When the cable shielding grounding processing device is used for a charging interface on a new energy automobile, namely an electric automobile charging interface, in order to avoid the trouble of grounding a ground wire cable independently, the front shell 6 and the rear shell 2 can be designed to be made of metal materials, the front shell 6 and/or the rear shell 2 are connected with a metal part of an automobile body of the electric automobile, and the ground wire cable is electrically connected with the front shell 6 and/or the rear shell 2, so that the signal in the ground wire cable is guided to the ground from the automobile body.

Claims (10)
1. A cable shielding grounding processing device is characterized by comprising a high-voltage cable or a low-voltage cable (7) and a ground wire cable (1) which are arranged in parallel,
the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) comprises an outer insulating layer, a shielding layer, an inner insulating layer and a conductor from outside to inside;
the shielding layer of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is electrically connected with the conductor of the ground wire cable (1);
one end of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) and one end of the ground wire cable (1) are electrically connected to the grounding processing component to be shielded, and the shielding grounding of the grounding processing component to be shielded is achieved.

The cable shielding and grounding processing device according to claim 1, wherein the shielding layer of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is electrically connected with the ground wire cable (1) through a bracket (4), a shielding press ring (8), a shielding elastic sheet (9) and a shielding conducting sheet (10);
the shielding press ring (8), the shielding elastic sheet (9) and the shielding conducting sheet (10) are made of electric conductor materials;
the shielding press ring (8) is used for sheathing the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) and pressing the shielding layer of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) which is turned outwards, so that the shielding layer is positioned between the shielding press ring (8) and the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable; the shielding compression ring (8) is also used for sleeving and compressing the conductor of the ground wire cable (1);
the shielding elastic sheet (9) is connected with the shielding press ring (8) of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) or the ground wire cable (1) after the shielding press ring (8) is sleeved and pressed, so that the shielding elastic sheet (9) is electrically connected with the shielding press ring (8) and the single high-voltage cable or the single low-voltage cable (7) or the single ground wire cable (1) is fixed;
the shielding conducting sheet (10) is used for electrically connecting all the shielding elastic sheets (9);
the support (4) is provided with a plurality of fixing holes for integrally loading and fixing the shielding conducting sheet (10), the shielding elastic sheet (9) and the shielding pressing ring (8) sleeved and pressed high-voltage cable or low-voltage cable (7) or ground wire cable (1).
3. The cable shield ground treatment device according to claim 2, further comprising a front housing (6), a rear housing (2), a first gasket (3) and a second gasket (5);
a space for loading the support (4), the shielding press ring (8), the shielding elastic sheet (9) and the shielding conducting sheet (10) is formed between the front shell (6) and the rear shell (2), and holes are formed in the end faces of the front shell (6) and the rear shell (2) for the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) and the ground wire cable (1) to pass through;
the first sealing gasket (3) is arranged between the rear shell (2) and the bracket (4); the second gasket (5) is arranged between the front shell (6) and the support (4) and used for enabling the whole cable shielding grounding processing device to have waterproof and dustproof functions through compression between the front shell (6) and the rear shell (2).
4. The cable shield ground treatment device of claim 2,
the shielding elastic sheet (9) is of a cylindrical structure, a plurality of through holes are formed in the circumference of the cylindrical structure, clamping jaws are arranged on the inner sides of the through holes, the through holes are used for being connected with the shielding conducting sheet (10), and the clamping jaws are used for clamping a shielding pressing ring (8) fastened on a cable;
the shielding conducting sheet (10) comprises a plurality of connecting claws, and each connecting claw is fixedly connected with the shielding elastic sheet (9) through a through hole in each shielding elastic sheet (9).
5. The cable shield ground treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that the shield collar (8) has a side cross-section in the shape of a "straight".
6. The cable shielding and grounding device according to claim 2, wherein the shielding press ring (8) has an L-shaped side cross section, and the shielding press ring (8) is used for sheathing the cable through the short side of the L.

a high-voltage cable or a low-voltage cable (7) and a ground wire cable (1) which penetrate out from one end of the front shell (6) are connected to the tail part of the grounding processing component to be shielded;
the front shell (6) is of an integral or split structure; all parts of the split structure are connected through buckles and/or bolts, and the split structure is convenient to have enough operating space to crimp or screw the cable on the to-be-shielded grounding processing part before all the parts are connected;
the front shell (6) and the rear shell (2) are connected through bolts or buckles.

The cable shielding and grounding device according to claim 7, wherein the rear housing (2) is provided with a fixing hole (11) for fixing the device as a whole at a predetermined position and then electrically connecting the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) and the ground wire cable (1) to the tail of the grounding component to be shielded through a space between the front housing (6) and the tail of the grounding component to be shielded.

A cable shielding and grounding processing device for a charging interface, which is characterized by using the cable shielding and grounding processing device as claimed in any one of claims 3, 7 and 8, wherein the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is a high-voltage alternating current cable or a high-voltage direct current cable;
when the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is a high-voltage alternating-current cable, the shielding layer of at least one of the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is electrically connected with the conductor of the ground wire cable;
when the voltage cable (7) is a direct current cable, the shielding layer of at least one high-voltage direct current cable in the high-voltage cable or the low-voltage cable (7) is electrically connected with the conductor of the ground wire cable;
and a high-voltage cable or a low-voltage cable (7) and a ground wire cable (1) which penetrate out from one end of the front shell (6) are connected to the rear end of the charging interface.
10. A cable shielding and grounding processing device for a charging interface of an electric automobile, which is characterized in that the cable shielding and grounding processing device for the charging interface of the electric automobile according to claim 9 is used, wherein the front shell (6) and the rear shell (2) are made of metal materials, and the front shell (6) and/or the rear shell (2) are/is connected with a metal part of an automobile body of the electric automobile.
