The invention discloses a soft template splicing and slab staggering repairing device and a repairing method, wherein the repairing device comprises an operating rod, an adjusting part and a clamping part, the clamping part is arranged at the front end of the operating rod, and the adjusting part is arranged at the rear end of the operating rod; the clamping part of the operating rod penetrates through the template to be adjusted, so that the clamping part is abutted against the inner side face of the template to be adjusted, and the adjusting part drives the operating rod to move along the axis direction of the operating rod so as to adjust the position of the template to be adjusted. As an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side surface of the notch 11 is provided with a mounting groove 12, and as shown in fig. 4, the baffle 31 is snapped into the mounting groove 12 and connected to the operation rod 10 by a fastener. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the baffle 31, the baffle 31 includes a main body plate 311 and a connecting plate 312, the main body plate 311 and the connecting plate 312 are an integral structure, and the thickness of the connecting plate 312 is matched with the width of the mounting groove 12 of the notch 11, it can be understood that the thickness of the connecting plate 312 is slightly smaller than the width of the mounting groove 12 of the notch 11, so that the baffle 31 can freely rotate along the hinge point and the space limited by the mounting groove 12, and the closing and opening of the baffle are realized.
In one aspect of this embodiment, the angle between the inner side of the notch 11 and the axis of the operating lever 10 is 15-45 °. Preferably, an included angle between the inner side surface of the notch 11 and the axis of the operating rod 10 is 30 degrees, so that the baffle 31 is attached to the operating rod 10 as a whole as much as possible, and the corresponding fabrication hole on the template to be adjusted can be relatively small, so that the space between the operating rod 10 and the fabrication hole is reduced, and the sealing difficulty is reduced.
As an embodiment of the invention, the soft template joint staggering repair device further comprises a sealing part 40 which is arranged between the adjusting part 20 and the clamping part 30, and after the soft template joint staggering repair process and repair are completed, the sealing part 40 can seal a gap between a fabrication hole on the template to be adjusted and the operating rod 10, so that the problem of slurry leakage during later concrete pouring is prevented, and the pouring quality of concrete is ensured.
In one aspect of the present invention, the inner side surface of the sealing portion 40 is matched with the outer side surface of the operating rod 10, and the outer side surface of the sealing surface 40 is matched with the inner diameter of the process hole of the template to be adjusted.
