Abstract
The invention discloses a sound production device. This sound generating mechanism includes: a magnetic circuit system formed with a magnetic gap; the vibration component comprises an annular supporting part, a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil, wherein the edge of the vibrating diaphragm is connected with the annular supporting part, and the voice coil is connected to the vibrating diaphragm; a housing having an opening, the magnetic circuit system being fixedly disposed in the housing, the vibration assembly being disposed in the opening, the voice coil being inserted into the magnetic gap, the vibration assembly and the magnetic circuit system being separated from each other; the vibration assembly is configured to extend out of the housing from the opening to an operating position, and the voice coil moves out of the magnetic gap by a predetermined distance; a drive mechanism configured to drive the vibration assembly to move toward the operating position. The invention has the technical effect that the thickness of the sound generating device is reduced, so that the sound generating device is convenient to carry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electroacoustic, and particularly relates to a sound production device.
Background
In recent years, the technology of consumer electronics has been rapidly developed, and devices such as smart phones and tablet computers have become daily necessities for people to live. Therefore, a development trend of consumer electronic products is to make them compact, portable, and convenient for users to carry.
In acoustic electronic products, the application of sound boxes is very popular. However, some existing sound equipment is often bulky and inconvenient for a user to carry and move in order to ensure good acoustic performance. Such a volumetric disadvantage makes it difficult for the audio amplifier to meet the trend of miniaturization and portability.
Those skilled in the art have also tried to design some sound generating devices such as ultra-thin sound boxes, but in order for the vibration component therein to generate enough sound pressure to meet the acoustic performance requirements such as sound volume and sound quality, the vibration component must achieve enough amplitude when vibrating. To meet this amplitude requirement, the thickness of the sound generating device must not be too thin. The acoustic performance is affected if the overall thickness is too thin. Therefore, the sound generating device has a technical bottleneck in the development direction of miniaturization.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a new solution for improving sound generating devices.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sound emitting apparatus comprising:
a magnetic circuit system formed with a magnetic gap;
the vibration component comprises an annular supporting part, a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil, wherein the edge of the vibrating diaphragm is connected with the annular supporting part, and the voice coil is connected to the vibrating diaphragm;
a housing having an opening, the magnetic circuit system being fixedly disposed in the housing, the vibration assembly being disposed in the opening, the voice coil being inserted into the magnetic gap, the vibration assembly and the magnetic circuit system being separated from each other;
the vibration assembly is configured to extend out of the housing from the opening to an operating position, and the voice coil moves out of the magnetic gap by a predetermined distance;
a drive mechanism configured to drive the vibration assembly to move toward the operating position.
Optionally, a lead is led out from the voice coil, a signal connection point is arranged in the shell, the lead is movably connected between the voice coil and the signal connection point, and the voice coil is electrically connected with the signal connection point through the lead.
Optionally, the annular support portion has a support sidewall and a stepped flange, the stepped flange protrudes from the outer side of the support sidewall, the sidewall has a shape matching the shape of the opening, the stepped flange is located in the housing, and when the vibration assembly is extended to the working position, the stepped flange abuts against the inner surface of the housing.
Optionally, a seal is provided on a surface of the stepped flange that abuts an inner surface of the housing.
Optionally, a seal is provided at the rim of the opening and/or on the inner surface of the housing proximate the opening.
Optionally, the drive mechanism is an electric motor or an electric cylinder.
Optionally, the drive mechanism is configured to form a driving connection with the annular support.
Optionally, the magnetic circuit system includes a central magnet and a magnetic conduction basin stand, the magnetic conduction basin stand has a bottom plate and a magnetic conduction side wall, the central magnet is disposed on the bottom plate, and a gap left between the central magnet and the magnetic conduction side wall forms the magnetic gap.
Optionally, a pad table is formed in a central region of the bottom plate, a groove is formed around the pad table, the central magnet is disposed on the pad table, the groove corresponds to a position of the voice coil, and the voice coil is configured to be inserted into the groove when the vibration assembly is retracted into the housing.
