Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel building decoration material, in particular to a method for manufacturing a decoration wall brick.
Background
The construction waste refers to residue, waste soil, waste material, sludge and other wastes generated in the process of constructing, laying or dismantling and repairing various buildings, structures, pipe networks and the like by construction and construction units or individuals. The quantity of the construction waste in China accounts for 30 to 40 percent of the total quantity of the urban waste. However, most of the construction wastes are not treated, and are transported to the suburbs or villages by construction units, and are piled or buried in the open air, so that a large amount of construction expenses such as land acquisition expenses and garbage clearing and transporting expenses are consumed, and meanwhile, the problems of scattering, dust, sand flying and the like in the clearing and piling processes cause serious environmental pollution. At present, the main treatment method of the construction waste in China is to bury the construction waste underground. The harm is as follows: firstly, a large amount of land is occupied. Only by taking Beijing as an example, the following data are shown: in the prior removal of the original building before the construction of the Olympic project and the construction of a new construction site, twenty-thirty building garbage disposal sites are required to be arranged every year in Beijing, which causes little land pressure. Secondly, causing serious environmental pollution. The construction glue, coating and paint in the construction waste are not only high molecular polymer materials which are difficult to biodegrade, but also contain harmful heavy metal elements. The waste is buried underground, which causes pollution of underground water and directly harms the life of surrounding residents. Again, the soil structure is destroyed, resulting in surface subsidence. The current landfill method is: after 8 m of garbage is buried, 2 m of soil layer is buried, but basically vegetation is difficult to grow on the soil layer. The surface of the landfill area is settled and subsided, and a stable state can be achieved after a long time. Traditional rostone wall ceramic tile is with the building stones compound reproduction again, makes it imitate the colour and the surface effect of natural stone basically, fails to embody rostone industrial production's advantage, utilizes other materials of nature to make the novel variety that is different from natural stone, has the abrasion resistance and sells poor, and the glossiness is darker, the dull problem of color and luster.
