The optical sensor 26 detects the opener 2 positioned on the lowermost end side of the opener chute 23, and transmits a signal for confirming the individual discharge operation of the opener 2 to the control unit. The opener receiving portion 46 of the opener bracket 24 is located at the lower end portion of the opener slide groove 23, and the opener 2 dropped from the opener slide groove 23 is received in the opening portion of the pocket 46a of the opener receiving portion 46. At this time, the air cylinder 48 is operated in advance, the piston rod 48a is protruded, the lower end portion of the opener strut 49 is pressed and swung, and the pressing piece 49a is retracted from the bag-like object 46 a.
Then, the air cylinder 48 is operated, the piston rod 48a is retracted, and the pressing piece 49a of the opener strut 49 is inserted into the pouch 46a by an unillustrated biasing member. Thereby, the plunger 4 of the opening piece 2 located in the pocket 46a is positioned and held by the pressing piece 49 a. As shown in fig. 5(a) and 5(b), each of the openers 2 accommodated in the bag-like object 46a is accommodated with the open end 4a of the plunger 4 facing the opener slide groove 23 side and the open end 6a of the holder 6 facing away from the opener slide groove 23. The direction of the plunger 4 and the holder 6 of the opener 2 is the mountable direction as shown in fig. 4, and when the feeder is fed into the opener slide groove 23, the direction of each of the open end 4a and the open end 6a is adjusted by the feeder 22 and then inserted into the opener slide groove 23.
Then, the air cylinder 34 of the transport device 30 is operated, and as shown in fig. 5(a), 5(b) to 8, the opener bracket 24 moves together with the linear slider 39 along the slide guide 36 in the longitudinal direction of the slide guide 36. Thereby, the opener bracket 24 held by the holding portion 38 is moved in the horizontal direction along the slide guide 36.
At this time, during the movement of the opener bracket 24 along the slide guide 36, the motor 40 of the turning device 32 is operated to turn the opener bracket 24 by 90 °. The turning direction is selected according to the mounting position of the opener 2 of the fastener to be manufactured, and when the insert pin 4 of the opener 2 is mounted to the fastener stringer 12R, the opener support 24 is turned clockwise by 90 ° in fig. 6, 7, and the like and conveyed. When the insert pin 4 is attached to the fastener stringer 12L, the opener holder 24 is rotated counterclockwise by 90 ° in the above-described drawing and conveyed.
When the housing 6 of the opener 2 is attached to the fastener stringer 12L or the fastener stringer 12R from the feeder 22, the opener holder 24 is similarly conveyed by the motor 40 while being turned by 90 ° in the same direction as the insert pins 4. In the present embodiment, the open end 4a of the plunger 4 is supplied downward in the opener slide groove 23, and the holder open end 6a of the holder 6 is supplied upward in the opener slide groove 23, and therefore, the rotation direction is set as described above. In addition, the rotation direction changes depending on which direction the opening member 2 discharged from the feeder 22 is fed to the chute 23. As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the opener bracket 24 that moves along the slide guide 36 is positioned in a state of being positioned at a predetermined moving end and being rotated by 90 ° about an axis that is perpendicular to the direction of the opener bracket 24 shown in fig. 1 and 2. In this state, the opener 2 is on standby in a direction in which it can be attached to a predetermined fastener stringer 12L or fastener stringer 12R.
Then, the cylinder 57 is operated, the piston rod 58 is protruded, and the holding piece 60a of the jig 60 is positioned above the pocket 46a of the opener receiving portion 46. When the opener bracket 24 is positioned below the clamp 60, the cylinder 64 is operated and the clamp 60 is lowered. Then, the grip piece 60a is opened as it is lowered, and the opener receiving portion 46 is pushed down along the guide column 46c against the upward urging force. When the opener receiving portion 46 is pressed, the opener 2 is exposed from the pouch 46a and can be gripped by the grip piece 60 a. Then, the grip piece 60a is closed to grip the opener 2, and the air cylinder 64 temporarily raises the opener 2. At this time, the air cylinder 76 operates to retract the pressing piece 49a of the opener strut 49. Then, as shown in fig. 12, the jig 60 is raised, the air cylinder 57 is operated, and the opener 2 is positioned above the pivot mounting portion 70 provided in the mounting device 50. Then, the jig 60 is lowered, and the opener 2 is inserted into the receiving portion 72 of the rotation mounting portion 70. At this time, as shown in fig. 12, the opener bracket 24 returns to the position opposed to the opener chute 23 for the next feeding.