Optionally, the vibration subassembly still includes annular centring disk and basin frame, the basin frame with the annular supporting part is connected, the basin frame encircle voice coil loudspeaker voice coil and vibrating diaphragm periphery, the outward flange of annular centring disk with basin frame fixed connection, the inward flange of annular centring disk with the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil is connected.
According to one embodiment disclosed by the invention, when the vibration assembly of the sound generating device is retracted into the shell, the whole thickness of the sound generating device is relatively thin, and the sound generating device is convenient to carry.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
The invention provides a sound production device which comprises a magnetic circuit system, a vibration assembly and a shell. The magnetic circuit system is used for generating a driving magnetic field. The vibration component comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil, the voice coil is located in a driving magnetic field generated by the magnetic circuit system, and when a sound signal is introduced into the voice coil, the driving magnetic field and the voice coil generate an electromagnetic acting force so as to drive the voice coil to vibrate. The voice coil loudspeaker voice coil with the vibrating diaphragm is connected, and the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil can drive the vibrating diaphragm vibration sound production. The magnetic circuit system and the vibration assembly are arranged in the shell, the shell is provided with an opening, and the vibration assembly is located at the opening or the magnetic circuit system is located at the opening.
In particular, the magnetic circuit system and the vibration component of the sound generating device of the present invention are completely separated from each other, and no connection relationship is formed between the two, and the vibration component or the magnetic circuit system located at the opening is configured to be integrally movable. The part at the opening can integrally extend out of the shell from the opening, so that the distance between the vibration assembly and the magnetic circuit system is increased, and a sufficient vibration space is provided for the voice coil and the vibrating diaphragm. Accordingly, in the inactive state, the component located at the opening can be retracted from said opening into the housing, the voice coil penetrating into the magnetic circuit. Therefore, the overall appearance of the sound generating device is reduced, or the overall thickness is thinned, so that the sound generating device is convenient to carry and move. And the sound production device is also provided with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the part positioned at the opening to move outwards. The driving mechanism may be an electric driving machine, or may be a mechanism such as a button disposed by a mechanical structure, and may be manually controlled by a user.
The sound production device provided by the invention has the advantages that the sound production device can simultaneously meet the requirements of sufficient vibration space required in a working state and integral miniaturization in a non-working state through the telescopic operation of the vibration component or the magnetic circuit system arranged at the opening of the shell. The problems that the external sound-producing device and the sound box are large in size and inconvenient to carry are solved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sound generating device includes a magnetic circuit system, a vibration member, and a housing 3. A magnetic gap is formed in the magnetic circuit system, and a driving magnetic field for driving the voice coil 23 is formed in the magnetic gap. The vibration assembly includes an annular support portion 21, a diaphragm 22, and a voice coil 23. The edge of the diaphragm 22 is connected to the annular support portion 21, and the voice coil 23 is connected to the diaphragm 22. The annular support portion 21 serves as an integral frame structure of the vibration assembly and provides support and positioning for all parts in the vibration assembly, so that the vibration assembly is convenient to realize integral movement.
The magnetic circuit system is fixedly arranged in the shell 3, the shell 3 is provided with an opening 31, and the vibration component is arranged in the opening 31. The whole of the vibrating assembly is located in the housing 3 and the voice coil 23 is inserted into the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit system, as shown in fig. 2.
In particular, the vibrating assembly, which is integrally movably arranged in the housing 3, is separated from the magnetic circuit system, and can be extended from the opening 31 to the outside of the housing 3 to an operating position, as shown in fig. 3, and correspondingly, the voice coil 23 is also extended from the magnetic gap by a predetermined distance. The predetermined distance is determined according to the amount of amplitude required when the voice coil vibrates and the distance that the vibration assembly can protrude outward from the housing, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The drive mechanism 5 is configured to drive the vibrating assembly from within the opening to the operating position. When the vibration component is located at the working position, the sound production device can normally work to produce sound, the position of the voice coil relative to the magnetic gap enables the vibration component to have sufficient vibration space, and the amplitude reaches the performance requirement and cannot collide with the sound production of the magnetic circuit system.
