Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application. In the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict. The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In conjunction with the foregoing, the B2B or B2C operation mode in the related art is too coarse to be used in some application scenarios, and even the situation that the desired data cannot be matched for the demander can be understood by referring to the following cases:
for example, application scenario one: in a product selling transaction, such as a food selling transaction, since food materials of different levels can be obtained from food materials of a previous level, such as food material a, and food material B is obtained after certain processing, a demand party needs food material B, while no supplier supplies food material B in an electronic transaction platform, but suppliers which can supply food materials associated with the demand party need food material exist, such as the supplier supplies food material a. In this case, the product meeting the demand of the demander cannot be matched based on the B2B or B2C operation mode.
Also for example, application scenario two: in the food selling transaction, the same food material can be made into products with different specifications, and for a product A packaged in small bags required by a demand party, the electronic transaction platform is not supplied by a supplier, but is supplied by the supplier for large bags of the product A. In this case, the product specification that can meet the demand of the demand side cannot be provided based on the B2B or B2C operation mode.
In the foregoing solution, for data that is not needed by a demander but exists in an electronic transaction platform, if there exists a big bag package of food material a and product a that can be processed to obtain food material B, the following technical solution in the embodiments of the present application can be used to provide data that can meet the needs of the demander for the demander at least under the condition that there is no data that is needed by the demander in the electronic transaction platform.
The following embodiments of the present application can be applied to any device with a provisioning function, such as a provisioning platform, an electronic transaction platform, an electronic commerce platform, and the like.
A first embodiment of the supply method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 1, includes:
step 101: obtaining demand data of a demand party and supply data of at least one supply party;
step 102: determining whether there is supply data capable of satisfying the demand data of the demand side among the supply data of the at least one supplier;
step 103: determining at least one target supply data based on the determination result, wherein the target supply data is characterized by supply data capable of meeting the demand data of the demand party; wherein respective ones of the at least one target supply data are supplied by respective ones of at least one of the suppliers, and/or by respective ones of at least one intermediary party capable of processing supply data of at least one of the suppliers into data that satisfies demand data of the demand parties.
The entity performing steps 101-103 can be any device with a provisioning function, such as a provisioning platform.
In the foregoing aspect, based on a determination result of whether or not there is supply data that can satisfy demand data of a demand side among supply data of at least one supplier, supply of target data by the supplier and/or supply by an intermediate side that can process the supply data of the supplier into data that satisfies the demand of the demand side is determined; therefore, the data which can meet the requirement of the demander can be provided, and the problem that the data matching is rough and even the expected data cannot be matched for the demander due to the adoption of the B2B or B2C operation mode in the related art can be solved at least. I.e. at least the situation that the desired data cannot be matched for the demander can be avoided.
In an alternative, the step 103: determining target provisioning data based on the determination, including:
determining that target supply data is supplied by at least one supplier when supply data capable of meeting the demand data of the demand party exists in the supply data of the at least one supplier represented by the judgment result;
and determining that the target supply data is supplied by the at least one intermediate party when the judgment result represents that no supply data capable of meeting the demand data of the demand party exists in the supply data of the at least one supply party.
In a case where the determination result represents that there is supply data satisfying a part of demand data of the demand party among supply data of all the suppliers, if there is supply data in which an intermediate party can supply another part of demand data satisfying the demand party, it is determined that the target supply data is supplied by at least one supplier and at least one intermediate party.
In the foregoing alternative, the data that can satisfy the demand side is provided to the demand side by at least one supplier in a case where there is supply data that can satisfy the demand data of the demand side among the supply data of the at least one supplier. Otherwise, the data is provided to the requesting party by at least one intermediary party capable of processing the supplying data of the supplying party into data that can satisfy the demand of the requesting party. In addition, when the supply data of the supplier has partial demand satisfying the demand side but does not have supply data failing to satisfy another partial demand of the demand side, and the supply data of the intermediate side has supply data satisfying another partial demand of the demand side, the supplier and the intermediate side can supply the demand side together. In general, whether the supply data of at least one supplier exists or does not exist in the judgment result, the data meeting the demand of the demand side can be provided for the demand side. The situation that supply data cannot be matched for a demand side does not occur. Particularly, under the condition that the supply data provided by the supplier cannot meet all the requirements of the demanders, the intermediate party provides the rest supply data to avoid the problem that the supplier cannot provide enough supply data, thereby achieving the purpose of meeting the requirements of the demanders.
