The outlet pipe 603 is provided with an outlet valve in a closed state in the sedimentation process, and is in an open state in the drainage process. When the interior of the sedimentation tank 1 needs to be cleaned after sludge discharge, water can enter the water discharge pipe 6 through the back flush water pump 604, the water discharge pipe 6, the sludge guide plate 302 and the sludge storage pipe 301 are flushed, and finally the flushed sewage is discharged through the sludge discharge pipe 101, so that the back flush of the interior of the sedimentation tank 1 is realized.
In the embodiment, an oil discharge mechanism 2 is arranged in the sedimentation tank 1 and above the water inlet pipe 102, the oil discharge mechanism 2 comprises an oil scraping plate 201, an oil receiving box 202 and a conveying belt 203 which is horizontally arranged, two sides of the conveying belt 203 in the width direction are in clearance fit with the front side wall and the rear side wall of the sedimentation tank 1, an oil discharge pipe 204 is arranged on the side wall of the sedimentation tank 1, and the oil receiving box 202 is arranged below one end of the conveying belt 203 and is communicated with the oil discharge pipe 204; the oil scraping plate 201 is arranged above the oil receiving box 202, one end of the oil scraping plate is fixed on the inner wall of the sedimentation tank 1, and the other end of the oil scraping plate is attached to the end part of the conveyor belt 203.
The oil receiving box 202 is a rectangular shell comprising a bottom plate, a rear side plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, a groove with an opening at the upper end for the conveyor belt 203 to be clamped is formed in the rear side plate, the end part of the conveyor belt 203 penetrates through the groove and extends into the oil receiving box 202, the side wall of the groove is attached to the side wall of the conveyor belt 203, oil can be scraped, and the movement of the conveyor belt 203 is not influenced; the end of the oil receiving box 202 opposite to the rear side plate is fixed on the side wall of the sedimentation tank 1. The thickness of the middle part of the oil scraping plate 201 to the end part, attached to the conveying belt 203, of the oil scraping plate 201 is gradually reduced, and the end part, attached to the conveying belt 203, of the oil scraping plate 201 is provided with a plurality of through grooves 205 which are uniformly distributed in the width direction of the oil scraping plate 201 and through which oil is supplied.
After the sedimentation tank 1 is sedimentated for a period of time, the sludge in the sedimentation tank sinks, the oil-water mixture rises, and due to different oil-water densities, so that the oil floats on the water surface, the oil can be drained firstly and then drained, in the oil draining process, the motor drives the conveyor belt 203 to rotate, the material of the conveyor belt 203 is a material which can adhere the oil on the surface but does not absorb the oil, in the rotating process of the conveyor belt 203, the floating oil is adhered on the surface of the conveyor belt 203 until the oil is conveyed to the oil scraping plate 201, the oil on the surface of the conveyor belt 203 is scraped under the action of the oil scraping plate 201, one part of the scraped oil falls into the oil receiving box 202 through the through groove 205 on the oil scraping plate 201, the other part of the scraped oil is pushed to the two sides of the conveyor belt 203 and then falls into the oil receiving box 202 along the side surface of the conveyor belt 203, then the oil is collected in the oil receiving box 202 and finally discharged through the oil discharge pipe 204, so that the aim of removing the oil in the sewage is fulfilled.