Accordingly, when the sound generator does not need to work to generate sound, the vibration assembly can be retracted into the sound generator from the opening 31, so as to reduce the overall volume and/or thickness of the sound generator, as shown in fig. 2.
Optionally, a lead is led out from the voice coil, and the lead is used for conducting the sound signal to the voice coil. The shell is internally provided with a signal connection point, and the signal connection point can be a circuit board of the sound generating device and also can be a contact for connecting with other signal generating sources, and the invention does not limit the signal connection point. The voice coil is electrically connected with the signal connection point through the lead wire so as to conduct signals. In particular, the lead is movably connected between the voice coil and the signal connection point. Like this, when the vibration subassembly is whole to take place portable for the casing, the lead wire still can form good being connected with the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, can not appear dragging the vibration subassembly, length scheduling problem not enough.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the annular support portion 21 has a support sidewall 211 and a stepped flange 212, and the overall shape of the support sidewall 211 matches the shape of the opening 31 in the housing 3. When the annular support 21 is disposed at the opening 31, the support sidewall 211 can cooperate with the opening 31 to function as a guide for movement of the vibration assembly. The step flange 212 is formed outside the support sidewall 211 to protrude toward the outer periphery of the support sidewall 211. The step flange 212 is always located inside the subject, and as shown in fig. 3, when the vibration assembly is extended to the working position, the step flange 212 can abut against the inner surface of the housing 3. The step flange 212 serves to position and limit the distance the vibration assembly travels.
Preferably, a sealing element can be arranged between the annular supporting part and the opening, so that foreign matters are prevented from entering the shell from the gap, and the sound generating device is protected in a sealing mode. Alternatively, a seal may be provided on the surface of the stepped flange intended to abut against the inner surface of the housing. In this way, the seal is able to act as a seal when the stepped flange abuts the inner surface of the housing. In the structure shown in fig. 2 and 3, the seal 4 may be provided on the upper surface of the stepped flange 212. In another alternative embodiment, the sealing element 4 may also be provided at the edge of the opening 31 and/or on the inner surface of the housing 3 close to the opening 31. Fig. 1-3 show such an embodiment, with the seal 4 being provided on the inner surface of the housing 3 at the opening 31. A seal 4 may also be provided at the edge of the opening 31.
The above-mentioned drive mechanism 5 is configured for driving the vibration assembly to protrude from the housing. Further, the drive mechanism 5 may also be used to drive the vibration assembly to retract into the housing. In an alternative embodiment, the drive means 5 is an automatically controllable, actively drivable device. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 5 may be three evenly distributed electric cylinders. The electric cylinder is in transmission connection with the annular supporting part, and drives the vibration assembly to extend out of and retract into the opening through ascending and descending actions. The driving mechanism may also be a rotating motor, which is not limited in the present invention. By configuring such a drive mechanism, the vibratory assembly can be automatically extended from the housing by electronic control when desired. In another embodiment, the drive mechanism may also be a manually controlled mechanical transmission. For example, a button is arranged on the shell and is in transmission connection with the vibration component through a transmission mechanism such as a cylinder rod and a slide block. The vibrating assembly can be pushed out of the opening when the user manually presses the button.
Preferably, the driving mechanism is configured to form a transmission connection with the annular support portion, and the vibration component is driven to integrally move by driving the annular support portion. The annular supporting part is used as an integral support and a fixing part of the vibration assembly and is suitable for receiving the driving acting force of the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism can be in transmission connection with the outer surface of the annular supporting part through teeth, threads and the like.