In an optional aspect, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes step 104: presenting the at least one target provisioning data. It will be appreciated that in this alternative, after the target supply data is determined, the target supply data is exposed, such as to display the target supply data of the supplier and its supply, or to display the target supply data of the intermediate supplier and its supply, for viewing by the requesting party.
A second embodiment of the supply method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
step 301: obtaining demand data of a demand party and supply data of at least one supply party; wherein the demand data is at least characterized by a target product required by a demand party and the supply data is at least characterized by a product that can be provided by a supply party;
step 302: if at least one supplier exists in the products supplied by each supplier, and the target product exists in the products supplied by the supplier, determining that the supply data capable of meeting the demand data of the demand party exists in the supply data of the at least one supplier; determining that the target offer data is offered by a supplier that can offer the same product as the target product;
step 303: if the product which is the same as the target product does not exist in the products supplied by the suppliers, determining that the supply data which can meet the demand data of the demand party does not exist in the supply data of the at least one supplier; determining that the target supply data is supplied by an intermediary party capable of processing supply data of at least one supplier into data satisfying the demand of the demand party;
the entity performing steps 301-303 is a provisioning platform.
In the foregoing solution, in the case that the same product as the target product exists in the products supplied by the suppliers and the same product as the target product provided by all suppliers can only meet part of the requirements of the demanders, if the same product as the target product provided by the intermediate party can meet another part of the requirements of the demanders, the same product is provided for the demanders by the suppliers and the intermediate party together.
In the foregoing solution, based on a determination result of whether there is a product identical to a target product required by a demand party in supply data of at least one supplier, it is determined that the supply of the target data is performed by the supplier and/or the supply is performed by an intermediate party that can process the supply data of the supplier into data satisfying the demand party; therefore, the data which can meet the requirements of the demander can be provided for the demander, and the condition that the supply data cannot be matched for the demander can be avoided.
The technical solutions of the above embodiments of the present application are further described with reference to the following contents. The following content can at least solve the technical problem that the desired product cannot be matched for the demander in the foregoing application scenario one.
The supplier can be used as a supplier to sell any product, and the demander can be used as a buyer to register the commodity to be purchased in the supply platform. The intermediary party can be used as an intermediary between the demander and the seller, and can purchase the products provided by the supplier, process the products into the products required by the demander and sell the products to the demander.
In the application scenario, taking a transaction chain in the sugar field as an example, a supply platform can be registered from a largest supplier to a smallest supplier and from a largest consumer to a smallest individual consumer, different user roles issue information required to be purchased or information of goods/services which can be provided according to own requirements, and the supply platform automatically analyzes supply and demand requirements to match and connect the demand supplier and the supplier. The suppliers and consumers (demanders) can be classified into multiple levels according to the selling amount or the purchasing amount, such as a supplier selling sugar in tons, a demander purchasing sugar, a supplier selling sugar in grams (g), or a demander purchasing sugar. The demander is divided into three levels: for example, a family (the C-end demander), a dessert shop and a cake shop (the small B demander) usually buy medium-packaged soft sugar, and a chain restaurant (the big B demander) usually buy large-packaged soft sugar. The role attributes of a user may reflect which level of the supplier or the demander they are.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, sugar includes raw sugar, white sugar, soft sugar, crystal sugar, cube sugar, bornyl sugar, yellow granulated sugar, processed brown sugar. Wherein, the raw sugar is the raw material of other various saccharides, namely other saccharides can be obtained by different treatments of the raw sugar; some of the other saccharides can be obtained by different treatments. For example, raw sugar can be processed into white sugar, yellow sugar; the white granulated sugar can be processed into powdered sugar and soft white sugar.
