In order to improve the telescopic efficiency of the blanking pipe 300, the mounting ring and the guide wheel 403 are located on the same vertical plane.
The bulk machine comprises the blanking pipe 300 in the embodiment 3, so that the defect that when a dust removing system sucks dust, the dust is sucked together with dry powder materials in the guide hopper unit 303, the blanking amount of the dry powder materials is reduced, and the blanking amount of the dry powder materials is increased.
In a further scheme, the device further comprises a lower limit sensor 407 and a controller, as shown in fig. 4, the lower limit sensor 407 is mounted on the mounting seat 402 and used for sensing the position of the bulk vehicle feed opening 405, when the lower limit sensor 407 senses that the bulk vehicle feed opening 405 is located right below the discharging pipe 300, a position signal of the bulk vehicle feed opening 405 is transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the opening of the driving assembly 401.

the inner connecting joint (201) is used for hoisting the plug body (101) through a connecting component (103), a gap exists between the inner connecting joint (201) and the plug body (101), dry powder materials are discharged through the gap, the inner connecting joint (201) is linked with the plug body (101) to move up and down, and the outer connecting joint (202) and the plug body (101) move relatively to each other and are used for plugging and opening a bottom opening of the outer connecting joint (202);
the plug body (101) comprises a dustproof cone (1011) and a protective frame (1012), wherein the cone of the dustproof cone (1011) faces upwards, the bottom of the dustproof cone (1011) is fixedly connected with the protective frame (1012), and the level indicator (102) is arranged in the cavity of the dustproof cone (1011) and extends towards the interior of the protective frame (1012);
the connecting component (103) comprises a long connecting column (1031) and a short connecting column (1032), one end of the short connecting column (1032) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the inner connecting joint (201), the other end of the short connecting column is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the dustproof cone (1011), one end of the long connecting column (1031) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the dustproof cone (1011), and the other end of the long connecting column extends upwards to pass through the flexible connecting piece (203);
the long connecting column (1031) is a hollow cylinder with two open ends, an inner cavity of the long connecting column (1031) penetrates through an electric wire for supplying power to the level indicator (102), and the electric wire penetrates through the side wall of the dustproof cone (1011) to enter the cavity and is electrically connected with the level indicator (102);
the long connecting column (1031) is provided with a mounting clamping piece for fixing on the inner connecting joint (201).

the blanking pipe (300) is vertically installed and penetrates through the installation base (402), an installation ring is arranged on the outer wall of the blanking pipe (300), the feeding hole (405) is located right above the blanking pipe (300), the dust removing hole (406) is located above the side of the blanking pipe (300), the dust removing hole (406) is communicated with the dust circulation channel (304), and the feeding hole (405) and the dust removing hole (406) are both located above the installation base (402);
the driving assembly (401) and the guide wheel (403) are both mounted on the mounting base (402), the driving assembly (401) is in driving connection with the guide wheel (403), one end of the steel cable (404) is in sliding connection with the guide wheel (403), the other end of the steel cable freely droops to penetrate through the mounting ring, and the driving assembly (401) drives the guide wheel (403) to rotate to drive the steel cable (404) to move up and down to link up and down extension of the blanking pipe (300).
