in summary, in this embodiment, the car moving calling device displays the temporary stop information by projection of the projection component, and can remind a person who needs to move to contact with a user, after the car moving calling device enters a working state, when a trigger operation of a car moving calling key is received, the voice of the home terminal is collected by the microphone, the voice of the opposite terminal sent by the target terminal is obtained by the wireless communication component, the voice of the opposite terminal is played by the loudspeaker, wireless communication between the two parties is achieved, convenience is brought to the person who needs to move, meanwhile, personal information of the user is hidden, privacy of the user is protected, and accordingly safety is improved.
Please refer to fig. 6, which shows a flowchart of a vehicle moving calling method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. The embodiment is described by taking the method as an example for the car moving calling device, and the method comprises the following steps.
Step 601, obtaining vibration data collected by a vibration sensor.
Since the vehicle moving calling device is not needed in the driving process of the vehicle, in order to reduce power consumption, a vibration sensor in the vehicle moving calling device is in a continuous working state, and the vibration sensor collects vibration data in real time, so that whether the vehicle stops or not is determined based on the vibration data.
Step 602, when the change condition of the vibration data meets a preset change condition, determining that the vehicle stops, displaying the temporary stop information through projection of the projection assembly, and entering a working state, wherein the preset change condition is the change condition of the vibration data when the vehicle is shut down and the vehicle door is closed.
When the change condition of the vibration data accords with the preset change condition, namely the vibration sensor senses that the change condition accords with the preset vibration condition, the vehicle stops, the vehicle moving calling device displays the temporary stop information through the projection of the projection assembly, and enters a working state to start other assemblies.
Optionally, when the vehicle is changed from the driving state to the parking state and the user gets off, the vibration change condition of the vehicle includes that the engine is turned off from working, the continuous vibration is suddenly stopped, and the door of the vehicle is closed when the user gets off the vehicle to generate temporary and obvious vibration, so the preset change condition of the vibration data is the change condition of the vibration data when the vehicle is turned off and the door of the vehicle is closed.
Illustratively, the preset variation of the vibration data is set as the variation of the vibration data when the vehicle is turned off and the vehicle door is closed, and when the vibration data indicates that the vibration frequency is reduced to a frequency threshold (for example, to 0), and a single vibration with the vibration intensity greater than the intensity threshold is detected within a predetermined time period, the vehicle is determined to be stopped.
In one possible embodiment, when the user uses the vehicle removal call device for the first time, the change of the vibration data when the vehicle is shut down and the vehicle door is closed needs to be collected as the preset change of the vibration data.
Optionally, the vehicle moving calling device stores the change conditions of the vibration data when the vehicle is flamed out and the vehicle door is closed in advance, and the change conditions do not need to be actively acquired when the user uses the vehicle moving calling device for the first time.
Because the vehicle stops not temporarily every time, the situation that a user parks the vehicle in a private parking space of the user or other vehicles do not interfere with parking of other vehicle owners exists in practice, the vehicle moving calling device does not need to be started to conduct projection selection when parking is detected every time, and after the vehicle stops, the vehicle moving calling device adds a temporary parking inquiry request mechanism to determine whether the vehicle is in a temporary parking state.
In one possible embodiment, the step may include the steps of:
when the change condition of the vibration data meets the preset change condition, the vehicle is determined to stop, and a temporary stop inquiry request is sent to the target terminal, wherein the temporary stop inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the vehicle is in a temporary stop state or not.
In one possible implementation mode, after the vehicle moving calling device determines that the vehicle stops, the wireless communication component is started and a parking request is sent to the target terminal, and the target terminal inquires in a text message or voice reminding mode after receiving the parking request.
And secondly, if a temporary stop confirmation instruction sent by the target terminal is received, determining that the vehicle is in a temporary stop state, and projecting and displaying temporary stop information through a projection component.
When the vehicle moving calling device receives a temporary stop confirmation instruction sent by the target terminal, the vehicle is determined to be in a temporary stop state, and the temporary stop information is projected and displayed through the projection assembly and enters a working state. In a possible real-time mode, if the vehicle moving calling device receives a temporary stop denial instruction sent by a target terminal, the vehicle is determined not to be in a temporary stop state, and the temporary stop information does not need to be projected and displayed and the vehicle enters a working state.
