The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: through carrying out automatic clearance to precipitate and floater in the sewage, improve sewage quality of water, save physical power and time, improve work efficiency, reduce impurity and remain, reduce the risk that the people fell into the aquatic simultaneously, improve practicality and security.
The settling tank for sewage treatment provided by the invention has the advantages that the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the settling tank can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the settling tank can be achieved.

A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment is characterized by comprising a box body (1), a collecting box (2), supporting legs (3), a water inlet pipe (4), a first drainage pipe (5), two groups of mounting plates (6), two groups of guide rails (7), two groups of gear rows (8), two groups of sliding blocks (9), four groups of connecting columns (10), two groups of connecting plates (11), two groups of gears (12) and a first motor (13), wherein a first cavity is arranged in the box body (1), a first through hole is formed in the top end of the first cavity in a communicating mode, a collecting tank is arranged in the left side of the bottom end of the first cavity in a communicating mode, the right end of the collecting box (2) is connected with the upper side of the left end of the box body (1), the top end of the collecting box (2) is flush with the top end of the box body (1), a second cavity is arranged in the collecting box (2), the rear side of the bottom end of, the upper side of the left end of a first cavity is communicated with the upper side of the right end of a second cavity, a supporting leg (3) is positioned below a collecting box (2), the right output end of the right side of the supporting leg (3) is communicated with the rear side of the left end of the first cavity, the middle part of the supporting leg (3) is communicated with a water inlet valve, the water inlet pipe (4) is positioned on the left side of the first cavity, the right end of the water inlet pipe (4) is lower than the left end, the bottoms of the communicated positions of the upper side of the left end of the first cavity and the upper side of the right end of the second cavity are connected with the left end of the water inlet pipe (4), the left input end of a first drainage pipe (5) is communicated with the rear upper side of the right end of the first cavity, the middle part of the first drainage pipe (5) is communicated with a water outlet valve, the inner ends of two groups of mounting plates (6) are transversely arranged on the upper side and the upper side of the front end of the, two groups of sliders (9) are respectively and rotatably arranged on two groups of guide rails (7), the top ends of the two groups of sliders (9) are respectively and uniformly connected with the bottom ends of four groups of connecting columns (10), the top ends of the four groups of connecting columns (10) are respectively and uniformly arranged at the bottom ends of two groups of connecting plates (11), the bottom ends of two groups of gears (12) are respectively meshed with the top ends of two groups of gear rows (8), the top end of a first motor (13) is arranged at the right rear side of the bottom end of a front side connecting plate (11), the left end of the first motor (13) is provided with a first rotating shaft, the left end of the first rotating shaft is provided with a speed reducer (14), the top end of the speed reducer (14) is connected with the rear side of the bottom end of the front side connecting plate (11), the rear end of the speed reducer (14) is provided with a second rotating shaft, the rear end of the second rotating shaft is connected with the middle part, the rear end of the third rotating shaft is provided with a supporting rod, the top end of the supporting rod is connected with the left front side of the bottom end of a rear connecting plate (11), a movable plate (15) is arranged above the box body (1), the top ends of the two groups of connecting plates (11) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the bottom end of the movable plate (15), the bottom end of the movable plate (15) is provided with a fixed plate (16), the bottom end of the fixed plate (16) is rotatably provided with a first cleaning plate (17), the front side and the rear side of the right end of the fixed plate (16) are respectively provided with two groups of positioning plates (18), the lower sides of the left ends of the two groups of positioning plates (18) are both contacted with the right end of the first cleaning plate (17), the lower side of the right side of the first cavity is provided with a second cleaning plate (19), the lower side of the left side of the first cavity is provided with a fixed plate, the rotatable screw rod (21) that is provided with in right-hand member middle part of fixed plate (20), the middle part of second cleaning plate (19) is provided with about the screw hole that runs through, screw rod (21) pass screw hole and first cavity right-hand member downside and with the rotatable sealing connection of the right-hand member downside of box (1), screw rod (21) are connected with screw hole spiral shell dress, the right-hand member front side and the rear side of fixed plate (20) all are provided with guide bar (22), the front side and the rear side of second cleaning plate (19) all are provided with about the through-hole that runs through, the right-hand member of two sets of guide bar (22) passes two sets of through-holes respectively and is connected with the first cavity right-hand member, but two sets of guide bar (22) are respectively with two sets of through-hole sliding connection, the right-hand member downside of box (1) is provided with second motor (23.

The sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as defined in claim 1, further comprising two sets of absorption bins (24), a suction pipe (25), a suction pump (26), a third motor (27) and a discharge pipe (28), wherein the two sets of absorption bins (24) are located at the bottom end of the collection tank, the two sets of absorption bins (24) are each provided with a third cavity inside, the inner wall of the third cavity is provided with a plurality of sets of suction holes, the outer ends of the plurality of sets of suction holes are each communicated with the outer walls of the two sets of absorption bins (24), the left end and the middle portion of the suction pipe (25) are each communicated with an input port, the rear ends of the two sets of input ports are each passed through the front end of the box body (1) and are respectively communicated with the front ends of the two sets of third cavities in the two sets of absorption bins (24), the left end of the suction pump (26) is installed on the outer wall of the box body (1), the right output end of the suction pipe (25) is communicated with the front end of the suction pump (26), the, the front end of the third motor (27) is provided with a fourth rotating shaft, the front end of the fourth rotating shaft is connected with the rear end of the suction pump (26), and the right end of the suction pump (26) is communicated with the left input end of the discharge pipe (28).

The sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a secondary sedimentation tank (29), a second drainage pipe (30) and a first drainage pipe (31), wherein the left end of the secondary sedimentation tank (29) is connected with the middle part of the right end of the box body (1), a fourth cavity is arranged inside the secondary sedimentation tank (29), a third through hole is formed in the top end of the fourth cavity in a communicating manner, the lower side output end of the first drainage pipe (5) is inserted into the upper side of the fourth cavity through the third through hole, the left side input end of the second drainage pipe (30) is communicated with the upper front side of the right end of the fourth cavity, the upper side input end of the first drainage pipe (31) is communicated with the middle part of the bottom end of the fourth cavity, and a first drainage valve is arranged in the middle part of the first drainage pipe (31) in a communicating manner.

A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment according to claim 3, further comprising a water deflector (32), wherein the water deflector (32) has an arcuate shape, the rear end and the left end of the water deflector (32) are connected to the rear end and the left end of the first chamber, respectively, and the right end of the inner wall of the water deflector (32) is located right of the right output end of the leg (3).

The sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a first baffle plate (33), wherein the first baffle plate (33) is located between the collection tank and the water baffle plate (32), the right end of the first baffle plate (33) is lower than the left end, and the left end of the first baffle plate (33) is connected with the lower side of the left end of the first cavity.

A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment according to claim 5, further comprising a second baffle plate (34), wherein the front end and the rear end of the second baffle plate (34) are respectively connected with the upper right side of the front end and the upper right side of the rear end of the first chamber, and the top end of the second baffle plate (34) is flush with the top end of the tank body (1).

A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a second sewage discharge pipe (35), wherein an upper input end of the second sewage discharge pipe (35) is communicated with the right front side of the bottom end of the first chamber, and a second sewage discharge valve is arranged in the middle of the second sewage discharge pipe (35).

A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a third sewage discharge pipe (36), wherein the rear input end of the third sewage discharge pipe (36) is communicated with the lower side of the front end of the second chamber, and a third sewage discharge valve is arranged in the middle of the third sewage discharge pipe (36).
9. A sedimentation tank for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 8, further comprising four sets of stoppers (37), the lower sides of the inner ends of the four sets of stoppers (37) being respectively installed at the left and right ends of the two sets of guide rails (7).

A sewage treatment sedimentation tank as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a scraper (38), wherein the scraper (38) is shaped into an arc with a left direction, the scraper (38) has elasticity, the top end of the scraper (38) is connected with the bottom end of the second cleaning plate (19), and the bottom end of the scraper (38) is in contact with the bottom end of the first chamber.
