With the increasing demand for the performance of electro-acoustic products, various electro-acoustic products are on the trend of rapid development. At present, the structural design of the sound generating device becomes a research focus for those skilled in the art.
The existing sound generating devices, such as speakers, require that the speaker assembly and the sound box be hermetically combined together during the assembly process of the structure of the existing sound generating devices. In order to achieve the sealing connection between the speaker assembly and the sound box, a sealing washer is usually required to be disposed between the speaker assembly and the sound box, and then the speaker assembly and the sound box are locked by screws. However, problems have been found in the locking of the horn assembly to the cabinet: after the loudspeaker assembly is locked by the screws, the basin frame in the loudspeaker assembly is prone to slight upward deformation, and the deformation of the basin frame can cause deformation of the rubber edge, so that the performance of the loudspeaker assembly is unstable. The reason for this problem is that: when adopting screw locking loudspeaker subassembly and audio amplifier, the screw can produce certain extrusion force towards the direction of audio amplifier, and this extrusion force can make seal ring between loudspeaker subassembly and the audio amplifier produce and warp, and seal ring in case produce the back that warp, the deformation volume that corresponds does not have the space that can the holding, and the produced deformation volume of seal ring at this moment will pile up to the weakest position of sound basin in the loudspeaker subassembly, finally can lead to the basin frame to produce and warp.

According to the sound production device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the annular groove with a certain accommodating space is arranged on the sound box, and when the loudspeaker assembly is tightly pressed on the sound box by adopting the fastening piece, the annular groove can be used for accommodating the deformation volume generated by the gasket between the loudspeaker assembly and the sound box, so that the sound basin in the loudspeaker assembly can be effectively prevented from deforming to further influence the performance of the whole sound production device.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
The embodiment of the invention provides a sound generating device which can be a loudspeaker. The sound production device has the characteristics of good acoustic performance, good reliability, convenience in manufacturing and the like, is very suitable for being applied to electronic products such as audio playing equipment and the like, has a good application prospect, and is very suitable for popularization and use.
The sound production device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be structurally shown in fig. 1, and comprises a loudspeaker component 1 and a sound box 3, wherein the loudspeaker component 1 is installed on the sound box 3. Wherein, a mounting hole 3011 for mounting the speaker assembly 1 is provided on the sound box 3, and a sealing surface is formed on the sound box 3 around the outer surface of the mounting hole 3011. An annular groove 3012 formed by the recess in the sealing surface is formed in the sealing surface around the mounting hole 3011. The horn assembly 1 is disposed inside the mounting hole 3011. The edge of the horn component 1 is connected with the sealing surface through a fastening piece 4, and a gasket 2 is arranged between the horn component 1 and the sealing surface to achieve a good sealing effect. The sound production device provided by the embodiment of the invention improves the structure of the sound box 3. The reason why the annular groove 3012 is designed on the sound box 3 in the present invention is that: when adopting fastener 4 to compress tightly loudspeaker subassembly 1 and realize sealing connection on audio amplifier 3, fastener 4 can produce decurrent effort, and meanwhile, gasket 2 between loudspeaker subassembly 1 and the audio amplifier 3 can produce the deformation towards audio amplifier 3 direction, and this part deformation volume that gasket 2 can be acceptd just to ring channel 3012 this moment to can prevent effectively that the sound basin in loudspeaker subassembly 1 from producing and warping and then influencing whole sound generating mechanism's performance. Compared with the prior art, the annular groove 3012 designed in the invention can absorb the deformation volume of the gasket 2, and the problems in the prior art are solved.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the number of the fastening members 4 may be flexibly set according to actual needs, for example, four fastening members may be set, which is not limited in this respect. The fastening member 4 may be, for example, a screw, a bolt, a screw, a rivet, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the fastening member according to the needs, without limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, in the sound generating apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the mounting hole 3011 forms a step structure, and the horn assembly 1 is embedded in the mounting hole 3011. At this time, the side portion of the speaker assembly 1 may form a good fitting relationship with the inner wall of the mounting hole 3011, which is beneficial to stably fix the speaker assembly 1 inside the mounting hole 3011.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of radial slots 3013 are disposed on at least one side of the annular slot 3012 toward the outside, and the radial slots 3013 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the annular slot 3012. When the gasket 2 between the loudspeaker assembly 1 and the sound box 3 is pressed to deform, the deformation can be in multiple directions, and a plurality of radial grooves 3013 are arranged at the edge of the annular groove 3012 and can be used for accommodating the deformation volume of the gasket 2 in multiple directions. That is, the annular slot 3012 and the radial slot 3013 are designed to accommodate the deformation volume generated by the gasket 2 in all directions and at multiple angles.
