Abstract
The invention provides an abnormal alarm signal device of a full monitoring system and a method for alarming by using the same.A monitored device is monitored in real time by a local control unit, abnormal information of the corresponding monitored device is collected, and the collected abnormal information is written into an upper computer system; all the collected abnormal information is compiled into an abnormal data file through an upper computer system, and the compiled abnormal data file is written into a register downloading data area of the corresponding PLC; the PLC reads the data of the register download data area and edits an accident alarm program to drive a corresponding alarm to alarm. The invention can be used for improving the abnormal alarm function of the existing monitoring system so as to solve the problems that when the voice alarm function of the existing monitoring system has faults and many accidents at the same time, the voice is played too slowly and the sound is too small, so that the prompt of operators is not facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of alarm devices, in particular to an abnormal alarm signal device of a full monitoring system and an alarm method using the abnormal alarm signal device.
Background
In recent years, the abnormity alarm signal device of the whole monitoring system is widely applied to the fields of power plants and the like, and plays a good role in the aspect of abnormity alarm of equipment in the whole plant. However, the existing computer monitoring system applied to the power plant generally monitors the monitored equipment through the local control unit of the local control level, when the monitored equipment has faults and accidents, the fault and accident information is sent to the power plant control level, and the same one of the power plant control level gives a voice alarm; therefore, when a plurality of faults occur simultaneously, the voice alarm function of the existing monitoring system plays voices slowly one by one, and the voice is too small, so that the voice alarm system is not beneficial to prompting operators.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an abnormal alarm signal device of a full monitoring system and an alarm method by using the abnormal alarm signal device, which are used for improving the abnormal alarm function of the existing monitoring system so as to solve the problems that when the voice alarm function of the existing monitoring system has faults and a plurality of accidents at the same time, voice is played too slowly and the voice is too small, so that operating personnel cannot be prompted easily.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an abnormal alarm signal device of a full monitoring system, which comprises an upper computer system and a plurality of local control units; the local control unit comprises PLC controllers and an alarm, the upper computer system is in communication connection with each PLC controller, and the PLC controllers are electrically connected with the alarm;

Further, the abnormal information of the monitored equipment comprises fault information and accident information; accordingly, the alarm comprises a fault alarm bell for prompting fault information and an accident sound for prompting accident information.
Further, the PLC is electrically connected with the fault alarm bell through a fault signal relay; meanwhile, the PLC is electrically connected with the accident sound box through an accident signal relay;
when the monitored equipment has faults and accidents, the PLC controls the fault signal relay and the accident signal relay to act by editing an accident alarm program so as to drive the fault alarm bell and the accident sound to work and prompt operating personnel to have faults and accidents.

s102, the upper computer system compiles all the collected abnormal information into an abnormal data file and writes the compiled abnormal data file into a register downloading data area of the corresponding PLC;
and S103, reading the data of the register downloading data area by the PLC controller, and editing an accident alarm program to drive a corresponding alarm to alarm.
Further, the abnormal information of the monitored equipment comprises fault information and accident information; accordingly, the alarm comprises an alarm bell for prompting fault information and an accident sound for prompting accident information.
When the abnormal information is detected, the PLC controller edits an accident alarm program, controls the action of the fault signal relay and the accident signal relay so as to drive the fault alarm bell and the accident sound to work and prompt operating personnel to have a fault and an accident.

and refreshing the data of the register in real time, when the data of the register is increased, indicating that new abnormal information exists, controlling the alarm to repeatedly warn at the moment, and when the data of the register is decreased, writing the new data into the register without repeating abnormal warning.

and the PLC is used for reading the data of the register downloading data area and editing an accident alarm program so as to drive a corresponding alarm to alarm.

The full monitoring system abnormality warning signaling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the abnormality information of the monitored equipment includes fault information and accident information; correspondingly, the alarm comprises a fault alarm bell for prompting fault information and an accident sound for prompting accident information.

The full monitoring system abnormality warning signaling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said PLC controller is electrically connected to said fail-safe bell through a fail-signal relay; meanwhile, the PLC is electrically connected with the accident sound box through an accident signal relay;
when the monitored equipment has faults and accidents, the PLC controls the fault signal relay and the accident signal relay to act by editing an accident alarm program so as to drive the fault alarm bell and the accident sound to work and prompt operating personnel to have faults and accidents.
4. The system for fully monitoring an abnormality warning signaling according to claim 1, wherein said local control unit writes the collected abnormality information into said upper computer system through a virtual point.
