Abstract

The invention discloses an inhalation aerosol dispenser, comprising a driver housing and a drive component arranged in the housing, wherein the drive component is detachably arranged in the housing. The shell of the medicine feeder can be detached from the driving part, and the driving part is convenient to replace.

Description

Inhalation aerosol administration device
Technical Field
The invention relates to an inhalation aerosol dispenser, in particular to a dispenser with a detachable shell and a driving part.
Background
The research and development of medicinal aerosol, especially inhalation aerosol, have been paid much attention to in China and abroad for nearly two thirty years. The medicinal aerosol can be used for treating asthma, skin diseases, coronary heart disease, trauma, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory diseases, nasal diseases, gynecological diseases and the like, and is an indispensable preparation form in medicinal preparations.
At present, a plurality of pharmaceutical factories produce the formulation in China, and particularly, in recent years, a plurality of Chinese capital and foreign capital pharmaceutical companies launch products for inhaling the aerosol, so that the aerosol is increasingly widely applied clinically in China.
As inhalation aerosols are increasingly used, the position of aerosol inhalation dispensers is becoming increasingly important. The traditional aerosol inhalation administration device is formed by injection molding in one step and mainly comprises a driver shell, a driving part and a nozzle part connected with a mouth part. In use, a patient places their mouth around the spout and presses on the bottom of the aerosol container, causing the container to move relative to the drive means, thereby ejecting a dose of medicament through the aperture of the drive means. However, each inhaled aerosol medicament has specific physical characteristics and spray patterns, so that the conventional aerosol inhalation administration device can only specifically correspond to one inhaled aerosol medicament. The one-to-one relationship brings great inconvenience to the research and development of the prescription of the medicine and the replacement of the medicine for the patient, and also brings great interference to the research and development personnel in acquiring test data in the prior period.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an inhalation aerosol dispenser, wherein a shell of the dispenser and a driving part can be detached, and when the shell or the driving part is damaged, only the shell or the driving part needs to be detached, and the damaged part can be replaced, so that the whole dispenser does not need to be replaced, and the use cost is reduced.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an inhalation aerosol dispenser comprising a housing and a drive member disposed within the housing, wherein the drive member is removably disposed within the housing.
Preferably, a fixing groove into which a lower end of the driving member is inserted is provided at the bottom of the housing.
Preferably, the fixing groove is closely fitted with the lower end of the driving member.
Preferably, one or more locking grooves are formed around the fixing groove, and one or more protrusions engaged with the one or more locking grooves are formed at the lower end of the driving part.
Preferably, the clamping groove and the protrusion are in tight fit.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the shell and the driving part of the administration device can be detached, 1) when different inhalation aerosol medicines face to each other, only the corresponding driving part needs to be replaced, and the whole administration device does not need to be replaced, so that the use cost is reduced; 2) when the driving part cannot be used due to damage and other reasons, only the driving part needs to be replaced without replacing the whole body, so that the use cost can be reduced, and the environmental pollution caused by the abandonment of the whole shell is reduced; 3) in the research and development process of a drug development enterprise, a large amount of test data can be acquired more quickly and conveniently by replacing the driving part, and the research and development cost is reduced while the research and development period is shortened.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.
An inhalation aerosol dispenser as shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a housing 1 and a drive member 2 disposed within the housing 1, wherein the aerosol can be dispensed by operating the drive member 2, and the specific operation principle of the drive member 2 is known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
A fixing groove 11 into which the lower end of the driving unit 2 is inserted is formed at the bottom of the housing 1, the driving unit 2 can be fixed by inserting the bottom of the driving unit 2 into the fixing groove 11, and the diameter of the fixing groove 11 is identical to the diameter of the lower end of the driving unit 2 to prevent the driving unit 2 from shaking. Preferably, the driving member 2 is tightly fitted with the fixing groove 11.
In order to further secure the driving unit 2, a plurality of locking grooves 12 are formed around the fixing groove 11, and a protrusion 21 engaged with the locking grooves is formed at a lower end of the driving unit 2. Preferably, the protrusion 21 is an interference fit with the slot 12. Of course, in the case where the protrusion 21 is interference-fitted with the catching groove 12, the lower end of the driving part 2 and the fixing groove 11 may not take a form of tight fitting.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