In one possible embodiment, the vehicle removal calling device sends a request for a temporary stop inquiry to the target terminal, and the user manually confirms on the target terminal whether the vehicle removal calling device needs to be turned on. In another possible implementation manner, a target geographical position where the vehicle moving calling device does not need to be started can also be preset by the user through the target terminal, when the parking confirmation instruction sent by the vehicle moving calling device is received, the target terminal judges whether the current position is matched with the target geographical position, and if the current position is not matched with the target geographical position, the parking confirmation instruction is sent to the vehicle moving calling device.
Step 603, in a working state, if the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key is received, acquiring the triggering frequency of the vehicle moving calling key within the first preset time.
Since the car moving call device can contact the user and send a voice, and the car moving call device is placed outside the vehicle, there may be a case of malicious disturbance. In a possible implementation mode, in consideration of personal safety and use experience of a user, when the vehicle moving calling device receives a triggering operation of a vehicle moving calling key, a microphone is not directly started to collect voice of a local terminal and communicate with a target terminal, and the triggering frequency of the vehicle moving calling key within a first preset time is firstly acquired, so that whether the communication with the target terminal is needed or not is judged. The first predetermined time period may be a default time period or may be manually set by a user.
Illustratively, the first preset time period is set to be 30 minutes, and the vehicle moving calling device acquires the trigger frequency of the vehicle moving calling key within 30 minutes when receiving the trigger operation of the vehicle moving calling key.
Step 604, determine whether the trigger frequency is less than a frequency threshold.
After the vehicle moving calling device obtains the trigger frequency of the vehicle moving calling key within the first preset time, the trigger frequency is compared with a frequency threshold value, and therefore whether the current trigger is malicious disturbance or not is judged. In one possible embodiment, the frequency threshold value may be a default value of the car moving call device or may be set manually by the user.
Illustratively, the frequency threshold is 3 times/30 minutes, and the vehicle moving calling device compares the triggering times of the vehicle moving calling key within 30 minutes with 3 times when receiving the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key.
And step 605, if the trigger frequency is greater than the frequency threshold, stopping responding to the trigger operation of the vehicle moving call key in a second preset time length.
If the trigger frequency is greater than the frequency threshold, the current trigger operation is malicious disturbance, and the vehicle moving calling device stops responding to the trigger operation of the vehicle moving calling key within a second preset time, namely, a microphone is not started to collect voice, and the target terminal is not communicated with. In one possible embodiment, the second predetermined period of time may be a default value for the car moving call device or may be set manually by the user.
Illustratively, the first preset time is 30 minutes, the frequency threshold is 3 times/30 minutes, the second preset time is 1 hour, when the vehicle moving calling device obtains the 4 th triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key within 30 minutes, the response of the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key is immediately stopped, and when the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key is received again after 1 hour, the voice of the home terminal is collected through a microphone and is communicated with the target terminal.
And step 606, if the trigger frequency is smaller than the frequency threshold, acquiring the voice of the local terminal through the microphone.
If the trigger frequency is smaller than the frequency threshold value, the current trigger operation is normal calling, and the vehicle moving calling device collects the local-end voice through the microphone.
Step 607, sending a network communication request to the target terminal through the wireless communication component, wherein the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal is bound with the network communication account corresponding to the vehicle moving calling device.
In one possible embodiment, the wireless communication component is a mobile data network communication component, and a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card or a virtual SIM card is configured in the car moving call device to implement network communication with the target terminal.
The vehicle moving calling device sends a network communication request to the target terminal through the wireless communication component, a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal is bound with a network communication account corresponding to the vehicle moving calling device, for example, the target terminal is bound with the corresponding vehicle moving calling device through an application program and is associated with accounts of other social software of a user, the vehicle moving calling device can directly send local-end voice and vehicle moving message reminding through the application program, and can also send the network communication request through other social software.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 7, when the target terminal is a mobile phone of a user, when the vehicle moving calling device 100 receives a triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key 103, a vehicle moving reminder and a network call request are sent to the mobile phone end 200 of the user through the mobile data network.
Step 608, when receiving the call request acceptance response sent to the target terminal, sending the local terminal voice to the target terminal, and receiving the opposite terminal voice through the wireless communication component.
After receiving the call request acceptance response sent by the target terminal, the vehicle moving calling device sends the voice of the local terminal to the target terminal through the mobile data network communication assembly and accepts the voice of the opposite terminal, so that the communication processes of the two parties are realized.
