PURPOSE:To heighten the effect of dust-proofing, by providing a lowest outer pipe for a chute, movably up and down relative to a lowest short inner pipe for the chute, and coupling control lids to these pipes through rods, movably relative to the pipes, to secure a prescribed sucked air flow speed even if the outgoing quantity of a material in bulk fluctuates. へ投下したばら物中に介在する粉塵は、ばら物が整流板
5に衝突して制動されたときに下端開口部3A内で発塵
して浮動をする。そしてこの粉塵は下端開口部3Aから
集塵装置4内に吸入される気流により回収されるのであ
る。

8A%8Bを連結する内管フランジ部6oを突設してあ
