The mobile intelligent terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an ipod or other movable portable intelligent terminals. The mobile intelligent terminal and the safety early warning equipment positioned in the vehicle dispatching center carry out data interaction in a wireless communication mode.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile intelligent terminal for railway operations provided in this embodiment includes: the system comprises a position information sending module 11, a safety early warning information receiving module 12 and an early warning prompt signal sending module 13.
The position information sending module 11 is configured to send first position information to the safety precaution device. The safety early warning information receiving module 12 is configured to receive first safety early warning information sent by a safety early warning device, where the first safety early warning information is sent by the safety early warning device when the position of the mobile intelligent terminal is determined to be a dangerous area according to the first position information and the vehicle operation scheduling information. The early warning prompt signal sending module 13 is configured to send an early warning prompt signal according to the first safety early warning information.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an execution process of each module in the mobile intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the modules are sequentially executed, and the specific execution steps include:
step 201, the position information sending module sends first position information to the safety precaution device.
The mobile intelligent terminal is internally provided with a positioning module for acquiring the geographical position of the mobile intelligent terminal, and the positioning module can be a satellite positioning module and can acquire the geographical position of the mobile intelligent terminal by performing data interaction with a satellite.
And a communication module is also arranged in the mobile intelligent terminal and is used for communicating with the safety early warning equipment through a wireless network.
The mobile intelligent terminal can send the first position information to the safety early warning device in real time, and the safety early warning device can acquire the currently received first position information when needed.
Or the mobile intelligent terminal can also send the first position information when receiving the request of the safety early warning device.
Step 202, the safety precaution information receiving module receives first safety precaution information sent by the safety precaution device.
The first safety early warning information is sent out when the safety early warning equipment determines that the position where the mobile intelligent terminal is located is a dangerous area according to the first position information and the vehicle operation scheduling information.
The vehicle operation scheduling information is preset and stored in a storage space corresponding to the safety early warning device, and the safety early warning device reads the information from the storage space when needed. The vehicle operation scheduling information includes the operation route of each train.
The position of the mobile intelligent terminal is the position of the operator, and the position also represents the railway line which is being maintained by the operator. The safety early warning equipment can determine whether the position of the mobile intelligent terminal is a dangerous area or not according to the vehicle operation scheduling information and the first position information sent by the mobile intelligent terminal, namely, whether a train passes through the position of an operator or not is judged, and if the train passes through the position, the position is regarded as a dangerous area.
And after the dangerous area is determined, the safety early warning equipment sends first safety early warning information to the mobile intelligent terminal.
And 203, the early warning prompt signal sending module sends an early warning prompt signal according to the first safety early warning information.
And the mobile intelligent terminal sends out an early warning prompt signal after receiving the first safety early warning information so as to prompt the operator to evacuate as soon as possible. The early warning prompt signal can be at least one of a display signal, an audio signal and a vibration signal, so that the aim that an operator can quickly find the early warning prompt signal is fulfilled.
According to the technical scheme, the mobile intelligent terminal sends the first position information to the safety early warning device, receives the first safety early warning information sent by the safety early warning device when the safety early warning device determines that the mobile intelligent terminal is in a dangerous area according to the first position information and the vehicle operation scheduling information, sends the early warning prompt signal according to the first safety early warning information, and can accurately, quickly and timely prompt the operator who is maintained at the position of the mobile intelligent terminal to evacuate as soon as possible so as to ensure the safety of the operator.
Example two
The embodiment is based on the above embodiment, and optimizes the mobile intelligent terminal for railway operation.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an execution process of each module in the mobile intelligent terminal according to the second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the specific implementation process includes:
Based on the above step 201, the embodiment takes a mobile phone as an example of a mobile intelligent terminal, and details an implementation manner of the mobile intelligent terminal. Those skilled in the art can directly apply the scheme provided by the embodiment to other mobile intelligent terminals, and can also apply the scheme to other mobile intelligent terminals after adaptive modification.
The mobile phone is internally provided with a satellite communication module which is used for communicating with a satellite to obtain the current geographic position. The embodiment is improved on the basis of the existing mobile phone, and the application program app can be installed in the mobile phone and performs data interaction with the safety early warning device through the application program. The implementation manner of the application program may be implemented by means commonly used in the art, and the embodiment is not described in detail nor is it limited to specific means.
The method includes the steps that accounts are registered in an app in advance, and one account corresponds to one mobile phone. And registering the account in a safety early warning device of the vehicle dispatching center.
The process of the location information sending module sending the first location information to the safety precaution device may be performed in the background.
The first safety early warning information is sent out when the safety early warning equipment determines that the position where the mobile intelligent terminal is located is a dangerous area according to the first position information and the vehicle operation scheduling information. The embodiment provides a specific implementation manner:
firstly, after receiving first position information, the safety early warning device determines a vehicle to pass through the position of a mobile phone, the current position of the vehicle and the driving speed of the vehicle according to the first position information and vehicle operation scheduling information.
Specifically, the vehicle operation scheduling information can be changed at any time according to an emergency, and the safety early warning device acquires the latest vehicle operation scheduling information and acquires the railway lines of which vehicles are about to pass through the positions of the operators carrying the mobile phones.
