Abstract
The invention discloses a kraft paper and black card flat screen printing process suitable for high-temperature printing, which is characterized in that kraft paper or black cards to be printed are placed at a paper feeding mechanism for feeding paper; mounting a screen on a screen frame; mixing and stirring common gloss oil and anti-seepage oil, wherein the mass ratio of the common gloss oil to the UV thick oil is 6.5:3.5, and placing the ink on a screen plate for later use after uniformly mixing; the ink knife scrapes the ink on the screen plate evenly while the screen plate moves backwards, the scraper scrapes the ink on the screen plate forwards while the screen plate moves forwards along with the advance of the paper, and the ink can fall onto the paper through the ink leakage area; and conveying the scraped paper to a UV drying device through a transmission belt for drying and curing. The invention mixes the anti-penetration oil and the gloss oil, ensures that the kraft paper is dried quickly, ensures that the kraft paper does not eat oil, saves raw materials, ensures the brightness of the black card and the gloss oil on the kraft paper, and has simple whole process and convenient operation.

Background
UV printing is a printing process that dries, cures ink by UV light, requiring that the ink containing the photosensitizer be fitted to a UV curing lamp. The invention aims to provide kraft paper suitable for high-temperature printing and a black card flat screen printing process, wherein the anti-permeation oil and the gloss oil are mixed, so that the kraft paper is dried quickly, the kraft paper is prevented from being oiled, raw materials are saved, the brightness of the black card and the gloss oil on the kraft paper is ensured, and the whole process is simple and convenient to operate.
In order to realize the aim, the invention provides a kraft paper and black card flat screen printing process suitable for high-temperature printing, which comprises the following steps:
(1) feeding paper: putting kraft paper or black cards to be printed at a paper feeding mechanism of a flat screen printing machine for feeding paper, adjusting the clamping width of the paper according to the size of the paper, and setting the paper feeding speed;
(2) installing a wire mesh plate: firstly, a silk screen is arranged on a silk screen frame, then glue is uniformly coated on the whole silk screen, an ink leakage area is manufactured at a proper position of the silk screen, and finally the manufactured silk screen plate is arranged on a flat screen printing machine;
(3) preparing ink: mixing and stirring common gloss oil and UV thick oil to obtain ink, wherein the mass ratio of the common gloss oil to the UV thick oil is 6.5:3.5, and placing the ink on a screen plate for later use after uniformly mixing;
(4) ink scraping: after the flat screen printer is started, the scraper is lifted, the ink knife falls down, the ink knife scrapes and scrapes ink on the screen plate evenly when the screen plate moves backwards, the ink knife is lifted and the scraper falls down along with the advance of the paper, the scraper scrapes the ink on the screen plate forwards when the screen plate moves forwards, and at the moment, the ink falls down onto the paper through the ink leakage area;
(5) drying: and conveying the paper subjected to ink scraping to a UV drying device through a transmission belt for drying and curing, and manually collecting the paper after drying and curing.
Preferably, the thickness of the paper in the step (1) is in the range of 120 g-400 g, and the paper feeding speed is 2600 sheets/hour.
Preferably, when the ink leakage area is manufactured in the step (2), firstly, the required film is stuck on the silk screen, then the silk screen with the film is placed on a plate drying machine for exposure, the exposure time is 300 seconds to 400 seconds, the film is taken down again, and the area where the film is taken down is wiped by alcohol, so that the ink leakage area is obtained.
Preferably, when the screen plate is manufactured in the step (2), the screen at the joint of the screen and the screen frame needs to be adhered and fixed by using an adhesive tape.
Preferably, the stirring time of the common gloss oil and the UV thick oil in the step (3) is 5 minutes.

The embodiment of the invention provides a kraft paper and black card flat screen printing process suitable for high-temperature printing, which comprises the following steps of:
(1) feeding paper: the kraft paper or the black card to be printed is placed at a paper feeding mechanism of the flat screen printing machine for paper feeding, the clamping width of the paper is adjusted according to the size of the paper, the paper feeding speed is set, the thickness range of the paper is 120-400 g, and the paper feeding speed is 2600 sheets/hour.
(2) Installing a wire mesh plate: firstly, a silk screen is arranged on a silk screen frame, then glue is uniformly coated on the whole silk screen, an ink leakage area is manufactured at a proper position of the silk screen, and finally the manufactured silk screen plate is arranged on a flat screen printing machine; when the printing ink leakage area is manufactured, firstly, a needed film is stuck on a screen, then the screen with the film is placed on a plate drying machine for exposure, the exposure time is 300-400 seconds, the film is taken down again, the area where the film is taken down is wiped by alcohol, the printing ink leakage area is obtained, and in addition, when the screen plate is manufactured, the screen at the connection position of the screen and the screen frame is stuck and fixed by using an adhesive tape.
(3) Preparing ink: mixing and stirring the common gloss oil and the UV thick oil to obtain the ink, wherein the stirring time is 5 minutes, the mass ratio of the common gloss oil to the UV thick oil is 6.5:3.5, and placing the ink on a screen plate for later use after uniform mixing.

(5) Drying: conveying the paper after ink scraping to a UV drying device through a transmission belt for drying and curing, and manually collecting paper after drying and curing, wherein the transmission belt is a variable speed transmission belt; the number of the used UV lamp tubes is two, the two UV lamp tubes are both 6.5 kilowatts, and the curing temperature is 60-80 ℃.
Therefore, the kraft paper and the black card flat screen printing process suitable for high-temperature printing are adopted, the anti-permeation oil and the gloss oil are mixed, the kraft paper is dried quickly, the kraft paper is prevented from being oiled, raw materials are saved, the brightness of the black card and the gloss oil on the kraft paper is guaranteed, and the whole process is simple and convenient to operate.
