Abstract
The invention discloses a stay cable tensioning device for a narrow anchoring space, which comprises an anchor cup, an anchor cup nut, a supporting leg, a jack, a tension rod, a hollow tension rod and a hollow tension rod nut, wherein the anchor cup is fixedly connected with the anchor cup; the anchor cup penetrates through the anchor backing plate and is fastened by an anchor cup nut; one end of the tension rod is fastened with an inner thread in the anchor cup, the other end of the tension rod is matched with the hollow tension rod, and a hollow tension rod nut is mounted on the hollow tension rod and used for fastening the tension rod; the radius cross-section of arm brace is L shape, and one end top of arm brace is on the anchor backing plate of anchor cup, the jack is between another long end and the hollow stretch-draw rod nut of arm brace. The invention solves the technical problem that the anchor cup can only be arranged in the brace in the conventional tensioning mode, and reduces the total assembly height of the whole set of tensioning device by reducing the height of the tensioning brace, thereby meeting the requirement of tensioning in the tower.

Background
With the rapid development of bridge technology in China, the construction of cable-stayed bridges is more and more greatly influenced by external factors such as geographical environment and the like. Outside moulding pleasing to the eye, practical bridge construction, because of its special bridge structures cause the suspension cable anchor space narrow and small, can't adopt conventional equipment to carry out the symmetry stretch-draw. Based on the reason, the research on the tensioning method is accelerated, the tensioning method is developed towards the direction of specialization, and meanwhile, the whole level of the construction of the cable-stayed bridge is improved.
The main bridge of the highway bridge of the Hangzhou railway Changjiang river of the newly-built Shang Heng railway adopts an asymmetric high-low tower cable-stayed bridge arrangement, a main tower column is of a reinforced concrete structure, the outer contour of a bridge tower adopts a diamond-shaped main tower, a cable-tower anchoring structure adopts a steel anchor box structural type which is arranged in a lower chord side box of the main beam, and a cable-tower anchoring structure adopts a structural type of a steel anchor beam. Due to the reasons, the tension space in the tower is narrow, the existing equipment cannot be normally tensioned, and the equipment is developed and developed aiming at the stay cable tension equipment in the narrow anchoring space and belongs to the first case at home.

The invention also discloses an installation method of the device, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, the anchor cup is pulled out of the anchor backing plate through hard traction equipment, and an anchor cup nut is installed to be in a flat cap state.
And secondly, installing a tension rod on the screw thread in the anchor cup, and installing a hollow tension rod at the rear end of the tension rod.
And thirdly, assembling the tensioning supporting feet and the jack, and installing the hollow tensioning rod to be in a flat cap state.
And fourthly, supplying oil to the jack, extending the oil cylinder, pulling out the anchor cup through the hollow tension rod and the tension rod, and synchronously screwing the nut of the anchor cup.
And fifthly, after the jack cylinder reaches the maximum stroke, returning oil to enable the anchor cup nut to act on the anchor backing plate, screwing the hollow tension rod and the nut downwards at the same time, and enabling the hollow tension rod nut to act on the jack cylinder.
Sixthly, continuously supplying oil, and sequentially performing tensioning operation; when the hollow tension rod is abutted to the end part of the anchor cup, only the hollow tension rod nut is screwed downwards, and the hollow tension rod nut acts on the jack cylinder. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention comprises an anchor cup 1, an anchor backing plate 2, a supporting leg 3, an anchor cup nut 4, a large-diameter jack 5, a tension rod 6, a hollow tension rod 7 and a hollow tension rod nut 8. Wherein, the anchor cup 1 passes through the anchor backing plate 2 and is fastened by the anchor cup nut 4. One end of the tension rod 6 is fastened with the inner thread in the anchor cup 1, the other end of the tension rod 6 is matched with the hollow tension rod 7, and a hollow tension rod nut 8 is installed on the hollow tension rod 7 and used for fastening the tension rod 6. The radius section of the supporting foot 3 in the invention is L-shaped, one end of the supporting foot 3 is propped against the anchor backing plate 2 of the anchor cup 1, and the large-diameter jack 5 is propped between the other long end of the supporting foot 3 and the hollow tension rod nut 8.

According to the figure 1, a tension rod 6, a hollow tension rod 7, a supporting foot 3, a large-diameter jack 5 and a hollow tension rod nut 8 are respectively installed. When the tensioning is started, the hollow tensioning rod nut 8 acts on the oil cylinder of the large-diameter jack 5. And (3) supplying oil to the large-diameter jack 5, enabling the oil cylinder to pull the hollow tension rod nut 8, pulling out the stay cable anchor cup 1 through the hollow tension rod 7 and the tension rod 6, and synchronously screwing the anchor cup nut 4 to finish the stay cable tension. When the oil cylinder of the large-diameter jack 5 reaches the maximum stroke, oil returns to enable the anchor cup nut 4 to act on the anchor backing plate 2. And (3) screwing the hollow tension rod 7 and the nut 8 downwards simultaneously, wherein the hollow tension rod nut 8 acts on the oil cylinder of the large-diameter jack 5, and the tensioning operation is carried out in the same way.
As shown in figure 3, when the hollow tension rod 7 is abutted to the end of the anchor cup 1, only the hollow tension rod nut 8 is screwed downwards, and the hollow tension rod nut 8 acts on the jack cylinder. And continuously tensioning to the target tonnage.
The device for tensioning the stay cable in the narrow anchoring space has the remarkable characteristic that the method effectively solves the technical problems that the stay cable cannot be synchronously and symmetrically tensioned due to the narrow anchoring space. The large-diameter jack is adopted to ensure that the anchor cup can penetrate out of the inner hole of the jack, so that the height of the stretching brace is reduced. The tension rod and the hollow tension rod are combined, so that the height of the whole set of tension device is not increased along with the pulling out of the anchor cup in the tension process. The assembly height of the tensioning device is reduced to the maximum extent, and the device is suitable for the characteristic that the stay cable is free and small in anchoring.
