The fifth step: the shielding ring 6, the gasket 10, the rubber ring 9, the gasket 10 and the pressing ring 11 are sequentially pushed into the sleeve, and the electrician adhesive tape is wound at the locking position corresponding to the rubber ring 9 and the pressing ring 11 so as to adjust the diameter of the cable and ensure firm locking after assembly.
