Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool/cationic dyeable polyester fabric.
Background
The existing dyeing method for the wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric is to immerse the pretreated fabric in a dye solution containing cation dye and acid dye, dye wool fiber for 30-60 min at 80-100 ℃, then heat up to 100-130 ℃ to dye cation dyeable polyester fiber for 30-60 min, and after washing the dyed fabric with water at room temperature, acid fixation is also needed for 10-30 min at 50-70 ℃. Wherein the pretreatment temperature is 90-100 ℃.
The method has the following defects: (1) The production cycle is long, the dyeing time is required to be doubled, the production efficiency is low, and especially, a washing fixation process is further increased, so that energy consumption is wasted. (2) The wool fiber is easy to harden at the temperature of 100-130 ℃, so that the characteristics of soft hand feeling, natural and soft luster and elegant color tone of the wool fabric are lost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric.
The technical scheme for realizing the aim of the invention is as follows: a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool/cation-dyeable polyester fabric comprises the following steps:
① Immersing wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric in pretreatment liquid, pretreating at normal temperature (0-40 ℃ and the same below) for 10-60 min, and then pickling;
② Immersing the fabric pretreated in the step ① in a dye solution containing cationic dye and acid dye and having pH=3-7, and simultaneously dyeing wool fiber and cationic dyeable polyester fiber at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ for 20-70 min;
③ And (3) washing the fabric dyed in the step ② with water at room temperature (15-25 ℃ and the same below).
The pretreatment liquid in the step ① is an aqueous solution containing 1.0 g-5.0 g refining emulsifier and 1.0 g-5.0 g anhydrous sodium sulphate per liter; the main component of the refining emulsifier is polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether.
The dye solution containing cationic dye and acid dye and having ph=3 to 7 in the step ② is an aqueous solution containing 0.2g to 1.5g of glacial acetic acid, 0.02g to 5.0g of cationic dye and 0.01g to 5.0g of acid dye per liter; and the total weight of the cationic dye is 0.02-5.0% of the weight of the fabric, and the total weight of the acid dye is 0.01-5.0% of the weight of the fabric.
The cationic dye comprises cationic dye Sunacryl Blue ED-GB accounting for 0.01-1.0% of the weight of the fabric and cationic dye Sunacryl Yellow G-ED accounting for 0.01-4.0% of the weight of the fabric; the acid dye is preferably acid blue dye Sunacid Blue G.
The wool/cation-dyeable polyester fabric is a fabric woven by wool fibers and cation-dyeable polyester fibers or a weft knitting fabric blended by the wool fibers and the cation-dyeable polyester fibers.
The common cation dyeable polyester fiber (hereinafter referred to as CDP) is obtained by introducing a third monomer such as sulfonic acid group (or phosphoric acid group) into the common polyester fiber, and the invention adopts the cation dyeable polyester fiber (hereinafter referred to as ECDP) which is prepared by introducing aliphatic diacid (or aliphatic diol) as a fourth monomer on the basis of introducing the third monomer.
The pretreatment temperature in the step ① is a key factor that the one-bath one-step method can obtain better dyeing effect and higher color fastness, and the applicant finally discovers that compared with the conventional high-temperature pretreatment, the pretreatment at normal temperature can effectively improve the color fastness of the wool/cation-dyeable polyester fabric.
The invention has the positive effects that:
(1) On one hand, the invention adopts the cationic easy-dyeing polyester fiber, so that the cationic easy-dyeing polyester fiber and wool can be dyed in one bath at the temperature of below 100 ℃ in one step, and the fabric can be ensured to obtain better hand feeling; on the other hand, by adopting special pretreatment temperature, the one-bath one-step method can obtain better dyeing effect, and various fastnesses of the fabric can reach more than 4 levels under the condition of no color fixation.
(2) The one-bath one-step method not only shortens the dyeing process flow and reduces the dyeing time, but also reduces the damage to the fibers and ensures the soft hand feeling of the wool.
(3) The method is suitable for various colors, such as fluorescent color, dark color, light color and bright color, and the dyed style is beautiful and has the layering of two colors of progressive colors, and the color fastness is high.
