Abstract
The invention discloses a static cleaning device and a static cleaning method for an engine oil pan, which comprise the following steps: inserting the pipeline into the oil scale hole until the lower end of the pipeline is inserted to the bottom of the oil pan; injecting a substance for rolling and stirring the oil sludge and the oil stains for a period of time into the bottom of the oil pan and the bottom of an oil scale hole in the crankcase through pipelines; injecting an engine cleaning agent into the bottom of the oil pan and the bottom of an oil scale hole in the crankcase through a pipeline for a period of time, and enabling the engine cleaning agent to be in contact with and dissolved in oil sludge and oil dirt; and repeating the second step and the third step for a plurality of times. The device and the method enable the massive jelly-shaped oil sludge oil stain at the bottom of the oil scale hole to be fully overturned and suspended at the oil outlet of the waste engine to realize the stirring effect, and facilitate the later-stage cleaning agent and the oil sludge oil stain to be quickly and fully contacted to achieve the purpose of efficiently cleaning the oil scale hole.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a static cleaning device and a static cleaning method for an engine oil pan, and belongs to the technical field of cleaning of engine oil pans.
Background
In an automobile, an oil scale is used for measuring the amount of engine oil, and the oil scale is directly communicated to an oil pan. The oil dipstick is a commonly used control measuring tape used for checking the storage of the lubricating oil hole. injecting an engine cleaning agent into the bottom of the oil pan and the crankcase for a period of time through a pipeline, and enabling the engine cleaning agent to be in contact with and dissolved in oil sludge and oil dirt;
and step four, repeating the step two and the step three for a plurality of times.
Preferentially, in the first step, the pipeline comprises a blowing pipeline, a pressure regulating valve and a cleaning pipeline, the outlet end of the blowing pipeline and the outlet end of the cleaning pipeline are inserted into the bottom of the oil pan, the pressure regulating valve is installed on the blowing pipeline, a first valve on the blowing pipeline is opened, the air compressor injects gas into the bottom of the oil pan and the crankcase for a period of time through the blowing pipeline, and the gas rises and bubbles from bottom to top to stir the bottom of the oil pan and oil sludge oil stains in the crankcase.

The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The oil pan is the lower half of the crankcase, also known as the lower crankcase. The function is to close the crankcase as the housing of the oil sump, prevent impurities from entering, collect and store the lubricating oil flowing back from the friction surfaces in the engine, dissipate part of the heat and prevent the lubricating oil from being oxidized.
The static cleaning method of the engine oil sump comprises the following steps:
step one, inserting a pipeline 3 into an oil scale hole until the lower end of the pipeline 3 is inserted to the bottom of an oil pan 16;

The static cleaning method of the engine oil pan according to the claim 1, characterized in that in the step one, the pipeline comprises an air blowing pipeline (12), a pressure regulating valve and a cleaning pipeline (13), the outlet end of the air blowing pipeline (12) and the outlet end of the cleaning pipeline (13) are inserted into the bottom of the oil pan (16), the pressure regulating valve is installed on the air blowing pipeline (12), a first valve on the air blowing pipeline (12) is opened, an air compressor injects gas into the bottom of the oil pan (16) and the crankcase through the air blowing pipeline (12) for a period of time, and the gas rises and bubbles from bottom to top to stir the oil sludge and the oil dirt in the bottom of the oil pan (16) and the crankcase.
