first filter layer 102 is fixed in the shell 101, and a second filter layer 103 is fixed in the first filter layer 102; second filter layer 103 is provided with collecting pipe cavity 12; the first filter layer 102 is a porous ceramic; the second filter layer 103 is activated carbon.
A raking device 32 is arranged in cooperation with the discharge port 3; the raking device 32 comprises a telescoping device 33, two mutually meshed rotary gears 34 are connected to the telescoping device 33 in a shaft mode, L-shaped raking claws 35 are fixedly connected to the rotary gears 34, and one rotary gear 34 is connected with a rotary motor 36.
The application method of the large organic household garbage storage yard comprises the following steps:
step one, pouring household garbage into a feed inlet 8, gradually penetrating water in the household garbage into a collecting pipe cavity 12 through a filtering hole 11 on a stirring pile 10 in the infiltration process of the household garbage in the descending and decomposing process, and starting an absorption mode at the moment: valves on the permeate recovery tube 14 and the gas recovery tube 17 are opened; closing the valve on the gas return line 38; the air pump 18 works to pump the gas of the stirring pile 10 to the gas storage tank 19 to enable the interior of the stirring pile 10 to be in a negative pressure state, under the action of the negative pressure and the external pressure in the interior of the stirring pile, the penetrating fluid and the decomposed gas in the garbage accumulation layer enter the collecting pipe cavity 12 after being filtered by the filtering holes 11, and the decomposed gas is stored in the gas storage tank 19 through the gas collecting system; permeate is stored to permeate collection tank 16 by a permeate recovery system;
step two, after decomposing and settling garbage to form clinker, opening a gate 4, and under the assistance of gravity and a raking device 32, raking out mature materials from a discharge hole 3, and then collecting the mature materials to prepare organic fertilizer;
step three, when the stirring pile 10 needs to be cleaned, starting a gas transmission loosening mode, wherein the gas transmission loosening mode comprises the following steps: closing the valves on permeate withdrawal line 14 and opening the valves on gas return line 38 and gas withdrawal line 17; the air pump 18 is operated to pump the air in the air storage tank 19 to the collecting pipe cavity 12 so as to enable the collecting pipe cavity 12 to be in a high-pressure state; the decomposed gas is back-blown to clean the filter holes 11 while the decomposed gas is pumped back to the gas storage tank 19 by the circulation pump 30.
When the pressure gauge reaches a set threshold value, that is, when the gas storage tank 19 is full, the gas storage tank 19 is replaced, and the full gas storage tank 19 is sent to a gas purification station, and combustible gas such as methane therein is separated and used as fuel.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, the stirring pile 10 is formed by mutually connecting a plurality of stirring pile bodies 26; the top of the stirring pile body 26 is fixed with a sealing cover 27, and an electromagnetic valve 28 is arranged on the sealing cover 27.
So that collection lumens 12 between each mixing post body 26 are relatively independent and can be opened or closed as desired. When the absorption mode is in this way, the electromagnetic valves 28 between all the stirring pile bodies 26 buried in the garbage are opened, and the electromagnetic valves 28 of the stirring pile bodies 26 exposing the garbage are closed, thereby preventing the suction of outside air, reducing the storage composition of the gas storage tank 19, and preventing the concentration of decomposed gas (methane, etc.) from decreasing.
