A preliminary cleaning device of dust in flue gas for waste incineration comprises a support (1), and an exhaust flue (2) and a smoke inlet pipe (4) which are fixed on the support, and is characterized in that a connecting pipe (6) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the smoke inlet pipe (4), a detachable collecting box (5) is installed at the bottom of the smoke inlet pipe (4), the exhaust flue (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the smoke inlet pipe (4), a channel is arranged between the exhaust flue (2) and the smoke inlet pipe (4), a filter frame (3) is installed inside the channel, sliding grooves are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the exhaust flue (2), a slidable baffle (13) is installed inside each sliding groove, a pull rod (12) is arranged on the side wall of each baffle (13), a water tank (7) fixed on the support (1) is arranged on one side of the exhaust flue (2), a water pump (8) fixed on the support (1) is arranged on the other side of the smoke exhaust pipeline (2), an inclined spray head (9) is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the support (1), the spray head (9) faces the part of the filter frame (3) protruding from the support (1), the water pump (8) is connected with the spray head (9) through a pipeline, the water pump (8) is connected with the water tank (7) through another pipeline, an inclined bucket (10) is mounted at the bottom of the part of the filter frame (3) protruding from the support (1), the bottom of the inclined bucket (10) is connected with a bottom box (11) positioned below the smoke inlet pipeline (4), and the bottom box (11) is fixed at the bottom of the support (1);
one end of the filter frame (3) is connected with a main shaft (15) in a penetrating manner, the other end of the filter frame (3) is connected with an auxiliary shaft (16) in a penetrating manner, a circle of screen (19) is sleeved between the main shaft (15) and the auxiliary shaft (16), one end of the filter frame (3) provided with the main shaft (15) protrudes from the support (1), a driving motor (14) connected with the main shaft (15) is installed on one end side wall of the filter frame (3) provided with the main shaft (15), one end of the filter frame (3) provided with the auxiliary shaft (16) is connected with a rotating shaft (17) parallel to the auxiliary shaft (16) in a penetrating manner, and a brush (18) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (17).

the method comprises the following steps: connecting the connecting pipe (6) with a flue gas discharge pipeline after waste incineration, connecting the top of the smoke discharge pipeline (2) with an air inlet pipeline of flue gas subsequent treatment equipment, then selecting a small-aperture section or a large-aperture section of the screen (19) according to the concentration of the flue gas and the type of the incinerated waste, starting the driving motor (14), driving the main shaft (15) to rotate by using the driving motor (14), driving the screen (19) to rotate by matching the main shaft (15) with the auxiliary shaft (16) in the rotating process, so that the small-aperture section or the large-aperture section of the screen (19) is rotated into the channel, closing the driving motor (14) after the completion, pulling the baffle (13) to descend by using the pull rod (12), inserting the baffle (13) into the slot (20), enabling the flue gas to enter the smoke inlet pipeline (4) from the connecting pipe (6) and ascend, and completing the preliminary cleaning of dust in the flue gas after being filtered by the screen (19), finally, the flue gas is discharged from the smoke discharge pipeline (2);
step two: after the screen (19) is used for a long time and needs to be switched to the next section to enter the channel, the baffle (13) is pulled out of the slot (20) by the pull rod (12), the driving motor (14) is started to drive the screen (19) to rotate, the screen (19) is switched to the next section to enter the channel, the brush (18) directly cleans the screen (19) along with the rotation of the screen (19) in the rotating process of the screen (19), the cleaned dust can directly fall into the collecting box (5) from the smoke inlet pipeline (4), and a worker can clean the collecting box (5) periodically;
step three: when the screen (19) needs to be flushed, the screen (19) can pump water in the water tank (7) to the spray head (9) by using the water pump (8) in the rotating process, the screen (19) is driven to rotate forwards and backwards by using the driving motor (14), the screen (19) is flushed by the spray head (9), and the flushed water falls into the bottom box (11) along the inclined hopper (10).