The safety early warning device can also acquire the current position and the vehicle running speed of the corresponding vehicle. The process can be directly obtained from the vehicle operation scheduling information, and the latest current position and the latest running speed of the vehicle can also be obtained through communication with the vehicle.
Secondly, the safety early warning device determines the driving time required by the vehicle to drive from the current position to the position of the mobile phone according to the current position of the vehicle, the first position information and the driving speed of the vehicle.
And determining the distance between the vehicle and the mobile phone according to the current position of the vehicle and the first position information, and calculating the driving time required by the vehicle to reach the position of the mobile phone from the current position by combining the driving speed of the vehicle.
And thirdly, the safety early warning equipment judges whether the running time is less than the preset time, if so, the position of the mobile phone is determined to be a dangerous area, and the vehicle is about to pass through.
The preset time may be empirically set, for example, to 10 minutes. And when the vehicle is determined to pass through the position of the mobile phone after 10 minutes, immediately sending first safety early warning information to the mobile phone to prompt the operator to evacuate as soon as possible.
The process of determining the danger zone may also be implemented in other ways than the above implementation, for example: because the operation time is scheduled by the operator through the train operation schedule in advance, no vehicle passes through the train operation schedule in the normal operation process. Therefore, when the vehicle changes the running route, the current position and the running speed of the vehicle changing the running route are directly obtained from the vehicle running scheduling information, so that whether the position of the mobile phone is a dangerous area or not is determined.
When the position of the mobile phone is determined to be the dangerous area, step 303 is executed:
and 303, the early warning prompt signal sending module sends out an early warning prompt signal according to the first safety early warning information.
The early warning prompt signal can be at least one of a display signal, an audio signal and a vibration signal, so that the aim that an operator can quickly find the early warning prompt signal is fulfilled.
Correspondingly, a signal generating device can be arranged in the mobile phone and used for sending out at least one of a display signal, an audio signal and a vibration signal. The signal generating device can be an additionally added device, and the functions can also be integrated in a processor of the mobile phone.
At least one of a display device, a vibration module and an audio module is arranged in the mobile phone. The display device can be a display screen or an indicator light, and the indicator light can be set by referring to a breathing light or an incoming call indicator light arranged on some mobile phones. The display device is used for displaying corresponding pictures according to the display signals or lightening corresponding indicator lamps according to the display signals. The vibration module is used for generating vibration according to the vibration signal. The audio module is used for making sound according to the audio signal.
The safety early warning device can only send the first safety early warning information to the mobile phone once, and can also continuously send the first safety early warning information to the mobile phone. The present embodiment adopts a continuous transmission mode.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the embodiment provides another mobile intelligent terminal:
fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile intelligent terminal according to a second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the mobile intelligent terminal provided in this embodiment includes, in addition to the position information sending module 11, the safety precaution information receiving module 12, and the precaution prompt signal sending module 13, an precaution information confirmation information sending module 14, configured to send first precaution information confirmation information to the safety precaution device after recognizing a precaution information confirmation operation instruction triggered by a user, so that the safety precaution device stops sending the first safety precaution information.
After the above step 303, step 304 is also executed:
The mobile phone can be provided with a button, or a display screen of the mobile phone is provided with a virtual key, or a microphone, so that an operator can send a signal for indicating that the first safety early warning information is received by pressing the button, the virtual key or speaking through the microphone.
After identifying the operation of the user, the mobile phone generates first early warning information confirmation information and sends the first early warning information confirmation information to the safety early warning equipment.
After receiving the first early warning information confirmation information sent by the mobile phone, the safety early warning equipment stops sending the first safety early warning information. By adopting the scheme, the safety early warning equipment can know the first safety early warning information received by the operator, and the condition that the operator does not receive the early warning prompt due to poor signal quality, communication faults, equipment faults and the like is avoided.
In addition, the mobile phone sends out an early warning prompt signal, and all the surrounding operators can know the early warning prompt signal and evacuate simultaneously. Compared with the traditional mode of informing one by one through a telephone, the scheme provided by the embodiment is quicker and simpler, and the early warning effect is better.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment is based on the above embodiment, and the railway operation mobile intelligent terminal is further optimized.
The location information sending module 11, in addition to having a function of sending the first location information, is further configured to send the second location information to the safety precaution device after sending the first precaution information confirmation information to the safety precaution device.
After the preset time that the safety early warning device sends the first safety early warning information, whether the operating personnel has safely evacuated can be examined, and therefore the second position information of the mobile phone can be obtained after the preset time.
It is understood that the operator carries the mobile phone when replacing the next maintenance site or evacuating the current maintenance site, and therefore, the position of the mobile phone can indicate the position of the operator.
The preset time is less than the vehicle travel time but greater than a minimum time required for the worker to be able to evacuate safely.
The position information transmission module 11 transmits the second position information in the same manner as the first position information. The manner in which the safety precaution device obtains the second location information may be the same as the manner in which the first location information is obtained.
