step four, starting a washing mode, namely alternately operating the centrifuge in the positive and negative directions at the rotating speed of 100 +/-10 r/min;
step five, after soaking and washing for 10-12 minutes, fully soaking and extracting the materials, and stopping the machine; opening a liquid outlet to empty all liquid;
step six, entering a liquid-removing spin-drying mode, wherein the highest rotating speed of the centrifugal machine is 1800 plus 2000r/min, firstly, the centrifugal machine is accelerated to 20 percent of the highest rotating speed, and the operation is carried out for 60 seconds; accelerating to 35% of the maximum rotation speed again, and running for 60 seconds; accelerating to 60% of the maximum rotation speed again, and running for 60 seconds; and finally accelerating to 100%, running for 60 seconds, stopping the machine after the materials are dehydrated, and taking out the filter bag.
The method has the beneficial effects that: the method has the advantages of safe operation, rapid and efficient extraction, great saving of extraction operation time and sufficient extraction of effective components of materials.
