Specifically, the lubricating oil used by the straight-handle lithium-ion motor 2 is insulating oil; the rotary-cut wire stripping knife 1 also comprises an insulating shell 7; the photosensitive element of the intelligent network camera 4 is a CMOS photosensitive element.
The specific working process of the controller for adjusting the blade inclination angle of the rotary-cut wire stripping knife 1 according to the measurement data of the infrared measuring instrument is as follows:
firstly, an infrared measuring instrument measures the diameter of a wire to be stripped, a controller judges that the wire is an insulated wire or a bare wire according to the diameter, because the insulated wire is divided into different types according to the diameter, if the measuring result does not fall within the diameter range of any type, the wire is a bare wire; when the judgment result is that the bare wire is bare, the bare wire does not need to be stripped, namely the angle of the blade does not need to be adjusted; when the judgment result is that the wire is an insulated wire, the type of the wire to be stripped is further judged according to the diameter of the wire to be stripped, such as 35, 50, 70, 95, 124, 240, 300 and the like, the controller drives the second stepping motor to work according to the judgment result, and the rotating angle of the blade is controlled according to the working time of the second stepping motor, so that the inclination angle of the blade is adjusted, and the wires with different diameters can be completely stripped.
The remote-control electrified wire stripping device also comprises a smart phone, wherein the smart phone is in communication connection with the smart network camera 4 and is used for displaying a working image of the rotary-cut wire stripping knife 1.