In an alternative example of the present invention, a plurality of radial slots 3013 are disposed on any side of the annular slot 3012 towards the outside, and the radial slots 3013 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the annular slot 3012.
In another alternative example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of radial slots 3013 are respectively disposed on two side edges of the annular slot 3012, and the radial slots 3013 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the annular slot 3012.
In addition, the annular groove 3012 of the present invention may have a rectangular or semicircular arc shape in longitudinal section, for example, so that the annular groove 3012 has a large accommodation space. The shape of the annular groove 3012 can be flexibly adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the needs, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The gasket 2 of the present invention has good elasticity. The gasket 2 may be made of an elastic material, for example, a rubber material, a latex material, or a silicone material, or may be made of other elastic materials, which may be flexibly selected by those skilled in the art according to the needs, without limitation.
The structure of the sound box 3 of the present invention is: as shown in fig. 1, the portable electronic device includes a case 302 and a case cover 301 disposed on the top of the case 302. The top of the box 302 is open, and the box cover 301 covers the top of the box 302 and is connected with the box 302. The cover 301 and the case 302 may be detachably coupled, for example. The outer shape of the enclosure 3 may be, for example, a cube shape. Of course, those skilled in the art can modify the shape of the sound box 3 as required. The mounting holes 3011 are provided in the cover 301. The mounting hole 3011 may be provided at a central position of the cover 301, for example. Of course, the position of the mounting hole 3011 can be adjusted reasonably by those skilled in the art, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The horn assembly 1 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 102 at the edge positions thereof, and the size of the fixing holes 102 should be adapted to the size of the fastening members 4. On the basis, the gasket 2 and the mounting hole 3011 are correspondingly provided with assembling holes matched with the fixing holes 102, so that the loudspeaker assembly 1, the gasket 2 and the sound box 3 can be connected together by using the fasteners 4. The connection mode is simple, low in cost and easy to assemble and disassemble.
In an alternative example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, four fixing holes 102 are provided at the edge of the horn assembly 1, and the four fixing holes 102 are uniformly distributed at the edge of the horn assembly 1. At this time, four fasteners 4 are needed, which is beneficial to stably and firmly connecting the speaker assembly 1 and the sound box 3.
The horn assembly 1 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes a frame 101. The frame 101 includes side walls that enclose a receiving space. The material of the frame 101 may be, for example, plastic material.
Also, the horn assembly 1 of the present invention further includes a magnetic circuit system, and a vibration system (not shown in fig. 1 and 2) cooperating with the magnetic circuit system.
Specifically, the structure of the magnetic circuit system is as follows: the pot comprises a U-shaped magnetizer and a central magnet arranged in the U-shaped magnetizer, a magnetic gap is formed between the U-shaped magnetizer and the central magnet, and the U-shaped magnetizer is fixedly connected with the pot frame.
In particular, the vibration system is arranged inside the basin stand 101. The vibration system has the structure that: comprises a voice coil framework and a voice cone; the voice coil framework is arranged on the cone, and the cone is arranged on the cone frame 101; and the voice coil body on the voice coil framework is suspended in the magnetic gap. And, the vibration system further includes a centering branch piece disposed inside the tub 101.
According to the sound production device provided by the embodiment of the invention, a firm and sealed locking structure can be formed among the loudspeaker component 1, the gasket 2 and the sound box 3. When the gasket 2 is compressed, the gasket 2 deforms, and the deformation volume generated by the gasket 2 can be absorbed by the annular groove 3012 arranged on the sound box 3, so that the influence on the deformation of the cone 101 in the loudspeaker assembly 1 is prevented.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides audio playing equipment. The audio playing device comprises the sound generating device. The audio playing equipment can well meet the audio playing requirement of a user.
Of course, the sound generating device may also be applied to other types of electronic devices, such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and smart wearing, which is not limited in this respect.