In order to ensure that other car owners who need to move the car can quickly contact related contacts of the car, in a possible implementation manner, in the above embodiment, at least 2 network communication accounts bound to the car moving calling device are divided into a main contact and one or more auxiliary contacts, for example, the main contact is the car owner, the auxiliary contacts are the one or more contacts capable of quickly contacting the car owner, and after the car moving calling device sends a call request to a target terminal of the main contact, if no response is received within a predetermined time, the call request is resent to the target terminal of the auxiliary contact.
And step 609, playing the opposite-end voice through a loudspeaker.
The implementation of step 609 may refer to step 404, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, the vibration data is acquired through the vibration sensor, and whether the vehicle enters the temporary stop state or not is judged, so that the starting of the vehicle moving calling equipment is automatically controlled, manual setting by a user is not needed, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced; and when receiving the trigger operation of the vehicle moving calling key, judging whether the trigger frequency is smaller than a frequency threshold value or not, so as to judge whether the disturbance is malicious disturbance or not, and improving the use safety of the vehicle moving calling equipment.
For the binding process between the car moving calling device and the target terminal, in a possible embodiment, step 601 may be preceded by the following steps:
firstly, pairing with a target terminal.
Before a user uses the vehicle moving calling device for the first time, the user needs to be paired with the target terminal.
In one possible implementation mode, the wireless network of the vehicle moving calling device is provided with a proper name, and a user searches the wireless network of the corresponding vehicle moving calling device through an application program of the target terminal before using the device for the first time, adds the wireless network into the device list and completes pairing.
Referring to fig. 8, schematically, an interface diagram of a target terminal and a vehicle moving calling device after pairing is completed is shown, and after pairing is successful, an application program automatically adds relevant information of the vehicle moving calling device to a device list, including a device name 801, a corresponding Wi-Fi name 802, a parking information 803, and a bound network communication account 804, where the parking information and the network communication account can be manually modified by a user by clicking a modification key 805.
And secondly, after the pairing is completed, receiving the temporary stop information set by the target terminal and the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal.
Optionally, after the pairing is completed, the vehicle moving calling device receives the parking information set by the target terminal and the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal through the wireless communication component.
And thirdly, storing the temporary stop information and the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal.
After receiving the temporary stop information and the network communication account, the vehicle moving calling device stores the temporary stop information and the network communication account into a memory so that the temporary stop information can be displayed through a projection component in the subsequent vehicle moving calling process, and a network communication request is initiated to the network communication account through a wireless communication component.
The above embodiment takes the wireless communication component as an example of a mobile data network communication component, and in a possible implementation, when the user is close to the vehicle after temporarily parking, an interphone can be used as the target terminal. Referring to fig. 9, on the basis of fig. 6, steps 607 and 608 may be replaced by step 610, in which the wireless communication module in the moving call device is an intercom communication module, and the moving call device and the target terminal operate on the same target intercom channel, and the target terminal is an intercom paired with the moving call device.
Step 610, sending the local terminal voice on the target talkback channel through the wireless communication component, and receiving the opposite terminal voice on the target talkback channel through the wireless communication component.
When the user parks temporarily, if the distance is nearer to the vehicle after getting off, can use the intercom supporting with car moving calling equipment, car moving calling equipment passes through the wireless communication subassembly and sends this end pronunciation and receives the opposite terminal pronunciation on the target talkback channel. The interphone can be used for communication without network support as a two-way mobile communication tool, can be used in places without network coverage, is different from network communication, does not need to send signals to the base station and then to the opposite side by the base station, but the two sides can directly talk with each other on the same talkback channel, and when other car owners press a car moving call key and speak, a user can immediately listen to voice, so that the operation is simple.
Optionally, when the interphone is used as the target terminal to perform wireless communication with the vehicle moving calling device, the user is required to adjust the interphone and the target terminal to the same target talkback channel. The embodiment of the application does not limit the process of setting the vehicle moving calling equipment and the intercom talkback channel.
In the embodiment, when the distance between the user and the vehicle is short, direct communication between the vehicle moving calling equipment and the interphone is achieved through the talkback communication assembly, network support is not needed, operation is simple and convenient, and the interphone and the vehicle moving calling equipment need to be paired and used in the same talkback channel, so that the anti-theft performance of the equipment is improved.
