Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool/cationic dyeable polyester fabric.
Background
The existing dyeing method aiming at the wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric is to dip the pretreated fabric into a dye solution containing a cation dye and an acid dye, then to dye wool fibers at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ for 30-60 min, then to dye the cation dyeable polyester fibers at the temperature of 100-130 ℃ for 30-60 min, and to perform acid color fixation at the temperature of 50-70 ℃ for 10-30 min after the dyed fabric is washed by room temperature water. Wherein the pretreatment temperature is 90-100 ℃.
The method has the following disadvantages: (1) not only the production cycle is long, needs twice dyeing time, but also the production efficiency is low, especially, a washing color fixing process is added, and the energy consumption and resources are wasted. (2) The wool fiber is easy to harden at the temperature of 100-130 ℃, thereby losing the characteristics of soft hand feeling, natural and soft luster and elegant color tone of the wool fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool/cationic dyeable polyester fabric.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a one-bath one-step dyeing method of wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric comprises the following steps:
firstly, immersing wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric in pretreatment liquid, performing pretreatment for 10-60 min at normal temperature (0-40 ℃, the same below), and then performing acid washing;
soaking the fabric pretreated in the step one in a dye solution which contains cationic dye and acid dye and has the pH = 3-7, and simultaneously dyeing wool fibers and cationic dyeable polyester fibers at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ for 20-70 min;
thirdly, washing the dyed fabric in the second step with water at room temperature (15-25 ℃ C.).
The pretreatment liquid in the first step is an aqueous solution containing 1.0 to 5.0g of refined emulsifier and 1.0 to 5.0g of anhydrous sodium sulphate per liter; the main component of the refining emulsifier is polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ether.
The dye solution containing the cationic dye and the acid dye and having the pH = 3-7 is an aqueous solution containing glacial acetic acid 0.2-1.5 g, the cationic dye 0.02-5.0 g and the acid dye 0.01-5.0 g per liter; the total weight of the cationic dye is 0.02-5.0% of the weight of the fabric, and the total weight of the acid dye is 0.01-5.0% of the weight of the fabric.
The cationic dye comprises a cationic dye Sunacryl Blue ED-GB of 0.01-1.0% of the weight of the fabric and a cationic dye Sunacryl Yellow 10G-ED of 0.01-4.0% of the weight of the fabric; the acid dye is preferably Sunacid Blue 3G.
The wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric is a wool fiber, a fabric interwoven by the cation dyeable polyester fiber or a weft knitting fabric blended by the wool fiber and the cation dyeable polyester fiber.
The common cation dyeable polyester fiber (CDP) is obtained by introducing a third monomer such as a sulfonic acid group (or a phosphate group) and the like into the common polyester fiber, and the cation dyeable polyester fiber (ECDP) adopting the method introduces aliphatic diacid (or aliphatic diol) as a fourth monomer on the basis of introducing the third monomer is adopted.
The pretreatment temperature in the first step is a key factor that the one-bath one-step method can obtain better dyeing effect and higher color fastness, and the applicant finally finds through a large number of experiments that the color fastness of the wool/cation dyeable polyester fabric can be effectively improved by pretreatment at normal temperature compared with conventional high-temperature pretreatment.
The invention has the following positive effects:
(1) on one hand, the cationic dyeable polyester fiber is adopted, so that the cationic dyeable polyester fiber and wool can be dyed at the temperature of below 100 ℃ in one bath and one step, and the fabric can be guaranteed to have better hand feeling; on the other hand, by adopting the special pretreatment temperature, the one-bath one-step method can obtain better dyeing effect, and all fastness of the fabric can reach more than level 4 under the condition of no color fixation.
(2) The one-bath one-step method not only shortens the dyeing process flow and reduces the dyeing time, but also reduces the damage to the fibers and ensures the characteristic of soft hand feeling of the wool.
(3) The method is suitable for various colors such as fluorescent color, dark color, light color and bright color, and the dyed style is beautiful, has two kinds of tone gradation senses of gradual color and has high color fastness.

Secondly, immersing the fabric pretreated in the step I in a dye liquor with the pH =4.5, and simultaneously dyeing wool fibers and cationic dyeable polyester fibers for 40min at the temperature of 90 ℃.
The dye liquor is an aqueous solution containing 1.0g of glacial acetic acid, 0.19g of cationic dye and 0.07g of acid dye per liter.
The cationic dyes used were Sunacryl Blue ED-GBL, a cationic Blue dye, and Sunacryl Yellow 10G-ED, a cationic Yellow dye, both manufactured by Dewang chemical industries, Ltd. Wherein the weight of the cationic blue dye Sunacrylblue ED-GBL is 0.1 percent of the weight of the fabric; the weight of the cationic Yellow dye Sunacryl Yellow 10G-ED was 0.09% of the weight of the fabric.
The acid dye is Sunacid Blue 3G which is an acid Blue dye produced by Jiangsu Dewang chemical industry Co., Ltd, and the weight of the acid dye is 0.07 percent of the weight of the fabric.
And thirdly, washing the dyed fabric in the step II at room temperature (20 ℃ in the embodiment).