In the process of registering the supplier and the intermediate party to the supply platform, the supplier and the intermediate party can select own role attributes (corresponding to the levels) from a plurality of user roles provided by the supply platform, such as the role attributes of the supplier A for selling the sugar in tons and selecting the maximum supplier; the supplier B sells the sugar by taking kilogram as a unit and selects the user attribute of the second largest supplier; supplier C sells the sugar in grams, selecting the user attribute of the smallest supplier. In the supply platform, a supplier and an intermediate party can fill in respective delivery addresses and delivery dates, and information such as sugar brands, varieties (white granulated sugar, soft white sugar, cube sugar and the like), grades (refined, superior, primary and secondary), packaging specifications (big bag, middle bag and small bag), quantity and the like sold by the supplier and the intermediate party; it is also possible to describe by pictures and brief illustrations the appearance of the sugar it sells and the use where it is used, for example yellow granulated sugar for coffee shops making coffee. It will be appreciated that the intermediary party, acting as a facilitator serving between the supplier and the demander, may provide services: providing a service for processing the sugar into another sugar, such as processing raw sugar into white granulated sugar; and/or provide services of splitting, simple processing, repackaging, etc. the packaging. In summary, part of the registration information can be filled in by the supply platform in a selected manner, so that the input time of the registration information can be saved, and the workload of manual input can be saved. The supply platform stores the registration information input by the supplier and the intermediate party.
In the application scenario, assuming that the demander 1 needs a certain amount of white granulated sugar (target product) of brand a in the next half month, the demander 1 inputs the demand thereof to the supply platform to release the demand data thereof through the supply platform; the demand data can also comprise at least one of information such as a receiving address, an expected delivery date, the required amount of white granulated sugar, a required white granulated sugar picture and the like input by the demander 1. The supply platform receives the demand data of the demand party 1, and searches the data meeting the demand of the demand party 1 from the stored information. If the supply platform has supply data for representing that the supplier sells the white granulated sugar of the brand A, the supply platform is determined to have supply data capable of meeting the requirement of the demander 1, and the supply platform displays related data (possibly one or more) of the suppliers selling the white granulated sugar of the brand A, such as information of a website, a white granulated sugar picture, a supplier's account name and the like in a display device, so that the demander 1 can conveniently check and select the supply data.
Under the condition that supply data for representing a supplier to sell white granulated sugar of brand A does not exist in a supply platform, the fact that the supply platform does not have supply data capable of meeting the requirements of a demand party 1 is determined, but the supply platform has a supplier to sell raw sugar and an intermediate party capable of processing the raw sugar into the white granulated sugar, under the condition, at least information such as a website, a white granulated sugar picture, a supplier's name and the like related to the intermediate party capable of processing the raw sugar into the white granulated sugar is displayed, and the demand party 1 can conveniently check and select which intermediate party can be used as an intention intermediate party. After the intention intermediate party achieves the cooperation intention with the demander 1, the intention intermediate party is used as a demander 2, the requirement for purchasing the brand A raw sugar is input into the supply platform, the supply platform searches the data meeting the requirement in the stored information, the display device displays the related data of the supplier selling the raw sugar, the intention intermediate party selects one supplier from the suppliers selling the raw sugar to purchase the raw sugar, the purchased raw sugar is processed into white granulated sugar, and the white granulated sugar is packaged and sent to the receiving address of the demander 1. And further, under the condition that the demand product of the demand party 1 does not exist in the supply platform, the data meeting the demand of the demand party 1 is provided to the demand party 1 under the condition that the product related to the demand product, such as raw sugar, exists. The situation that the supply data cannot be matched for the demand side can be avoided.
In addition, for the half month in the future that the demander 1 needs a certain amount of white granulated sugar of brand a, all suppliers can only provide 2/3 of white granulated sugar needed by the demander 1, and cannot provide the whole amount. In this case, the demander 1 searches for an intended intermediate that sells raw sugar and can process the raw sugar into white granulated sugar from the supply platform, and desires to provide the remaining 1/3 amounts of white granulated sugar to the intended intermediate. The intention intermediate party selects one supplier from suppliers selling raw sugar to purchase the raw sugar, processes the purchased raw sugar into white granulated sugar, packages the white granulated sugar and sends the white granulated sugar to a receiving address of the demander 1. The scheme is equivalent to the situation that the supply data of all suppliers cannot meet all requirements of the demanders, the intermediate party is required to provide the data capable of meeting the residual requirements of the demanders, and the situation that the supply data cannot be matched for the demanders is avoided.