In the following, embodiments of the apparatus according to embodiments of the present application are described, and for portions of the embodiments of the apparatus not described in detail, reference may be made to technical details disclosed in the above-mentioned method embodiments.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic structural diagram of a car moving calling device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The device can be realized into all or part of the vehicle moving calling equipment through software, hardware and the combination of the software and the hardware. The device includes:
the display module 1001 is configured to display the impending information in a projection mode through the projection component when the vehicle stops, and enters a working state;
the acquisition module 1002 is configured to acquire a local terminal voice through a microphone if a trigger operation for a vehicle moving call key is received in the working state;
a communication module 1003 configured to send the local terminal voice to a target terminal through a wireless communication component, and receive an opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal through the wireless communication component;
a playing module 1004 configured to play the peer-to-peer voice through a speaker.
Optionally, the car moving calling device is provided with a vibration sensor, and the display module 1001 includes:
a first acquisition submodule configured to acquire vibration data acquired by the vibration sensor;
the display sub-module is configured to determine that the vehicle stops when the variation condition of the vibration data accords with a preset variation condition, and project and display the temporary stop information through the projection assembly, wherein the preset variation condition is the variation condition of the vibration data when the vehicle is shut down and the vehicle door is closed.
Optionally, the display sub-module is further configured to:
when the change condition of the vibration data meets the preset change condition, determining that the vehicle stops, and sending a temporary stop inquiry request to the target terminal, wherein the temporary stop inquiry request is configured to inquire whether the vehicle is in a temporary stop state;
and if a temporary stop confirmation instruction sent by the target terminal is received, determining that the vehicle is in the temporary stop state, and projecting and displaying the temporary stop information through the projection component.
Optionally, the wireless communication component is a mobile data network communication component, and the communication module 1003 includes:
the first sending sub-module is configured to send a network communication request to the target terminal through the wireless communication assembly, wherein a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal is bound with a network communication account corresponding to the vehicle moving calling device;
and the second sending submodule is configured to send the local terminal voice to the target terminal and receive the opposite terminal voice through the wireless communication assembly when receiving a call request acceptance response sent to the target terminal.

Referring to fig. 11, a block diagram of a car moving call device 1100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The car moving call device 1100 includes: the system comprises a projection component 1101, a vehicle moving call button 1102, a wireless communication component 1103, a microphone 1104, a loudspeaker 1105 and a control chip 1106, wherein the control chip 1106 is connected with each component;
the control chip 1106 is used for controlling the projection assembly 1101 to project and display the impending information when the vehicle stops and entering a working state;
the control chip 1106 is further configured to, in a working state, control the microphone 1104 to collect the local-end voice when receiving a trigger operation on the vehicle moving call key 1102;
the control chip 1106 is further configured to control the wireless communication component 1103 to send a local terminal voice to the target terminal, and control the wireless communication component 1103 to receive an opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal;
the control chip 1106 is further configured to control the speaker 1105 to play the peer-to-peer voice.
Optionally, the vehicle moving calling device 1100 is provided with a vibration sensor;
the control chip 1106 is further configured to obtain vibration data acquired by the vibration sensor;
the control chip 1106 is further configured to determine that the vehicle stops when the variation of the vibration data meets a preset variation, and control the projection assembly 1101 to project and display the impending information, where the preset variation is the variation of the vibration data when the vehicle is turned off and the door of the vehicle is closed.

1. A vehicle moving calling method is characterized in that the method is used for a vehicle moving calling device, the vehicle moving calling device is arranged on a vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle stops, the projection component is used for projecting and displaying the impending information and entering a working state;
in the working state, if the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key is received, the triggering frequency of the vehicle moving calling key within a first preset time is obtained;
if the trigger frequency is greater than the frequency threshold value, stopping responding to the trigger operation of the vehicle moving call key in a second preset time length;
if the trigger frequency is smaller than the frequency threshold, acquiring the voice of the local terminal through a microphone;
sending the local terminal voice to a target terminal through a wireless communication assembly, and receiving opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal through the wireless communication assembly;
and playing the opposite-end voice through a loudspeaker.
