Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-3, the human body motion track recognition machine of the present invention comprises a frame 1, a clamping mechanism 2, a material placement detection mechanism 3, a sensor (not shown in the figure), a part detection camera 4, a halo bracelet (not shown in the figure), a track CCD camera 5 and an electric screwdriver 6; a clamping mechanism 2 is arranged in the frame 1 and used for clamping a product to be assembled; a plurality of material placing and detecting mechanisms 3 are arranged around the clamping mechanism 2 and used for placing assembly parts; a sensor for sensing assembly parts is also arranged in the logistics detection mechanism 3; a part detection camera 4 and a track CCD camera 5 which are oppositely arranged on the frame 1 are arranged above the clamping mechanism 2; the halo bracelet is matched with the track CCD camera 5 and is worn on the hand of an operator; and an electric screwdriver 6 is arranged on one side of the track CCD camera 5 and used for automatically driving screws into the joint of the product to be assembled and the assembled part.

S4: the method comprises the following steps that a worker assembles a product to be assembled and an assembled part by using an electric screwdriver, the assembly is detected by a part detection camera, and if the difference between the assembled part and a program preset in a control system is large, an alarm gives an alarm; if the assembly is not in place, the alarm also prompts to give an alarm if the parts are not completely matched.