In the scheme, the raw sugar provided by the supplier is processed into the white granulated sugar required by the demander 1 through the processing service provided by the intermediate party, specifically the intention intermediate party, the intermediate party is used as a facilitator between the supplier and the demander, on one hand, the intermediate party is in transaction butt joint with the supplier, on the other hand, the intermediate party is in transaction butt joint with the demander, and the supply data provided by the supplier can be used for processing the intermediate party into the data required by the demander, and the scheme is equivalent To a scheme applying a B2B2C (Business-To-Client) mode. In B2C, the first B corresponds to a supplier, the second B corresponds to an intermediate, and the C corresponds to a demander, and compared with a scheme that direct docking between the supplier and the demander of B2B or B2C in the related art may cause that no demand data can be matched for the demander, the application of the B2C mode can at least solve the problem of rough data matching caused by the application of the B2B or B2C operation mode in the related art, and can avoid the occurrence of a situation that no demand data can be matched for the demander; the purchasing experience is greatly improved for the demander, and the functional diversity of the supply platform in the embodiment of the application is also embodied.
It can be understood that the foregoing solution is equivalent to a solution for matching a supplier and a demander on a supply platform, and the matching in the embodiment of the present application can achieve an effect of directly docking the supplier and the demander that can supply the service meeting the demand of the demander, and can also achieve an effect of docking the supplier and the demander through the service provided by the intermediary.
In a third embodiment of the supply method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: obtaining demand data of a demand party and supply data of at least one supply party; wherein the demand data is at least characterized by target products and specifications thereof needed by a demand party, and the supply data is at least characterized by products which can be supplied by a supply party;
step 402: if at least one supplier exists in the products supplied by each supplier, the same product as the target product exists in the products supplied by the supplier, and the same product and the target product have the same specification, determining that the supply data capable of meeting the demand data of the demand party exists in the supply data of the at least one supplier; determining that the target offer data is offered by a supplier that can offer the same product as the target product;
step 403: determining that there is no supply data capable of satisfying the demand data of the demand party in the supply data of the at least one supplier if there is no product identical to the target product among the products supplied by the respective suppliers or there is a product identical to the target product but the identical product does not have the same specification as the target product; determining that the target supply data is supplied by an intermediary party capable of processing supply data of at least one supplier into data satisfying the demand of the demand party.
The entity for performing steps 401-403 is a provisioning platform.
In the foregoing solution, in a case where there are the same products of the same specification in the products supplied by the supplier and all the same products of the same specification can only meet a part of the requirements of the demander, if the same products of the same specification that can be provided by the intermediate party can meet another part of the requirements of the demander, the supplier and the intermediate party together provide the same products of the same specification to the demander.
In the scheme, the supply of the target data by the supplier and/or the supply by the intermediate party which can process the supply data of the supplier into the data meeting the demand of the demand party is determined based on the judgment result of whether the product which is the same as the target product required by the demand party and has the same specification exists in the supply data of at least one supplier; therefore, the data which can meet the requirements of the demander can be provided for the demander, and the condition that the supply data cannot be matched for the demander can be avoided.
In an alternative, the target provisioning data supplied by the intermediary party comprises at least: information characterizing products supplied by an intermediary party that are the same as the products required by the demanding party and their specifications, wherein the intermediary party processes the products supplied by at least one of the supplying parties into the products required by the demanding party and their specifications. The target provisioning data supplied by the supplier includes at least: information characterizing products supplied by a supplier that are the same as the product and its specifications required by a demander. And matching supply data capable of meeting the demand of the demand party for the demand party.
In an alternative, the target provisioning data is provisioned by a target intermediary; the target intermediate party is an intermediate party capable of processing the specification of the same product provided by the supplier and required by the demander into the specification required by the demander or an intermediate party of the at least one intermediate party, wherein the first parameter is characterized by the purchasing frequency of the intermediate party, and meets the preset parameter condition. And selecting a target intermediate party from the plurality of intermediate parties to realize the processing of the supply data of at least one supplier so as to obtain data meeting the demand of the demand party.