2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle removal call device is provided with a vibration sensor;
when the vehicle stops, the projection display of the impending information through the projection component comprises the following steps:
acquiring vibration data acquired by the vibration sensor;
when the change condition of the vibration data accords with a preset change condition, the vehicle is determined to stop, and the temporary stop information is displayed in a projection mode through the projection assembly, wherein the preset change condition is the change condition of the vibration data when the vehicle is shut down and the vehicle door is closed.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining that the vehicle is stopped when the variation of the vibration data meets a preset variation, and the displaying of the impending information by projection through the projection component comprises:
when the change condition of the vibration data meets the preset change condition, determining that the vehicle stops, and sending a temporary stop inquiry request to the target terminal, wherein the temporary stop inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the vehicle is in a temporary stop state;
and if a temporary stop confirmation instruction sent by the target terminal is received, determining that the vehicle is in the temporary stop state, and projecting and displaying the temporary stop information through the projection component.
4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the wireless communication component is a mobile data network communication component;
the sending the local terminal voice to the target terminal through the wireless communication component and receiving the opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal through the wireless communication component comprise:
sending a network communication request to the target terminal through the wireless communication component, wherein a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal is bound with a network communication account corresponding to the vehicle moving calling device;
and when receiving a call request acceptance response sent to the target terminal, sending the local terminal voice to the target terminal, and receiving the opposite terminal voice through the wireless communication assembly.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
pairing with the target terminal;
after the pairing is completed, receiving the temporary stop information set by the target terminal and a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal;
and storing the temporary stop information and the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the wireless communication component is an intercom communication component, and the vehicle moving calling device and the target terminal work in the same target intercom channel;
the sending the local terminal voice to the target terminal through the wireless communication component and receiving the opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal through the wireless communication component comprise:
and sending the local terminal voice on the target talkback channel through the wireless communication assembly, and receiving the opposite terminal voice on the target talkback channel through the wireless communication assembly.
7. A car moving call device, characterized in that the device comprises: the system comprises a projection component, a vehicle moving calling key, a wireless communication component, a microphone, a loudspeaker and a control chip, wherein the control chip is connected with each component;
the control chip is used for controlling the projection assembly to project and display the impending information when the vehicle stops and entering a working state;
the control chip is further used for acquiring the trigger frequency of the vehicle moving call key within a first preset time length if the trigger operation of the vehicle moving call key is received in the working state;
if the trigger frequency is greater than the frequency threshold value, stopping responding to the trigger operation of the vehicle moving call key in a second preset time length;
if the trigger frequency is smaller than the frequency threshold, controlling the microphone to collect the voice of the local terminal;

when the change condition of the vibration data meets the preset change condition, determining that the vehicle stops, and sending a temporary stop inquiry request to the target terminal, wherein the temporary stop inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the vehicle is in a temporary stop state;
and if a temporary stop confirmation instruction sent by the target terminal is received, determining that the vehicle is in the temporary stop state, and controlling the projection assembly to project and display the temporary stop information.
10. The apparatus according to any of claims 7 to 9, wherein the wireless communication component is a mobile data network communication component;
the control chip is also used for controlling the wireless communication component to send a network communication request to the target terminal, wherein a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal is bound with a network communication account corresponding to the vehicle moving calling device;
and the control chip is further used for sending the local terminal voice to the target terminal and controlling the wireless communication assembly to receive the opposite terminal voice when receiving a call request receiving response sent to the target terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the control chip is further configured to:
pairing with the target terminal;
after the pairing is completed, receiving the temporary stop information set by the target terminal and a network communication account corresponding to the target terminal;
and storing the temporary stop information and the network communication account corresponding to the target terminal.
12. The device according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the wireless communication component is an intercom communication component, and the vehicle moving calling device and the target terminal work in the same target intercom channel;
the control chip is further configured to control the wireless communication component to send the local terminal voice on the target talkback channel, and control the wireless communication component to receive the opposite terminal voice on the target talkback channel.

the display module is configured to display the impending information in a projection mode through the projection component when the vehicle stops and enter a working state;
the system comprises a first acquisition submodule, a second acquisition submodule and a stopping submodule, wherein the first acquisition submodule is configured to acquire the triggering frequency of a vehicle moving calling key within a first preset time length if receiving the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key in the working state;
the stopping submodule is configured to stop responding to the triggering operation of the vehicle moving calling key in a second preset time length if the triggering frequency is greater than a frequency threshold;
the acquisition submodule is configured to acquire local-end voice through a microphone if the trigger frequency is smaller than the frequency threshold;
the communication module is configured to send the local terminal voice to a target terminal through a wireless communication component and receive the opposite terminal voice sent by the target terminal through the wireless communication component;
and the playing module is configured to play the opposite-end voice through a loudspeaker.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes or a set of instructions is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method for norrow calling according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
