Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing rubber ring for hydraulic pressing of a pipe fitting, which comprises a supporting ring and a rubber ring body, wherein an annular groove is formed in the inner side of the rubber ring body, the supporting ring is arranged in the annular groove, the supporting ring is of a hollow structure, and a through hole used for communicating the hollow structure in the supporting ring with the inner cavity of the pipe fitting is formed in the inner side of the supporting ring. The sealing rubber ring for hydraulic pressing of the pipe fitting is reasonable in structural design, when the pipe fitting is pressed, the pressure of inner cavity water passes through the guide hole in the supporting ring, the water pressure is led into the rubber plate interlayer, the rubber plate is propped against the workpiece and the plug to generate pressing force, the pressing force can be increased in equal proportion along with the increase of the internal pressure, and therefore effective high-pressure sealing is achieved, and the sealing rubber ring is suitable for hydraulic pressing sealing of large-size pipe fittings and is reliable in sealing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipe fitting water pressure detection, in particular to a sealing rubber ring for pipe fitting water pressure pressing.
Background
As shown in fig. 3, in the current water pressure detection of ductile cast iron pipe fittings, an annular rubber plate is generally arranged on the end face of a pipe fitting joint, and the end face of a workpiece and a plug are sealed by applying pressure between the workpiece and the rubber plate and elastic deformation of the rubber plate, so that water filling and pressing of an inner cavity of a pipe fitting product are realized.
When the water pressure detection pressure of large-size products and medium-size products is high (more than 2.5 MPa), the method has poor sealing and cannot be pressed; specifically, the method shown in fig. 3 relies on mechanical pressure to compress the rubber plate to establish sealing, when the pipe fitting interface is larger, for example, DN is more than 1200mm, the product interface is that the casting surface is uneven, so that the force for compressing the rubber plate is different everywhere on the circumference, thereby affecting the lifting of sealing pressure, and failing to realize the high-pressure hydraulic experiment.

The Shore hardness of the rubber ring body is 60-70 degrees.
The support ring is a hollow annular steel plate.
The water tank is arranged at the joint of the supporting ring and the rubber ring body on the supporting ring, and the hollow structure in the supporting ring is communicated with the water tank.
The water tanks are a group of annular water tanks arranged side by side.
The support ring is provided with radial flow guide holes along the radial direction of the support ring, and the support ring is internally provided with axial flow guide holes communicated with the radial flow guide holes and the water tank.
The water tank is an arc-shaped water tank.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate in further detail.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing rubber ring for hydraulic pressing of the pipe fitting comprises a supporting ring 3 and a rubber ring body 4, wherein an annular groove is formed in the inner side of the rubber ring body 4, the supporting ring is arranged in the annular groove, the supporting ring 3 is of a hollow structure, and a through hole used for communicating the hollow structure in the supporting ring with the inner cavity of the pipe fitting 1 to be pressed is formed in the inner side of the supporting ring 3.
The supporting ring 3 is arranged at the upper and lower middle positions of the rubber ring body to form a sandwich structure. The outer fringe of supporting ring is established in the annular groove of rubber circle body, and the outside of supporting ring is wrapped up by the rubber circle body.
The support ring 3 is a hollow annular steel plate. Preferably, the support ring comprises an upper annular plate and a lower annular plate, wherein a radial flow guide hole is formed between the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate in a sealing way at the outer edge, and the inner edge of the lower annular plate extends inwards relative to the inner edge of the upper annular plate, so that the positioning is stable.
The water tank is arranged at the joint of the supporting ring and the rubber ring body on the supporting ring, and the hollow structure in the supporting ring is communicated with the water tank. Furthermore, the water tanks are a group of annular water tanks 7 which are arranged side by side, and the water tanks are arc-shaped water tanks.

When the inner cavity is pressurized, the pressure of the inner cavity water passes through the diversion hole in the supporting ring, the water pressure is led into the interlayer of the rubber plate, the rubber plate is propped against the workpiece and the plug to generate a pressing force, and the pressing force can be increased in equal proportion along with the increase of the internal pressure, so that the effective high-pressure sealing is realized, and the sealing device is suitable for the hydraulic pressurized sealing of large-size pipe fittings and is reliable in sealing.
Preferred specific examples are:
the improved structure of the solid rubber plate is used for manufacturing a hollow rubber plate with a sandwich layer, a steel plate supporting ring is arranged in the rubber plate, and a diversion hole is arranged in the rubber plate and can communicate with water energy when the inner cavity of the pipe fitting is pressurized.