In an optional aspect, the presenting the at least one target provisioning data further comprises: predicting each freight price of each target supply data transported to the same demand party by each supplier or intermediate party; and/or, predicting delivery dates on which the respective target supply data are delivered by the respective supplier or intermediary to the same demand party; the at least one target offer data is exposed based on the predicted freight price and/or delivery date. The target supply data is displayed in a humanized mode, and the user can conveniently check the target supply data.
The technical solutions of the above embodiments of the present application are further described with reference to the following contents. The following at least can solve the technical problem existing in the foregoing application scenario two that the desired product and the desired specification of the product cannot be matched for the demander.
In this application scenario, the trade chain in the sugar field is still taken as an example, and for the description of the registration, the sugar type, and the like, reference is made to the related description, which is not repeated herein.
In this application scenario, assuming that the demander 3 needs a certain amount of white granulated sugar (target product and specification thereof) packaged in brand B in a future month, the demander 3 inputs its demand to the supply platform to release its demand data through the supply platform. The supply platform receives the demand data of the demand party 3, and searches or searches the data meeting the demand of the demand party 3 from the stored information. The supply platform searches or searches according to the role attribute of the demand party 3, and searches or searches whether supply data which meet the role attribute of the demand party 3 exist. I.e. to search or find out if there is supply data characterizing the white granulated sugar of brand B packaged in the supplier's sales. If it is determined through searching that the supply data for representing the white granulated sugar of the brand B packaged in the vendor selling process exists, it is determined that the supply data capable of meeting the requirements of the demander 3 exists in the supply platform, and the supply platform displays the related data (possibly one or more) of the vendor (possibly one or more) for selling the white granulated sugar of the brand B packaged in the vendor selling process, such as information of a website, a white granulated sugar picture, a vendor account name and the like, so that the demander 3 can conveniently check and select the supply data.
Under the condition that the supply platform does not have supply data which accords with the role attribute of the demand side 3, namely the supply data which represents the white granulated sugar packaged in the brand B sold by the supply side does not exist, it is determined that the supply platform does not have the supply data which can meet the demand of the demand side 1. In this case, the supply platform preferentially searches whether there is a supplier who can replace the package of the white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small package from the stored information, or preferentially searches whether there is a supplier who can supply the white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small package and whether there is a supplier who can replace the package (intermediate).
When the white granulated sugar exists, for example, a supplier capable of packing and replacing white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small packages is found in the supply platform, the number of the suppliers and the demanders may be one or more. In the case of a plurality of suppliers, a target supplier is selected from the plurality of suppliers according to the purchasing frequency of the supplier, specifically, the historical purchasing frequency such as the purchasing frequency of the past two months. The target supplier selected by the supply platform may be the supplier with the highest purchase frequency, or the supplier with the purchase date closest to the date that the supply platform searches for the matching supplier for the demander 3 according to the purchase frequency of the supplier. The supply platform displays the related data of the target supplier, such as website, white granulated sugar picture, supplier's account name and other information, to the display device, so that the demander 3 can check or supervise the delivery process of the target supplier. Under the condition that the target supplier and the demander 3 achieve the intention of cooperation, namely under the condition that the target supplier agrees to replace white granulated sugar in the brand B with large or small package into the medium package required by the demander 3, the supply platform prompts the latest delivery date which the target supplier needs to abide by and prompts the target supplier to pay a quality deposit. The supply platform supervises whether the target supplier delivers within the specified date, returns the quality deposit to the target supplier if the target supplier delivers within the specified date, and deducts the quality deposit of the target supplier and compensates the quality deposit to the demander 3 if the target supplier delivers within the specified date.
Under the condition that the supply platform finds that a supplier capable of supplying white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small package and a supplier (middle supplier) capable of performing package replacement exist, the supply platform takes the supplier capable of performing package replacement as a demand side, searches or finds the supplier of the white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small package, and displays relevant data of the searched or found supplier. The supplier who has the supply direction who carries out the packing change function and supplies the white sugar of brand B big or small packing carries out the purchase of the white sugar of brand B big or small packing, and under the condition of purchase completion, sends to demander 3 in mail after changing the white sugar of big or small packing into well packing.