For the magnetic circuit system, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the magnetic circuit system comprises a central magnet 11 and a magnetic conduction basin stand 12, wherein the central magnet 11 is formed by combining a magnet, a washer and another magnet from bottom to top. Magnets positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the washer are configured into two repellent stages which are respectively attached to the washer. In other embodiments, the central magnet 11 may include only one magnet and one washer, and the present invention is not limited to the specific form of the central magnet. The magnetic conduction basin stand 12 is provided with a bottom plate and a magnetic conduction side wall 122, and the central magnet 11 is arranged on the bottom plate. A gap is formed between the central magnet 11 and the magnetically permeable side wall 122, which gap constitutes the magnetic gap. The voice coil 23 is located in the gap between the central magnet 11 and the magnetically permeable side wall 122.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the central region of the bottom plate forms a pad table 121, the pad table 121 is upwardly convex, and a groove is formed around the pad table 121. The central magnet 11 is disposed on the pad 121, and the groove corresponds to the position of the voice coil 23. This arrangement increases the depth of the magnetic gap, so that the voice coil 23 has a large range of movement when moving up and down, and is always subjected to the magnetic field in the magnetic gap. The thickness of the sounding device is reduced, and meanwhile the vibration requirement is met. When the vibration assembly is retracted into the housing 3, the voice coil 23 can be inserted into the recess, as shown in fig. 2.
Optionally, the vibration assembly may further include an annular centering support 24 and a frame 25, the frame 25 is connected to the annular support portion 21, and the frame 25 surrounds the voice coil 23 and the diaphragm 22. The outer edge of the annular centering branch piece 24 is fixedly connected with the basin frame 25, and the inner edge of the annular centering branch piece 24 is connected with the voice coil 23. The annular centering branch piece 24 can play a role in assisting vibration and inhibiting polarization on the voice coil 23, and is beneficial to improving the acoustic performance of the sound generating device. The basin frame 25 and the annular supporting part 21 are combined to support the vibration assembly, and the working reliability of the vibration assembly is improved.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A sound generating device, comprising:
a magnetic circuit system formed with a magnetic gap;
the vibration component comprises an annular supporting part, a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil, wherein the edge of the vibrating diaphragm is connected with the annular supporting part, and the voice coil is connected to the vibrating diaphragm;
a housing having an opening, the magnetic circuit system being fixedly disposed in the housing; the vibration component is arranged in the opening, the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap, and the vibration component and the magnetic circuit system are separated from each other;
the vibration assembly is configured to extend out of the housing from the opening to an operating position, and the voice coil moves out of the magnetic gap by a predetermined distance;
a drive mechanism configured to drive the vibratory assembly to move toward the operating position, the drive mechanism configured to drive the vibratory assembly to retract into the housing.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a lead is extended from said voice coil, a signal connection point is disposed in said housing, said lead is movably connected between said voice coil and said signal connection point, and said voice coil is electrically connected to said signal connection point through said lead.
3. The sound generating apparatus of claim 1 wherein the annular support portion has a support sidewall and a stepped ledge, the stepped ledge projecting from an outer side of the support sidewall, the sidewall having a shape that matches a shape of the opening, the stepped ledge being located within the housing, the stepped ledge resting against an inner surface of the housing when the vibration assembly is extended to the operational position.
4. The sound generating apparatus of claim 3 wherein a seal is provided on a surface of the stepped flange that abuts an inner surface of the housing.
5. The sound emitting device of claim 1, wherein a seal is provided at a rim of the opening and/or on an inner surface of the housing proximate the opening.
6. The sound-generating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism is an electric motor or an electric cylinder.
7. The sound emitting device of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism is configured to form a drive connection with the annular support.
8. The sound generating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a central magnet and a magnetically conductive frame, the magnetically conductive frame having a bottom plate and magnetically conductive side walls, the central magnet being disposed on the bottom plate, and a gap between the central magnet and the magnetically conductive side walls constituting the magnetic gap.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a central region of the base plate is formed with a pad formed with a recess therearound, the central magnet being disposed on the pad, the recess corresponding to a position of the voice coil, the voice coil being configured to be insertable into the recess when the vibration assembly is retracted into the housing.
10. The sound generating device according to claim 1, wherein the vibration assembly further comprises an annular centering pad and a frame, the frame is connected to the annular support portion, the frame surrounds the voice coil and the diaphragm, an outer edge of the annular centering pad is fixedly connected to the frame, and an inner edge of the annular centering pad is connected to the voice coil.