The rotating attachment portion 70 to which the opener 2 is attached is positioned such that the receiving portion 72 is located vertically below the fastener tape 13 by a moving device, not shown. Then, the rotation mounting portion 70 is rotated 90 ° counterclockwise in the drawing from the state shown in fig. 13 as shown in fig. 14, and the opener 2 is mounted to the predetermined space portion 16 of the predetermined fastener stringer 12L or fastener stringer 12R through the cut portion 18. Further, the opening member 2 is fastened to the space portion 16 of the fastener stringer 12L and the fastener stringer 12R by a fastening device not shown. In the step of attaching the housing 6, the same devices as described above are also provided, and the housing 6 is rotated by 90 ° to be supplied in the same manner as the opener supplying device 20, and is attached corresponding to either the fastener stringer 12L or the fastener stringer 12R. The fastener supply device 20 and the fastener supply method according to the present embodiment can be applied to the fastener stringers 12L and 12R of two types of slide fasteners having a symmetrical structure and the like with a simple configuration, and can efficiently attach any type of fastener 2. This makes it possible to reduce the installation space of the apparatus necessary for manufacturing, and to manufacture a slide fastener with an opener 2 mounted at an opposite position by the same apparatus, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing cost. Further, the time for switching the mounting position of the opener 2 can be shortened, and the manufacturing efficiency can be improved. Further, the length of the opener slide groove 23 can be shortened, the opener 2 can be prevented from being clogged, and the operation rate of the apparatus can be improved.
The opener supplying method and opener supplying apparatus according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the rotation angle of the opener holder 24 may be a rotation angle different between positive and negative, other than positive and negative 90 °, or may be 1 rotation direction, and may be rotated at an angle of 180 ° or the like and conveyed when attached to a fastener stringer, for example. For example, in the present embodiment, the insert pin 4 is conveyed with the fastener tape side up when passing through the opener slide groove 23, whereas the holder 6 is conveyed with the fastener tape side down when passing through the opener slide groove 23, and therefore the rotating direction of the opener holder 24 is the same direction. The supply source of the opener 2 may be a member other than the feeder 22, and the opener chute 23 may be provided in an appropriate state.

Claims (8)

1. An opener supply method having a conveying device (30), the conveying device (30) holding openers (2) discharged from a supply source (22) that supplies openers (2) one by one in an opener holder (24), and supplying the openers (2) to a mounting device (50), the mounting device (50) mounting the openers (2) to fastener tapes (13), the opener supply method characterized by:
the conveying device (30) is configured to be capable of rotating the opener (2) while holding the opener (2), and while the opener (2) is conveyed to the mounting device (50) by the conveying device (30), the direction of the opener (2) is rotated in a predetermined direction and supplied to the mounting device (50), and the opener (2) supplied in the predetermined direction is mounted to one of a pair of fastener stringers (12L, 12R) of a fastener tape (13) by the mounting device (50).
2. The opening member supply method according to claim 1, wherein:
the openers (2) are set at positive and negative intermediate positions in the direction of rotation by the conveying device (30) in a state of being conveyed to the openers holder (24), and the direction of the openers (2) is rotated in a predetermined direction by a rotating device (32) provided in the conveying device (30) until the openers are conveyed to the mounting device (50).
3. The opening member supply method according to claim 2, wherein:
the opening member (2) is rotated by 90 DEG in either positive or negative direction from the intermediate position by the rotating means (32) and sent to the mounting means (50).
4. An opening member supply device comprising: a supply source (22) for supplying the opening member (2); an opener holder (24) that holds the openers (2) that have been discharged from the supply source (22) one by one; a carrying device (30) for moving the opener rack (24); and a mounting device (50) that mounts the opener (2) conveyed by the conveying device (30) to a fastener tape (13), the opener supply device being characterized in that:
the conveying device (30) is configured to be capable of holding and rotating the opening member (2), and comprises a rotating device (32), wherein the rotating device (32) rotates the direction of the opening member (2) towards a specified direction in the period of conveying the opening member (2) to the mounting device (50) by the conveying device (30),
the attachment device (50) is provided so that the opener (2) set in a predetermined direction by the rotating device (32) can be attached to one of a pair of fastener stringers (12L, 12R) of the fastener tape (13).
5. The opening-member supplying device according to claim 4, wherein:
an opener chute (23) for feeding the opener (2) from the supply source (22) to the opener holder (24) is provided between the supply source (22) and the opener holder (24), and a stopper member (27) for feeding the openers (2) one by one to the opener holder (24) is provided at an end portion of the opener chute (23) on the opener holder (24) side.
6. The opening member supply device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein:
the conveying device (30) is provided with: a driving member (34) for moving the rotating device (32) to the mounting device (50), and a sliding guide (36) for supporting the opener bracket (24) and guiding the opener bracket (24) in the conveying direction.
7. The opening-member supplying device according to claim 4 or 6, wherein:
the rotating device (32) comprises: a holding part (38) for holding the opener rack (24), and a rotation driving part (40) for rotating the holding part (38), wherein the holding part (38) can be arranged on the sliding guide (36) of the conveying device (30) in a sliding way.
8. The opening-supplying device according to claim 7, wherein:
the rotation driving part of the turning device (32) is a motor (40), and the motor (40) is fixed to the holding part (38) to turn the opener bracket (24).