After the second position information is obtained, the safety early warning equipment determines whether the position of the mobile phone is still in the dangerous area or not according to the second position information. The specific implementation mode can be as follows: the safety early warning equipment judges whether the second position information is the same as the first position information or whether the difference between the geographical positions corresponding to the second position information and the geographical positions corresponding to the first position information are smaller than a preset distance, and if any judgment result is yes, the position where the mobile phone is located is still in the dangerous area.
Or, the embodiment further provides an implementation manner: the safety early warning device determines a dangerous area in the process of executing the previous step, the safety early warning device can determine the distance between the position of the mobile phone and the dangerous area according to the second position information, and judge whether the distance is smaller than a preset distance, if so, the position of the mobile phone is still in the dangerous area.
And when the mobile phone is judged to be still in the dangerous area, sending second safety early warning information to the mobile phone.
The safety precaution information receiving module 12 is further configured to receive second safety precaution information sent by the safety precaution device.
The early warning prompt signal sending module 13 is further configured to send an early warning prompt signal according to the second safety early warning information.
And the safety early warning equipment sends second safety early warning information to the mobile phone, wherein the content and the sending mode of the second safety early warning information are the same as those of the first safety early warning information. The mobile phone sends out the early warning prompt signal again according to the second safety early warning information so as to prompt the operator to evacuate as soon as possible.
Or the content and the sending mode of the second safety early warning information are different from those of the first safety early warning information, and the mobile phone sends out another early warning prompt signal according to the second safety early warning information. Another warning cue signal may be an audio signal that causes the indicator light to flash more frequently, at a louder volume, and/or a vibration signal that causes or vibrates more intensely than the first warning cue signal.
Of course, after receiving the second safety precaution information, the operation of the precaution information confirmation information sending module 14 may be triggered again to confirm that the worker receives the second safety precaution information.
And then, the mobile phone can repeatedly execute the step of sending the current position information to the safety early warning information, and the safety early warning equipment repeatedly executes the step of confirming whether the operator leaves the dangerous area according to the position information and continuously sending the safety early warning information when the operator does not leave the dangerous area until the operator is confirmed to leave the dangerous area.
The scheme provided by the embodiment is adopted to send out the early warning prompt through the mobile phone so as to prompt all the operators in the field to evacuate as soon as possible, and the early warning mode is quick and timely and cannot be omitted.
According to the scheme, whether the operating personnel are evacuated is judged by obtaining the second position information, and the early warning prompt is sent out again under the condition that the operating personnel are not evacuated yet, so that the operating personnel are urged to evacuate as soon as possible.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile intelligent terminal provided in the third embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment provides another implementation manner of a mobile intelligent terminal, which includes, in addition to the above-mentioned safety precaution information receiving module 12, precaution prompt signal sending module 13, and precaution information confirmation information sending module 14, the implementation manner further includes: and an alarm information sending module 15.
The alarm information sending module 15 is configured to send alarm information to the safety precaution device after identifying an alarm operation instruction triggered by a user, so that the safety precaution device generates an alarm prompt signal according to the alarm information.
The mobile phone provided by the embodiment also has a one-key alarm function. Specifically, an alarm button is arranged on the mobile phone, and when a dangerous accident or injury occurs to an operator in the field, the alarm button is triggered. The alarm button can be triggered by pressing the alarm button for a long time or pressing the alarm button for multiple times in a short time. Or the operator triggers a virtual key on the display screen or speaks to a microphone of the mobile phone, and the like, so as to trigger the alarm function. After the alarm information sending module 15 in the mobile phone recognizes that the alarm button is triggered, alarm information is generated and sent to the safety early warning device.
After receiving the alarm information, the safety early warning equipment generates an alarm prompt signal to prompt personnel in the vehicle dispatching center to take proper operation to rescue the operating personnel.
In summary, the embodiment provides a railway operation safety early warning method, which is executed by a mobile intelligent terminal. The safety early warning method provided by the embodiment can be realized through a computer program, for example, application software and the like; alternatively, the method may also be implemented as a medium storing a related computer program, for example, a usb disk, a cloud disk, or the like; still alternatively, the method may be implemented by a physical device, such as a chip, a removable smart device, etc., into which the associated computer program is integrated or installed.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a safety precaution method provided in the third embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the safety precaution method provided by this embodiment includes:
The first safety early warning information is sent by the safety early warning equipment when the mobile intelligent terminal is determined to be in a dangerous area according to the first position information and the vehicle operation scheduling information.
And 603, the early warning prompt signal sending module sends an early warning prompt signal according to the first safety early warning information.
The second safety early warning information is sent by the safety early warning equipment when the safety early warning equipment recognizes that the second position information is still in the dangerous area according to the second position information.
And step 607, the early warning prompt signal sending module sends out an early warning prompt signal according to the second safety early warning information.
And 608, after the alarm operation instruction triggered by the user is identified, the alarm information sending module sends alarm information to the safety early warning device, so that the safety early warning device generates an alarm prompt signal according to the alarm information.
The execution of step 608 may be performed at any time and is not limited by the above steps. The operation personnel can send alarm information through the mobile phone when danger happens at any time.
