Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating hemorrhoids and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Hemorrhoid is commonly known as hemorrhoid, and is a soft lump formed by varicose veins under the mucosa of the lower end of the rectum and under the anal canal, and is divided into internal hemorrhoid, external hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid according to the different diseased parts. Hemorrhoids are common and frequently encountered diseases of anorectal diseases and can occur at any age, but the incidence rate is gradually increased with the age.
The clinical manifestations of hemorrhoids are hematochezia, which is characterized by painlessness, intermittence, fresh blood after defecation, blood dripping or bleeding on toilet paper during defecation, constipation, and aggravation after drinking or eating irritating food. Simple internal hemorrhoid has no pain, only has the feeling of falling and swelling, can bleed, develops to prolapse, and has pain when combined with thrombosis, incarceration and infection. External hemorrhoids usually have no special symptoms, and can cause swelling and pain when thrombosis and inflammation occur.
The traditional methods for treating hemorrhoids have the defects of quick relapse, slow effect, high cost, large side effect, body injury, sequelae and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine therapy of daubing red dry hemorrhoids and dry hemorrhoid nails is rarely adopted clinically at present due to the large toxic and side effect reaction, great pain of patients and long treatment course.
Therefore, a new traditional Chinese medicine for treating hemorrhoids and a preparation method thereof are urgently needed to solve the defects of the prior art.

And (3) clinical observation:
the inventor carries out clinical observation treatment on 45 hemorrhoid patients in 2014 to date, wherein 25 patients are male, 20 patients are female, and the patients are 25-65 years old.
1. Method of treatment
1 dose of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the haemorrhoids prepared in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 or the embodiment 3 is taken, decocted, 2-3 times a day, 1 dose in 1 day, 1 course in 8 days, 1-5 courses of medicine taking and spicy food avoidance during the medicine taking period.
2. Diagnostic criteria
(1) Diagnosis of internal hemorrhoids:
in the first period: the symptom is not caused, blood is only brought when the patient is defecated, and mucous membrane is visible above the dentate line of anoscope examination to form nodular bulges.
And a second stage: the defecation is intermittent with blood, dripping blood or shooting blood, the internal hemorrhoid is prolapsed when in defecation, and the internal hemorrhoid is taken back after defecation.
And a third stage: the internal hemorrhoids are prolapsed and unable to be accommodated during defecation.
(2) Diagnosis of external hemorrhoids
Inflammatory external hemorrhoids: after the perianal skin is damaged or infected, the folds are protruded, and the inflammatory manifestations of red, swelling, heat and pain appear.
Thrombotic external hemorrhoids: thrombosis, subcutaneous swelling and pain in the anal venous plexus.
Connective tissue external hemorrhoids: the chronic inflammation causes the fibrosis of the perianal skin and the proliferation of connective tissue to form skin neoplasms, which are also called skin external hemorrhoids.
Varicose external hemorrhoids: when the patient squats or attracts, the anus is swollen under the skin, and a varicose vein is visible, which cannot be immediately dissipated.
(3) Diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids
The rectal (internal hemorrhoid vein plexus) and anal (external hemorrhoid vein plexus) vein plexus in the same direction from the upper part to the lower part of the dentate line are expanded, bent and mutually inosculated, and the sphincter intertrochanteric sulcus disappears, so that the upper part and the lower part form a whole.
Patients older than 18 years of age who meet the above diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria: pregnant and lactating women; patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases.
3. Standard of care
(1) And (3) healing: the mucosa is recovered to be normal after the treatment by anoscope examination, and bleeding and prolapse disappear;
(2) the method has the following advantages: after treatment, the mucosa is in a mild hyperemia state under the examination of an anoscope, bleeding disappears, and prolapse is obviously improved;
(3) and (4) invalidation: the clinical results are not obviously improved in the post-treatment anoscopy, bleeding and prolapse
38 cases (84.44%) are cured clinically, 4 cases (8.89%) are effective, 3 cases (6.67%) are ineffective, and the total effective rate is 93.33%.
4. Typical cases
Case 1: in certain adults, male has age 35, external hemorrhoids are attacked, thrombus and inflammation occur, swelling and pain are caused, and restlessness is caused. 1 dose of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the haemorrhoids prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is decocted for 2-3 times per day, 1 dose is taken in 1 day, and 8 days are 1 course of treatment. After 1 treatment course, pain symptoms disappeared. The administration is continued for 1 treatment course. The disease does not relapse after 1 year of follow-up visit.
Case 2: jiangji, women, 43 years old, rectocele and hemorrhage. 1 dose of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the haemorrhoids prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention is taken and decocted for 2-3 times per day, 1 dose is taken in 1 day, and 8 days are 1 course of treatment. After 2 treatment courses, the rectocele rises again, the haemorrhoids become small, and bleeding occasionally occurs after defecation. The patient continues to take the medicine for 2 courses of treatment, the symptoms disappear, and the stool is normal. The disease does not relapse after 1 year of follow-up visit.
Case 3: heng for a man, age 58, suffering from hemorrhoids repeats for years, and the pain is hard to endure. 1 dose of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the haemorrhoids prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention is taken and decocted for 2-3 times per day, 1 dose is taken in 1 day, and 1 course is 8 days. After 3 treatment courses, the symptoms disappeared and the stools were normal. The disease does not relapse after 1 year of follow-up visit.