If the supply platform does not find a supplier capable of packaging and replacing the white granulated sugar with the brand B large or small package from the stored information, and does not find a supplier capable of supplying the white granulated sugar with the brand B large or small package or a supplier (middle party) capable of packaging and replacing; then find out whether there is supplier that can get B brand of white granulated sugar through simple process, such as finding out supplier that can process raw sugar into white granulated sugar with middle package. In the case of finding, the supply platform selects a target supplier and supervises the target supplier, which please refer to the related description, and the repeated parts are not described herein.
In addition, for the demander 3 that needs a certain amount of white granulated sugar packaged in brand B in the next half month, it is assumed that all suppliers can only provide 1/2 amounts of packaged white granulated sugar needed by the demander 3, and the total amount cannot be provided. In this case, the demander 1 searches for a supplier (intermediate) capable of packing and replacing the white granulated sugar of brand B in large or small package from the supply platform, and the intermediate capable of packing and replacing and the supplier directly packed in supply can provide data satisfying the demand of the demander.
In the foregoing scheme, in the case that the number of suppliers, specifically target suppliers, to be displayed in the display screen is multiple, the supply platform may also predict each freight price at which each target supplier delivers the white granulated sugar required by the demander 3 to the demander 3, and display the relevant data of the target suppliers in the display device according to the freight price from low to high or from high to low, so as to facilitate the viewing of the demanders. Further, the delivery date on which each target supplier delivers the white granulated sugar required by the demander 3 to the demander 3 can be predicted, and the display of the relevant data of the target supplier can be performed on the display device from far to near or from near to far according to the delivery date. The target supply data is displayed in a humanized mode, and the user can conveniently check the target supply data. In the foregoing solution, the display of the relevant data of the supplier, specifically the target supplier, can be presented in the form of a list, and the supply and demand system can provide lists (brand, variety, packaging specification, expected delivery date, price interval) of different brands of products meeting the demand of the demand supplier, and the lists can be sorted according to ascending order and descending order of prices and ascending order of delivery dates.
It can be understood that the foregoing solution is equivalent to a solution in which the provisioning platform matches the supplier and the demander based on the B2C mode, at least can ensure that data meeting the demand of the demander can be matched, and at least can solve the problem in the related art that the data matching is rough due to the B2B or B2C operation mode, or even the data expected by the demander cannot be matched. That is, at least the situation that the required data cannot be matched for the required party can be avoided.
In the scheme, under the condition that the supply data for representing the white granulated sugar packaged in the brand B sold by the supplier does not exist in the supply platform, the supplier capable of being packaged and replaced is searched preferentially, and under the condition that the supplier capable of being packaged and replaced does not exist, the supplier capable of being processed by the white granulated sugar is searched again. The scheme considers the requirements of the demand side in practical application, and on one hand, the time and the economic cost can be saved for the demand side to a certain extent; on the other hand, the benefit of the demander can be guaranteed.
As described above, each user in the demand side has its own role attribute (C-side demand side, small B demand side, and large B demand side), and the supply data that meets the role attribute of the demand side can be matched for at least the demand side by using the embodiment of the present application. In practical application, the data suitable for the role attribute of the demand party can be recommended according to the role attribute of the demand party by using the embodiment of the application, and the requirements of consumers of different grades on different specifications of the same commodity can be met. For example, the large package of white granulated sugar can be provided for a demand party needing the large package of white granulated sugar, the medium package of white granulated sugar can be provided for a demand party needing the medium package of white granulated sugar, and the small package of white granulated sugar can be provided for a demand party needing the small package of white granulated sugar. And further, accurate matching or recommendation of demand data is achieved for the demand side.
The supply platform of the embodiment of the application can be used as an agricultural and sideline product transaction platform in practical application and used in agricultural and sideline products. And then different agricultural product recommendations are provided for users with different requirements, and even the recommendations of commodities with different specifications of the same agricultural and sideline products are provided for users with different requirements.
